Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of them.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a group process file management method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where this embodiment is applicable to management of group process files in an enterprise network disk, and specifically includes the following steps:
step 110, obtaining a historical process file with file category information and additional information.
The historical process file is a file generated by the historical group in the office process, and can reflect the office process and the office results of the historical group under the normal condition, so that the working experience of the historical group can be transmitted through the historical process file, the workload of the subsequent group for preparation in advance is reduced, and the working efficiency of the subsequent group is improved.
Because the projects undertaken by different history groups are different, the office processes and the office results embodied by the history process files are also different. In order to distinguish the historical process files conveniently, the function types of the historical process files can be embodied through the file type information, and other information of the historical process files can be embodied through additional information. For example, the file type information of a certain historical process file is "finance", the additional information is "project ending", and the above contents show that the historical process file is a process file generated in an ending stage when a historical group undertakes finance-related projects. When a newly established financial office group enters an item closing stage, the historical process file can play a good role in inspiring the new group.
And step 120, acquiring the function information and the additional attribute information of the new group after the new group is established.
In the actual working process, the establishment of the new group is usually associated with the undertaking of the project, and in order to conveniently recommend an appropriate historical process file to the new group, the function information and the additional attribute information of the new group are acquired after the new group is established. It should be noted that the function information may be the basic attribute functions of the new group under the corporate organization architecture, for example: marketing, finance, personnel, research and development, etc., the additional attribute information may be other attribute information of the new group, such as: group personnel information, undertaking project information or project schedule information and the like.
Step 130, determining the file category requirement of the new group according to the function information of the new group, and generating a screening file set according to the matching result between the file category requirement and the file category information of the historical process file.
With the increase of the number of the files in the historical process, the difficulty of the screening work is gradually improved, and in order to ensure that the function categories of the files in the historical process are matched with the basic attribute functions of the new group, the file category requirements of the new group can be determined according to the function information of the new group. After the file category requirements of the new group are determined, the historical process files can be preliminarily screened. Specifically, if the file type information of some historical process files is matched with the file type requirement of a new group, it can be proved that the historical process files can play a good enlightenment role for the new group, and at the moment, a screening file group can be generated according to the historical process files, so that the recommendation amount of the historical process files is reduced, and the historical process files can be conveniently recommended to the new group.
And 140, calculating a recommendation coefficient of the historical process files according to the additional attribute information of the new group and the additional information of the historical process files, and sequentially recommending and screening the historical process files in the file group to the new group according to the size of the recommendation coefficient.
Because the additional attribute information will affect the actual office flow and working state of the new group, the new group selects the recommended historical process file according to the additional attribute information of the new group, so that the adopted historical process file can better meet the requirements of the new group. In order to improve the recommendation acceptance rate of the historical process file, the embodiment calculates the recommendation coefficient of the historical process file according to the additional attribute information of the new group and the additional information of the historical process file. The similarity between the historical process files and the new group can be quantified through the recommendation coefficients, and then the historical process files in the screening file group can be recommended to the new group in sequence according to the recommendation coefficients. Therefore, the historical process files with high similarity can be preferentially recommended to the new group, so that the new group can quickly obtain the historical process files meeting the requirements of the new group, and the recommendation efficiency of the historical process files is improved.
According to the method and the device for recommending the historical process files to the new group, the utilization rate of the historical process files can be improved, the new group can obtain the work experience of the historical group through the historical process files, and therefore the work efficiency of the new group is improved. When the file recommendation work is performed, the screening file group can be generated according to the matching result of the function information of the new group and the file category information of the historical process files, and the recommendation base number of the historical process files is reduced. And the recommendation coefficient of the historical process file can be calculated according to the additional attribute information of the new group and the additional information of the historical process file, so that the recommendation efficiency of the historical process file is improved.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, after calculating the recommendation coefficient of the historical process file according to the additional attribute information of the new group and the additional information of the historical process file, the following steps may be added: and acquiring the authority level information of the new group, and recommending and screening the historical process files in the file group to the new group in sequence according to the recommendation coefficient when the authority level information of the new group is greater than or equal to a preset authority level threshold. Because of the differences in the privilege levels of different groups, and the groups with high privilege levels may generate historical process files with higher security coefficients. To avoid divulgence, the permission level information of the new group may be obtained after the recommendation coefficient is calculated. If the permission level of the new group is greater than or equal to the preset permission level threshold, the historical process file can be recommended to the new group, so that the leakage of the confidential content contained in the historical process file can be effectively avoided, and the confidential coefficient in the historical process file recommendation process is improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a group process file management method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, before obtaining the historical process file with the file category information and the additional information, the following steps are added:
before the historical group is disassembled, acquiring the function information and the additional attribute information of the historical group; and generating file category information of the historical process file according to the function information of the historical group, and generating additional information of the historical process file according to the additional attribute information of the historical group.
Correspondingly, the group process file management method provided by the embodiment specifically includes:
step 210, before the historical group is disassembled, acquiring the function information and the additional attribute information of the historical group; and generating file category information of the historical process file according to the function information of the historical group, and generating additional information of the historical process file according to the additional attribute information of the historical group.
Because the function category and other information of the historical process file can be embodied by screening the file category information and the additional information, the function information and the additional attribute information of the historical process file can be acquired before the historical group is disassembled, the file category information of the historical process file is generated according to the function information of the historical group, and the additional information of the historical process file is generated according to the additional attribute information of the historical group, so that the function category and other information of the historical process file can be consistent with the historical group. In the process of recommending the historical process files, the basic situation of the historical group generating the historical process files can be reflected through the file category information and the additional information, so that the historical process files can be accurately recommended conveniently.
Optionally, in order to facilitate the classified management of the historical process files, in this embodiment, after the file category information of the historical process files is generated according to the function information of the historical group, and the additional information of the historical process files is generated according to the additional attribute information of the historical group, the following steps may be added: and allocating a storage space for the historical process file according to the file category information of the historical process file, and caching the historical process file in the storage space. The files of the file category information can be stored in a centralized mode through the storage space, the management difficulty of the files in the historical process can be reduced, the files in the historical process of the same type can be conveniently searched in the follow-up work, and therefore the recommended work calculation amount of the files in the historical process is reduced.
Step 220, obtaining the historical process file with the file category information and the additional information.
And step 230, acquiring the function information and the additional attribute information of the new group after the new group is established.
And 240, determining the file category requirement of the new group according to the function information of the new group, and generating a screening file group according to a matching result between the file category requirement and the file category information of the historical process file.
And step 250, calculating a recommendation coefficient of the historical process files according to the additional attribute information of the new group and the additional information of the historical process files, and recommending and screening the historical process files in the file group to the new group in sequence according to the size of the recommendation coefficient.
The embodiment adds the following steps before acquiring the historical process file with the file category information and the additional information: before the historical group is disassembled, acquiring the function information and the additional attribute information of the historical group; and generating file category information of the historical process file according to the function information of the historical group, and generating additional information of the historical process file according to the additional attribute information of the historical group. The function categories and other information of the historical process files can be matched with the historical groups, so that the historical process files can be conveniently classified, managed and accurately recommended.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a group process file management method according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is optimized based on the above embodiment, and in the present embodiment, after sequentially recommending and screening the historical process files in the file group to the new group according to the size of the recommendation coefficient, the following steps are added:
acquiring review and adoption information of the new group on the historical process file, and correcting the recommendation coefficient according to the review and adoption information; and when the same screening file group is generated by the next new group, recommending the historical process files in the screening file group to the next new group in sequence according to the corrected recommendation coefficient.
Correspondingly, the group process file management method provided by the embodiment specifically includes:
step 310, obtaining a historical process file with file category information and additional information.
And step 320, acquiring the function information and the additional attribute information of the new group after the new group is established.
Step 330, determining the file category requirement of the new group according to the function information of the new group, and generating a screening file set according to the matching result between the file category requirement and the file category information of the historical process file.
And 340, calculating a recommendation coefficient of the historical process files according to the additional attribute information of the new group and the additional information of the historical process files, and sequentially recommending and screening the historical process files in the file group to the new group according to the size of the recommendation coefficient.
Step 350, obtaining review and adoption information of the new group on the historical process file, and correcting the recommendation coefficient according to the review and adoption information; and when the same screening file group is generated by the next new group, recommending the historical process files in the screening file group to the next new group in sequence according to the corrected recommendation coefficient.
After the historical process files in the file group are recommended and screened to the new group in sequence according to the recommendation coefficient, the new group reviews the historical process files and selectively adopts the historical process files according to the actual situation of the new group, so that the review and adoption information of the historical process files can evaluate the matching degree between the current historical process files and the new group. In view of this, the present embodiment will modify the recommendation coefficient according to the review adoption information of the historical process file by the new group. When the next new group generates the screening file group which is the same as the current new group, the fact that the two new groups have the same or similar function information can be proved, and at the moment, the historical process files in the screening file group can be recommended to the next new group in sequence according to the corrected recommendation coefficient, so that the recommendation accuracy and recommendation efficiency of the historical process files are further improved.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the obtaining of review and adoption information of the new group to the historical process file, and modifying the recommendation coefficient according to the review and adoption information may include at least one of the following:
acquiring an adoption result of the new group to the historical process file, and if the historical process file is adopted, improving the recommendation coefficient of the historical process file;
acquiring the browsing time of the new group to the historical process file, and if the browsing time of the historical process file is greater than a preset time threshold, improving the recommendation coefficient of the historical process file;
and acquiring the browsing times of the new group to the historical process file, and if the browsing times of the historical process file is greater than a preset time threshold, improving the recommendation coefficient of the historical process file.
If a certain historical process file is adopted by the new group, the matching degree of the historical process file and the actual situation of the new group is proved to be higher, the recommendation coefficient of the historical process file can be improved, and the historical process file is preferentially recommended after the next similar new group is established.
Generally, the browsing duration of a certain file by a user is in direct proportion to the file demand of the user, so that when the browsing duration of a certain historical process file is greater than a preset duration threshold, the matching degree of the historical process file and the actual demand of a new group can be proved to be higher, at the moment, the recommendation coefficient of the historical process file can be improved, and the historical process file is preferentially recommended after a next similar new group is established.
Similar to browsing duration, the browsing times of a certain file by a user is also in direct proportion to the file demand of the user, so that when the browsing times of a certain historical process file is greater than a preset time threshold, the matching degree of the historical process file and the actual demand of a new group can be proved to be higher, at the moment, the recommendation coefficient of the historical process file can be improved, and the historical process file is preferentially recommended after a next similar new group is established.
In addition, as the number of times of establishing a new group increases, the number of times of recommending the historical process file also increases gradually, so that the recommendation coefficient of the historical process file can be corrected for multiple times in the above manner, and the recommendation accuracy and recommendation efficiency of the historical process file are improved as the number of times of recommending increases.
The present embodiment adds the following steps after sequentially recommending and screening the historical process files inside the file group to the new group according to the size of the recommendation coefficient: obtaining review and adoption information of the new group on the historical process file, and correcting the recommendation coefficient according to the review and adoption information; and when the same screening file group is generated by the next new group, recommending the historical process files in the screening file group to the next new group in sequence according to the corrected recommendation coefficient. The recommendation coefficient of the historical process file can be corrected, so that the recommendation accuracy and recommendation efficiency of the historical process file are improved.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, after recommending the historical process files inside the filtering file group to the new group in sequence according to the size of the recommendation coefficient, the following steps may be added: acquiring the adoption result of the historical process file by the new group, and expanding the file category information of the historical process file according to the function information of the new group after the historical process file is adopted by the new group.
In the actual working process, groups with different function information may use the same historical process file at the same time, for example: the financial office group and the personnel office group both need to use a historical process file of 'personnel statistical report'. Therefore, the embodiment can also expand the file category information of the historical process file through the adoption result of the new group to the historical process file. Specifically, when the method is used, members in the new group can manually adopt any historical process file into the new group according to actual requirements, and at the moment, additional file category information can be generated according to the function information of the new group on the basis of keeping original file category information of the historical process file, so that the same historical process file has a plurality of file category information. Therefore, the same historical process file appears in different screening file groups, so that the file category requirements of different new groups can be fully met.
Example four
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a group process file management method according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the additional information of the historical process file includes project difficulty information of the historical process file, and the additional attribute information of the new group includes project estimation difficulty information of the new group. Correspondingly, the recommendation coefficient of the historical process file is calculated according to the additional attribute information of the new group and the additional information of the historical process file, and the recommendation coefficient is specifically optimized as follows:
and calculating difficulty similarity according to the project pre-estimation difficulty information of the new group and the project difficulty information of the historical process files, and calculating recommendation coefficients of the historical process files according to the difficulty similarity, wherein the recommendation coefficients are in direct proportion to the difficulty similarity.
Specifically, the group process file management method provided in this embodiment includes:
step 410, obtaining a historical process file with file category information and project difficulty information.
And step 420, acquiring the function information and project estimation difficulty information of the new group after the new group is established.
And 430, determining the file category requirements of the new group according to the function information of the new group, and generating a screening file group according to the matching result between the file category requirements and the file category information of the historical process files.
And 440, calculating difficulty similarity according to the project pre-estimation difficulty information of the new group and the project difficulty information of the historical process files, and calculating recommendation coefficients of the historical process files according to the difficulty similarity, wherein the recommendation coefficients are in direct proportion to the difficulty similarity.
In the actual working process, the groups have different office processes and working states when undertaking projects with different difficulties, and in order to facilitate the new groups to use the working experience of the historical groups through the historical process files, the difficulty similarity is calculated through project pre-estimation difficulty information of the new groups and project difficulty information of the historical process files. If the difficulty similarity between a certain historical process file and a new group is higher, the historical process file is more suitable for the current new group to use the working experience for reference, so that the recommendation coefficient of the historical process file can be calculated according to the difficulty similarity, and the recommendation coefficient is ensured to be in direct proportion to the difficulty similarity.
Optionally, the project difficulty information of the historical process file in this embodiment may be project estimation difficulty information of a historical group related to the historical process file, or may be calculated according to additional attribute information of the historical group related to the historical process file.
Specifically, when the project difficulty information of the historical process file needs to be calculated, the additional attribute information of the historical group should include the project completion degree and the project job cycle. Since the higher the difficulty of the project is, the longer the work cycle required for the history group to reach the corresponding completion degree is, the project difficulty coefficient of the history group can be calculated according to the ratio between the project completion degree of the history group and the project work cycle of the history group. After the project difficulty coefficient of the history group is determined, project difficulty information of the history process file can be generated according to the project difficulty coefficient, and the difficulty similarity between the history process file and the new group is calculated according to the project difficulty information.

The recommendation coefficient of the historical process files can be calculated through the difficulty similarity, so that the historical process files with similar difficulty levels are preferentially recommended to the new group, and the new group can conveniently use the working experience in the historical process files for reference.
EXAMPLE five
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a group process file management method according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the additional information of the historical process file includes creator information of the historical process file, and the additional attribute information of the new group includes group personnel information of the new group. Correspondingly, the recommendation coefficient of the historical process file is calculated according to the additional attribute information of the new group and the additional information of the historical process file, and the recommendation coefficient is specifically optimized as follows:
and calculating the similarity of the personnel according to the information of the group personnel of the new group and the information of the creator of the historical process file, and calculating the recommendation coefficient of the historical process file according to the similarity of the personnel, wherein the size of the recommendation coefficient is in direct proportion to the similarity of the personnel.
Specifically, the group process file management method provided by this embodiment includes:
step 510, obtaining a historical process file with file category information and creator information.
And step 520, acquiring the function information and the group personnel information of the new group after the new group is established.

In the actual working process, the working process and the working state of the group can be influenced by the personnel composition in the group, and meanwhile, the manager can distribute tasks for the group according to the personnel composition in the group, so that the task difficulty is matched with the personnel in the group. Specifically, when the same project is submitted, the higher the technical level of the group personnel and the richer the work experience, the higher the efficiency of submitting the project by the group is. Accordingly, when a group has multiple senior technicians or senior officers, the manager will usually assign a task with higher difficulty or importance to the group, so as to ensure that the task has good completion quality. In view of this, the present embodiment calculates the similarity of the people through the person information of the new group and the creator information of the historical process file. If the similarity of the personnel between a certain historical process file and the new group is high, the historical process file can be inferred to have guiding significance for the office work of the current group, so that the recommendation coefficient of the historical process file can be calculated according to the similarity of the personnel, and the recommendation coefficient is ensured to be in direct proportion to the similarity of the personnel.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the creator information of the historical process file may be determined according to the additional attribute information of the historical group. Specifically, the additional attribute information of the history group may include personnel information of the history group. Before the historical group is disassembled, creator information of the historical process file can be generated according to the personnel information of the historical group, so that the personnel similarity between the historical process file and the new group can be conveniently calculated subsequently.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the staff information of the new group and the creator information of the historical process file may be list information of group staff, or list information of group staff with parameters such as staff skill level information, staff job title level information, or staff work experience information.

The recommendation coefficient of the historical process files can be calculated through the similarity of the personnel, so that the historical process files with similar personnel information are preferentially recommended to the new group, and the historical process files are ensured to have good guiding significance on the actual work of the new group.
EXAMPLE six
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a group process file management method according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the additional information of the historical process file includes item risk information of the historical process file, and the additional attribute information of the new group includes item estimated risk information of the new group. Correspondingly, the recommendation coefficient of the historical process file is calculated according to the additional attribute information of the new group and the additional information of the historical process file, and the recommendation coefficient is specifically optimized as follows:
and when the project estimated risk information of the new group is determined to be larger than the preset risk threshold, calculating a recommendation coefficient according to the project risk information of the historical process file, wherein the recommendation coefficient is inversely proportional to the project risk information of the historical process file.
Specifically, the group process file management method provided by this embodiment includes:
step 610, obtaining a historical process file with file category information and project risk information.
And step 620, acquiring the function information and project estimation risk information of the new group after the new group is established.
Step 630, determining the file category requirements of the new group according to the function information of the new group, and generating a screening file set according to the matching result between the file category requirements and the file category information of the historical process files.
And step 640, judging whether the project estimated risk information of the new group is greater than a preset risk threshold value or not according to the project estimated risk information of the new group, and calculating a recommendation coefficient according to the project risk information of the historical process file when the project estimated risk information of the new group is determined to be greater than the preset risk threshold value, wherein the recommendation coefficient is inversely proportional to the project risk information of the historical process file.
The item risk information refers to the risk level of the group when undertaking the item, and can be generally determined by the proportional relationship between the difficulty of undertaking the item and the technical level of the members in the group. When the risk level is lower, the members in the group can be qualified for undertaking the work of the project, so that the members in the group can designate a reasonable office flow, and the project can be ensured to be completed smoothly. When the risk level is higher, it indicates that the members in the group are unable to perform the undertaking work of the project, and at this time, errors may occur in the office process and the summarized work experience of the group, so that the processing speed of the project may be reduced, and even the project may not be completed smoothly.
In view of this, the present embodiment determines whether the estimated risk information of the project of the new group is greater than the preset risk threshold according to the estimated risk information of the project of the new group. When the estimated risk information of the project of the new group is larger than the preset risk threshold value, the risk level of the project held by the new group is judged to be higher, so that the historical process file recommended to the new group can embody a more reasonable office flow, and the fault of guiding the new group by the historical process file in the working process is avoided. Since the project risk level of a group is inversely proportional to the rationality of the process files generated by the group, in order to ensure that the historical process files recommended to a new group have a reasonable office flow, the recommendation coefficient should be inversely proportional to the project risk information of the historical process files when calculating the recommendation coefficient according to the project risk information of the historical process files.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the project estimated risk information of the new group may be determined by the additional attribute information of the new group, and the project risk information of the historical process file may be determined by the additional attribute information of the historical group.
Specifically, when determining the project estimated risk information of the new group, the additional attribute information of the new group should include the project estimated difficulty information of the new group and the average skill level of the new group, and the ratio between the project estimated difficulty information of the new group and the average skill level of the new group is calculated, so that the project estimated risk information of the new group can be determined.
In determining the item risk information of the historical process file, the additional attribute information of the historical group comprises: project completion of the history group, project work cycle of the history group and average skill level of personnel of the history group. The project difficulty coefficient can be determined according to the ratio of the project completion degree of the history group to the project operation cycle of the history group, and the project risk coefficient is determined according to the ratio of the project difficulty coefficient of the history group to the average skill level of the personnel of the history group. At this time, the item risk coefficient can be used as the item risk information of the historical process file, so that the calculation of the recommendation coefficient is convenient.
In this embodiment, the recommendation coefficient of the historical process file is calculated according to the additional attribute information of the new group and the additional information of the historical process file, and is specifically optimized as follows: and when the project estimated risk information of the new group is determined to be greater than the preset risk threshold, calculating a recommendation coefficient according to the project risk information of the historical process file, wherein the recommendation coefficient is inversely proportional to the project risk information of the historical process file. The historical process files of the low-risk information can be preferentially recommended to the new group which undertakes the high-risk items, so that the new group can obtain reasonable office process inspirations through the historical process files, and the new group is prevented from making errors in actual work.
