A method for assembling a gain type LED luminous tube comprises the following steps:
s1, directly controlling the positioning and connecting block 6 to be placed in the corresponding connecting groove, and then pushing the device upward, when the electrode head 23 moves to the corresponding position, the contact plate 11 is pressed to move downward and controls the first piston plate 8 to move downward, and the first piston plate 8 presses the air in the first piston chamber 7 downward into the second piston chamber 14 and the sealing air bag 24;
s2, simultaneously moving the second piston plates 15 away from each other, moving the second moving rods 18 into corresponding positioning grooves to realize the assembly of the device, simultaneously extruding and moving the air in the second piston cavity 14 into the sealing air bags 24, and sealing the connecting positions of the electrode tips 23 by the sealing air bags 24;
s3, after the lampshade main body 1 is used for a period of time, the lampshade main body 1 is controlled to rotate one hundred eighty degrees, meanwhile, the cleaning strips 3 clean and remove dust on the surface of the lampshade main body 1, and when the device works and illuminates, water flow is led into the supporting shell 5 through the connecting water pipe 29, so that the dissipation of the working heat of the device is realized.

According to the invention, the supporting shell 5, the connecting water pipe 29 and the protection plate 4 are arranged, the protection plate 4 shields the upper side position of the lampshade main body 1, so that dust is prevented from being adhered to the upper side position of the lampshade main body 1, meanwhile, water flow can be introduced into the supporting shell 5 through the connecting water pipe 29, the low temperature of the supporting shell 5 is used for absorbing heat emitted by the lampshade main body 1, the protection work is performed on the smooth stabilizing process of the device, the dust adhesion and high temperature influence are reduced, and the service life of the device is ensured to a certain extent.

the upper surface of the first piston plate (8) is fixedly connected with the bottom ends of two first moving rods (9), the top ends of the two first moving rods (9) are fixedly connected with the lower surface of the same contact plate (11), a second piston cavity (14) is arranged on the inner wall of the positioning connection block (6), the first piston cavity (7) is communicated with the second piston cavity (14) through a middle pipe (13), the inner wall of the second piston cavity (14) is overlapped with the outer surface of the second piston plate (15), the opposite surfaces of the two second piston plates (15) are fixedly connected with the opposite ends of the two second moving rods (18), the opposite surfaces of the two positioning connection blocks (6) are fixedly connected with the opposite ends of the two first air pipes (19), and the other end of the first air pipe (19) is clamped on the outer surface of a fixing frame (20);
the lower surface of mount (20) is connected with the last fixed surface of bearing (21), bearing (21) set up the surface of connecting end cover (2), it sets up the surface at lamp shade main part (1) to connect end cover (2), be provided with electrode tip (23) in lamp shade main part (1), the left end of electrode tip (23) is provided with air-tight bag (24), two draw-in groove (25) have all been seted up to the opposite face of mount (20), the surface of connecting end cover (2) is provided with two telescopic links (27), the other end of telescopic link (27) is provided with stopper (26), upside the surface of stopper (26) and the inner wall overlap joint of draw-in groove (25).
