Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 6 in combination, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a compressor, particularly a scroll compressor, which accommodates a compression mechanism and a driving part in a hermetic container composed of an upper cover 1, a housing 12 and a lower cover 6; the compression mechanism consists of a fixed scroll 2, a movable scroll 11 and a cross slip ring 10; the driving part mainly comprises a motor 8 and a crankshaft 9. In the working process of the scroll compressor, the movable scroll 11 is driven to run by a driving part, the movable scroll 11 and the fixed scroll 2 are meshed with each other to form a crescent-shaped compression cavity, along with the rotation of the crankshaft 9, a refrigerant enters the compression mechanism, the movable scroll 11 continuously rotates and translates and is always kept in a good meshed state, a suction cavity is continuously pushed towards the center, the volume is continuously reduced, the pressure in the cavity is continuously increased, when the refrigerant is compressed to a preset compression ratio, the refrigerant is discharged from a central exhaust port of the fixed scroll 2 and enters an upper cover space of a sealed container, enters a space of the motor 8 through an exhaust channel of the fixed scroll 2 and the upper support 3, cools the motor 8, is discharged out of the compressor and enters an air conditioning system to complete refrigeration/heating circulation.
When the compressor runs, the motor 8 drives the crankshaft 9 to rotate, the crank of the crankshaft 9 drives the movable scroll 11 to move, and the movable scroll 11 makes translational motion around the center of the crankshaft 9 with a fixed radius under the anti-autorotation limit of the cross slip ring 10. The crankshaft 9 rotates to drive the oil pump 14 to rotate, oil is absorbed from the oil pool 18 in the lower cover 6, lubricating oil is pumped to the crankshaft oil guide hole through the oil pump 14 and enters the middle oil pool of the upper bracket 3 through the crankshaft oil guide hole, and the lubricating oil returns to the oil pool 18 through the oil return hole of the upper bracket 3.
The shell 12 is provided with an exhaust pipe 17, the exhaust pipe 17 is communicated with an oil equalizing pipe 15, the oil equalizing device further comprises a conduction control component, the conduction control component can cut off the communication between the oil equalizing pipe 15 and the upper space of the oil pool 18 when the oil level of the oil pool 18 is lower than a target oil level, when the oil level of the oil pan 18 is not lower than the target oil level, the oil equalizing pipe 15 communicates with the upper space of the oil pan 18, and it is understood that the upper space is filled with the oil mist 5 in a normal case. In the technical scheme, when the oil level (also called liquid level) of the oil pool 18 does not reach the target oil level, the conduction control part prevents oil mist 5 from entering the oil equalizing pipe 15, and when the oil level of the oil pool 18 reaches the target oil level, the oil equalizing pipe 15 is communicated with the upper space, so that part of lubricating oil in the oil pool 18 enters the oil equalizing pipe 15 and enters the air conditioning system under the action of the exhaust pipe 17, and therefore the oil pool oil level of the compressor can be ensured to be not reached, the oil mist 5 is reserved in the shell 12 to ensure the sufficient lubrication of a compressor pump body, the internal oil shortage of the compressor is prevented, the reliability and the efficiency of the compressor are improved, the oil mist can be discharged from the compressor when the target oil level is reached, and the oil balance between the compressor and a parallel compressor is realized. It will be appreciated that the target oil level is selected based on the particular compressor model and the level of lubrication requirements within the compressor.
In some embodiments, the conduction control component includes a mounting base 7, a connection flow channel (not referenced in the figures) is provided on the mounting base 7, one end of the connection flow channel has a flow channel inlet corresponding to the upper space of the oil pool 18, and the other end of the connection flow channel is communicated with the oil equalizing pipe 15, and the conduction control component further includes a control valve plug 19 at the flow channel inlet, and the control valve plug 19 can control to communicate or block the oil equalizing pipe 15 and the upper space of the oil pool 18. It can be understood that the purpose of the control valve core 19 is to realize the on/off of the connection flow passage, and thus the structure of the conduction control component is simplified.
In a specific embodiment, the mounting base 7 can directly adopt the existing lower bracket in the compressor, and a separate manufacturing process of mounting the mounting base 7 in the shell 12 is not needed, so that the compact design of the compressor can be facilitated, and the production and manufacturing cost can be reduced.
In some implementations, the state of the control valve core 19 may be, for example, electromagnetically controlled, and more preferably, when the oil level in the oil sump 18 is not lower than the target oil level, the control valve core 19 can switch the control valve core 19 from the blocking state to the communicating state under the buoyancy of the lubricating oil in the oil sump 18, and when the oil level in the oil sump 18 is lower than the target oil level, the control valve core 19 can switch the control valve core 19 from the communicating state to the blocking state under the self-weight, and this technical solution can realize the state switching of the control valve core 19 by only using the self-weight of the control valve core 19 and the buoyancy of the lubricating oil in the oil sump 18, and does not need a complicated electric control system, thereby reducing the cost and effectively reducing the number of potential fault points of the compressor. Specifically, the communication flow passage includes a vertical flow passage section 701 extending in the axial direction of the housing 12, and the control valve element 19 can move up and down in the vertical direction under the buoyancy or the self-weight of the lubricating oil, and it can be understood that the control valve element 19 in this case can be objectively understood as a float structure. Further, the communication flow passage further includes a horizontal flow passage section 702 extending along the radial direction of the casing 12, the vertical flow passage section 701 is communicated with the horizontal flow passage section 702, and one end of the horizontal flow passage section 702 far away from the vertical flow passage section 701 is communicated with the oil equalizing pipe 15.
In some embodiments, the communication flow channel further has a buffer cavity 703, the horizontal flow channel section 702 is communicated with the oil equalizing pipe 15 through the buffer cavity 703, and by providing the buffer cavity 703, the flow rate of the lubricating oil can be reduced after the communication flow channel is communicated, so as to prevent the high-speed lubricating oil from impacting the exhaust port.
In a particular embodiment, the control valve spool 19 is flap-shaped to allow a greater area of contact with the lubricant, which facilitates its smooth opening (i.e., communication) by the buoyancy of the lubricant. As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, a groove is formed on a side of the sheet-shaped control valve core 19 facing the oil pool 18, so that on one hand, the self weight of the control valve core can be reduced, and on the other hand, the contact area between the control valve core and the lubricating oil can also be increased, thereby achieving the purpose of opening and closing the flow channel better; and/or, as shown in fig. 6, the control valve core 19 is a hollow structure, and the weight of the control valve core can be reduced under the condition that the external volume of the control valve core is not changed, so that the purpose of opening and closing the flow passage can be better achieved.
According to an embodiment of the invention, an air conditioner is also provided, which comprises the compressor.
It is readily understood by a person skilled in the art that the advantageous ways described above can be freely combined, superimposed without conflict.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention. The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these improvements and modifications should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
