When the outer wall root is repaired, the fixing of the fixing component 3 to the protective cover 2 can be unlocked by directly screwing the fixing rod 31, so that the protective cover 2 is separated from the waterproof wall 13, the effect of conveniently repairing the joint of the auxiliary wall 14 and the waterproof wall 13 is achieved, and the repairing of the outer wall root is further facilitated.
