Abstract
The invention discloses a local advanced sealing structure of a post-cast strip of a roof of an underground chamber and a construction method thereof, wherein the structure comprises the following steps: the plastic steel plate is lapped on the top plates of the basement at two opposite sides of the post-cast strip; the limiting rods are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the plastic steel plate, the lower ends of the limiting rods are implanted into the top plate of the basement, and the upper ends of the limiting rods are fixedly connected to the side parts of the plastic steel plate; and the supporting assembly is fixedly arranged on a foundation structure of the basement and comprises a first supporting frame, a plurality of second supporting frames and a connecting beam, the first supporting frame, the plurality of second supporting frames and the connecting beam are supported on the plastic steel plate, the plurality of second supporting frames are respectively supported on top plates of the basement on two opposite sides of the post-cast strip, the plurality of second supporting frames are arranged on two opposite sides of the first supporting frame, and the connecting beam is connected between the first supporting frame and the second supporting frame. The method solves the problem that the construction progress is influenced due to the position conflict between the secondary structure construction station and the post-cast strip of the basement top plate.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a local advanced sealing structure of a post-cast strip of a top plate of an underground chamber and a construction method thereof.
Background
In some building structures, the basement roof is provided with post-cast strips. According to design requirements, pouring should be carried out after the main structure construction is finished and the settlement is stable. the supporting assembly comprises a first supporting frame, a plurality of second supporting frames and a connecting beam, wherein the first supporting frame is supported on the plastic steel plate, the second supporting frames are respectively supported on the top plates of the basement on the two opposite sides of the post-cast strip, the second supporting frames are arranged on the two opposite sides of the first supporting frame, and the connecting beam is connected between the first supporting frame and the second supporting frame.

and respectively arranging a plurality of limiting rods on two opposite sides of the plastic steel plate, implanting the lower ends of the limiting rods into the top plate of the basement, and fixedly connecting the upper ends of the limiting rods to the side parts of the plastic steel plate.

The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a local advanced closing structure of a late poured band of a roof of a subsurface chamber, including: plastic steel plate 1, many gag lever posts 2, supporting component 3.

The limiting rods 2 are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the plastic steel plate 1. The lower end of the limiting rod 2 is embedded into a top plate 4 of the basement. The upper end of the limiting rod 2 is fixedly connected to the side part of the plastic steel plate 1.
The support assembly 3 is fixedly arranged on the basement foundation structure 5. The support assembly 3 includes a first support frame 31, a plurality of second support frames 32, and a tie beam 33.
Specifically, the first support frame 31 is supported by the plastic steel plate 1. A plurality of second support brackets 32 are supported on the top slab 4 of the basement on opposite sides of the post-cast strip 40. A plurality of second support brackets 32 are disposed at opposite sides of the first support bracket 31. The tie beam 33 is connected between the first support frame 31 and the second support frame 32.
The local advanced closing structure of the basement roof post-cast strip is suitable for post-cast strip construction, and is applied to improve construction progress and safety guarantee in order to avoid influencing construction of an upper structure of the post-cast strip and weakening influence of uneven settlement of two sides of the post-cast strip. According to the local advanced sealing structure of the post-cast strip of the basement roof, the vertical deformation caused by uneven settlement of the two sides of the post-cast strip is counteracted by utilizing the plastic deformation capacity of the steel plate, the upper concrete and other loads are transferred to the foundation and the foundation by utilizing the good bearing capacity of the frame body and the steel plate, and the horizontal displacement of the steel plate is limited by utilizing the limiting devices on the two sides of the post-cast strip; the influence of uneven settlement of the two sides of the post-cast strip on the upper structure is effectively controlled, and the construction progress and the construction safety are ensured.
In the present embodiment, the plastic steel sheet 1 is disposed along the longitudinal direction of the post-cast strip 40. The plurality of stopper rods 2 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the plastic steel plate 1.
In this embodiment, the stop rod 2 is a steel bar or a chemical anchor. The spacing rods 2 are arranged at intervals of 1 meter along the length direction of the plastic steel plate.
Wherein, the upper end of the positioning rod is welded and connected with the side part of the plastic steel plate 1. The positioning rod is planted after the structural strength of the basement top plates on two sides of the post-cast strip meets the requirement.
In a preferred embodiment, the first support frame 31 and the second support frame 32 are steel pipe frames.

The invention provides a construction method of a local advanced sealing structure of a post-cast strip of a top plate of an underground chamber, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1: and laying the plastic steel plate 1 on the early closing section of the post-cast strip 40, so that the plastic steel plate 1 is lapped on the top plate 4 of the basement on two opposite sides of the post-cast strip 40 to shield the early closing section of the post-cast strip 40.
S2: the supporting assembly 3 is fixedly arranged on the basement foundation structure, so that the first supporting frame 31 of the supporting assembly 3 is supported below the plastic steel plate 1, and the plurality of second supporting frames 32 of the supporting assembly 3 are respectively supported on the basement top plate 4 on two opposite sides of the post-cast strip 40.
Wherein, the second supporting frame 32 is set up in advance when the concrete of the basement roof on both sides of the post-cast strip is constructed, and the first supporting frame 31 is set up after the plastic steel plate on the upper portion is laid and is pushed against the plastic steel plate.

the limiting rods are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the plastic steel plate, the lower ends of the limiting rods are implanted into the top plate of the basement, and the upper ends of the limiting rods are fixedly connected to the side parts of the plastic steel plate; and
the supporting assembly comprises a first supporting frame, a plurality of second supporting frames and a connecting beam, wherein the first supporting frame is supported on the plastic steel plate, the second supporting frames are respectively supported on the top plates of the basement on the two opposite sides of the post-cast strip, the second supporting frames are arranged on the two opposite sides of the first supporting frame, and the connecting beam is connected between the first supporting frame and the second supporting frame.
2. The basement roof post-cast strip partial early sealing structure according to claim 1, wherein the plastic steel plate is disposed along a length direction of the post-cast strip.
3. The basement roof post-cast strip partial early sealing structure according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of the limiting rods are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the plastic steel plate.
4. The basement roof post-cast strip partial early sealing structure according to claim 3, wherein the limiting rod is a chemical anchor bolt.
5. The basement roof post-cast strip partial early sealing structure according to claim 1, wherein the upper ends of the positioning rods are connected to the side portions of the plastic steel plates by full-weld welding.
6. The basement roof post-cast strip partial early sealing structure according to claim 1, wherein the first and second support brackets are steel pipe brackets.
7. A construction method of a local early sealing structure of a post-cast strip of a basement roof as claimed in any one of claims 1-6, characterized by comprising the following steps:
laying a plastic steel plate on the early closing section of the post-cast strip, so that the plastic steel plate is lapped on the top plates of the basement on two opposite sides of the post-cast strip to shield the early closing section of the post-cast strip;
fixedly arranging a supporting assembly on a basement foundation structure, wherein a first supporting frame of the supporting assembly is supported below the plastic steel plate, and a plurality of second supporting frames of the supporting assembly are respectively supported on the basement top plates on two opposite sides of the post-cast strip;
and respectively arranging a plurality of limiting rods on two opposite sides of the plastic steel plate, implanting the lower ends of the limiting rods into the top plate of the basement, and fixedly connecting the upper ends of the limiting rods to the side parts of the plastic steel plate.
