The paint can sends the paint into the spraying frame 2 and the inner cavity of the spraying sleeve 21 through a high-pressure pump, and the paint is uniformly sprayed out from the spray head 24 on the surface of the spraying sleeve 21 to spray the end face of the bridge; the motor connected with the screw rod 13 is controlled to work through the controller, so that the screw rod 13 rotates to be matched with the sliding block 12, the sliding block 12 moves up and down along the sliding groove 11, the whole spraying frame 2 is driven to move up and down, and regional spraying is conducted on the end face of the bridge. Through the work, the paint spraying work of the end face of the bridge can be finished efficiently and high-quality.
Two ends of the spraying frame 2 are clamped in the connecting grooves 14 through the connecting blocks 23, and the lower sides of the connecting blocks 23 are mutually clamped with the clamping blocks 15 in the connecting grooves 14 through the clamping grooves, so that the connecting blocks 23 and the connecting grooves 14 are prevented from being separated from each other; the spray frame 2 itself has a weight during the spraying process, and the connecting block 23 is stably clamped in the connecting groove 14 under the action of the weight. The notch of the connecting groove 14 is provided with a flaring structure, so that the clamping block 15 can be conveniently put in.
The spraying sleeve 21 with the trapezoidal structure has a larger surface, and can be provided with more spray heads 24, so that the spraying effect is improved; the filter frame 25 installed through magnetic attraction plays a role in filtering the coating on one hand, avoids spraying of impurities in the coating to influence the spraying quality, and avoids influence of external impurities on normal operation of the spray head 24 on the other hand.
The connecting rods 41 at the bottom of the connecting plate 4 are connected through the sleeves 42, and the hanging bracket 1 is connected from the bottom, so that the stable arrangement of the hanging bracket 1 is facilitated, and the stability of the whole equipment is ensured. The two ends of the sleeve 42 are provided with threads in opposite directions, so that the connecting rod 41 can be screwed or loosened simultaneously, and the installation and the use are more convenient.
