In a third aspect, the invention provides a sport protection adhesive tape using the material tape using PVC foam as a base material, which comprises the material tape using PVC foam as a base material and a release film bonded with the material tape using PVC foam as a base material.

The baking treatment equipment is a first crawler-type baking oven with the length of 20m, the pole-changing speed can be regulated, the length is 20m, and the baking temperature is controlled at 130-140 ℃. Specifically, the preparation of the material belt taking PVC foam as a base material comprises the following steps:
step 1, weighing 70kg of PVC resin powder, 30kg of PU resin powder, 50kg of first plasticizer, 30kg of second plasticizer, 1kg of calcium-zinc liquid stabilizer and 0.5kg of barium-zinc stabilizer, sequentially adding into a stirring barrel, starting the stirring barrel, stirring at 120rpm for 20min until the stirring speed is uniform, and standing for 5h; then adding 20kg of a third plasticizer, 1.5kg of a viscosity reducer and 1kg of a Basoff antioxidant, and uniformly stirring at a rotation speed of 120rpm for 20min to obtain a paste A1; in this embodiment, the first plasticizer is diisononyl phthalate, the second plasticizer is acetyl tributyl citrate, and the third plasticizer is dioctyl adipate.

And 5, before entering the third section of foaming structure, automatically and uniformly coating the paste A1 on the bottom layer through a coating machine, entering the third section of foaming structure for foaming, and penetrating out the third section of foaming structure after the foaming time of 1min, thereby forming a surface layer of a material belt taking PVC foam as a base material on the high-temperature release paper, wherein the thickness is 0.1mm.
And 6, placing the high-temperature-resistant release paper and the bottom layer, the middle layer and the surface layer which are arranged on the release paper in a roller of a cooling system for cooling and shaping.
Step 7, starting a first crawler-type oven, and controlling the transmission speed at 20m/min; and (3) placing the cooled and shaped high-temperature-resistant release paper and the bottom layer, the middle layer and the surface layer which are arranged on the release paper in a first crawler-type oven for deodorizing, penetrating out of the first crawler-type oven after baking for 1min, stripping the high-temperature-resistant release paper, obtaining a material belt taking PVC foam as a base material, and winding for standby.
Preparation of sports protective tape:
the tension release treatment equipment used in the step is a second crawler-type oven, adopts a drum-type assembly line structure, can change poles and regulate speed, has the length of 60m respectively, and is controlled at 70-80 ℃; and the drying treatment equipment is a third crawler-type oven, the pole-changing speed-adjusting can be realized, the length is respectively 10m, and the baking temperature is controlled at 40 ℃. Specifically, the preparation of the sport protection tape comprises the following steps:
step 1, starting a second crawler-type oven, and controlling the transmission speed at 20m/min; and stripping the rolled material belt taking the PVC foam as a base material to enable the material belt to be sheet-shaped, placing the material belt in a second crawler-type oven for tension release, and penetrating out of the second crawler-type oven after baking for 3min, and winding for standby.

And 3, carrying out mould pressing and automatic stripping treatment on the material belt taking the PVC foam as the base material and the rubberized release film after tension release through a compounding machine, so that the adhesive layer formed on the release film is transferred to the material belt taking the PVC foam as the base material, so as to obtain the motion protection adhesive tape, and winding, standing for standby.

Example 2
Preparation of a material belt with PVC foam as a base material:

The baking treatment equipment is a first crawler-type baking oven with the length of 20m, the pole-changing speed can be regulated, the length is 20m, and the baking temperature is controlled at 120-130 ℃. Specifically, the preparation of the material belt taking PVC foam as a base material comprises the following steps:

Step 3, starting a crawler-type continuous foaming production line, and controlling the transmission speed of the crawler-type continuous foaming production line to be 13.3m/min; placing the high-temperature release paper at a feeding port of a first section foaming structure of a crawler-type continuous foaming production line, automatically and uniformly coating paste A2 on the high-temperature release paper through a coating machine, then entering the first section foaming structure for foaming, and penetrating out of the first section foaming structure after the foaming time of 1.5min, thereby forming a bottom layer of a material belt taking PVC foam as a base material on the high-temperature release paper, wherein the thickness is 0.5mm; preferably, the high temperature release paper is plain paper.
And 4, before entering the second section of foaming structure, automatically and uniformly coating the paste B2 on the bottom layer through a coating machine, entering the second section of foaming structure for foaming, and penetrating out of the second section of foaming structure after the foaming time of 3min, so that a middle layer of a material belt taking PVC foam as a base material is formed on the high-temperature release paper, wherein the thickness is 0.5mm.

the tension release treatment equipment used in the step is a second crawler-type oven, adopts a drum-type assembly line structure, can change poles and regulate speed, has the length of 60m respectively, and is controlled at 50-70 ℃; and the drying treatment equipment is a third crawler-type oven, the pole-changing speed-adjusting can be realized, the length is respectively 10m, and the baking temperature is controlled at 35 ℃. Specifically, the preparation of the sport protection tape comprises the following steps:

Step 3, starting a crawler-type continuous foaming production line, and controlling the transmission speed of the crawler-type continuous foaming production line to be 10m/min; placing high-temperature release paper at a feeding port of a first section foaming structure of a crawler-type continuous foaming production line, automatically and uniformly coating paste A3 on the high-temperature release paper through a coating machine, then entering the first section foaming structure for foaming, and penetrating out of the first section foaming structure after 2 minutes of foaming time, thereby forming a bottom layer of a material belt taking PVC foam as a base material on the high-temperature release paper, wherein the thickness is 1.0mm; preferably, the high temperature release paper is ultra-fine sanded (fine velvet) paper.
And 4, before entering the second section of foaming structure, automatically and uniformly coating the paste B3 on the bottom layer through a coating machine, entering the second section of foaming structure for foaming, and penetrating out the second section of foaming structure after 2 minutes of foaming time, thereby forming a middle layer of a material belt taking PVC foam as a base material on the high-temperature release paper, wherein the thickness is 1.0mm.
And 5, before entering the third section of foaming structure, automatically and uniformly coating the paste A3 on the bottom layer through a coating machine, entering the third section of foaming structure for foaming, and penetrating out the third section of foaming structure after the foaming time of 4min, thereby forming a surface layer of a material belt taking PVC foam as a base material on the high-temperature release paper, wherein the thickness is 1.0mm.
And 6, placing the high-temperature-resistant release paper and the bottom layer, the middle layer and the surface layer which are arranged on the release paper in a roller of a cooling system for cooling and shaping.
Step 7, starting a first crawler-type oven, and controlling the transmission speed to be 10m/min; and (3) placing the cooled and shaped high-temperature-resistant release paper and the bottom layer, the middle layer and the surface layer which are arranged on the release paper in a first crawler-type oven for deodorizing, penetrating out of the first crawler-type oven after baking for 2min, stripping the high-temperature-resistant release paper, obtaining a material belt taking PVC foam as a base material, and winding for standby.
Preparation of sports protective tape:
the tension release treatment equipment used in the step is a second crawler-type oven, adopts a drum-type assembly line structure, can change poles and regulate speed, has the length of 60m respectively, and is controlled at 30-40 ℃; and the drying treatment equipment is a third crawler-type oven, the pole-changing speed-adjusting can be realized, the length is respectively 10m, and the baking temperature is controlled at 30 ℃. Specifically, the preparation of the sport protection tape comprises the following steps:
step 1, starting a second crawler-type oven, and controlling the transmission speed to be 10m/min; and stripping the rolled material belt taking the PVC foam as a base material to enable the material belt to be sheet-shaped, placing the material belt in a second crawler-type oven for tension release, and taking out of the second crawler-type oven after baking for 6min, and winding for later use.
Step 2, starting a third crawler-type oven, and controlling the transmission speed to be 5m/min; and placing a release film at the feeding port of the third crawler-type oven, uniformly coating an adhesive on the release film through a coating machine, placing the release film in the third crawler-type oven for drying to form an adhesive layer, and taking out of the third crawler-type oven after baking for 2min, and winding for later use. Preferably, the release film is a single silicon release PET film.
And 3, carrying out mould pressing and automatic stripping treatment on the material belt taking the PVC foam as the base material and the rubberized release film after tension release through a compounding machine, so that the adhesive layer formed on the release film is transferred to the material belt taking the PVC foam as the base material, so as to obtain the motion protection adhesive tape, and winding, standing for standby.
In the specific use process, the rolled width is cut according to the required width by a cutting machine.
The quality of the sports protective tape prepared in the three embodiments is detected respectively, and the quality is mainly detected from four performances of stretching rate, closed porosity, foaming multiplying power and adhesive peeling strength.
The method for detecting the stretching ratio comprises the following steps: cutting the prepared motion protection adhesive tape into strips with the width of 2cm, cutting out fragments with the lengths of 5cm, 10cm and 20cm respectively, stretching each fragment to the maximum length, calculating the ratio of the stretched fragment length to the initial length, and counting the average value of the calculated ratios of the fragments to obtain the motion protection adhesive tape. The closed pore rate can be calculated by observing the surface layer structure of the motion protection adhesive tape through a magnifying glass so as to reflect the waterproof performance. The adhesive peel strength can be obtained by peeling off the release film by the motion protection adhesive tape, and then adhering the release film to a flat steel plate for peeling test. The foaming ratio is the weight per cubic meter of the prepared sports protective tape so as to reflect the air permeability.
The results of the performance tests for the athletic protective tape in the above three examples are shown in table 1.

From the detection results in table 1, it can be seen that:
1. the stretching rate of the sports protective adhesive tape of the three embodiments of the invention is more than 220%, and the stretching rate of the conventional PVC adhesive tape is not more than 150%, so that the inspection standard is met, and the sports protective adhesive tape in the embodiments of the invention has good stretching performance.
2. The closed hole rate of the sport protection adhesive tape of the three embodiments is more than 70%, the inspection standard is met, and the sport protection adhesive tape in the embodiments has good surface waterproof performance.
3. The foaming multiplying power of the sport protection adhesive tape of the three embodiments is 300% -350%, the inspection standard is met, and the sport protection adhesive tape in the embodiments has good air permeability and good tearing performance.
4. The adhesive peel strength of the sport protection tape of the three embodiments of the invention is more than 2.5N, which meets the inspection standard.
In order to detect the stability of the sport protection tape in the embodiment of the invention, the sport protection tape in the three embodiments is taken to be suitable for high-temperature test and low-temperature test respectively. Wherein, the high temperature test is to put the sport protection adhesive tape through a 60 ℃ oven for 90 days, and then measure the precipitation rate of the plasticizer and the stretching rate; the low temperature test is to measure the plasticizer precipitation rate and the stretching rate of the medical PVC elastic film after the medical PVC elastic film is placed at the low temperature of minus 10 ℃ for 90 days. As a comparative experiment, several conventional PVC tapes were selected for high temperature test and low temperature test, respectively, and the test results of each experiment are shown in table 2.

From the detection results in table 2, it can be seen that:
the stretching ratio of the sport protection adhesive tape in the three embodiments of the invention is kept above 220% under the high temperature or low temperature condition, the stretching ratio is basically unchanged, and the stability is good. And the motion protective adhesive tape is free of plasticizer precipitation under the high-temperature or low-temperature condition, so that the hand feeling of the motion protective adhesive tape is not obviously hardened, and the medical PVC elastic film has the characteristics of soft and comfortable hand feeling and strong simulated human skin touch feeling.

Claims (9)
1. The preparation method of the material belt taking the PVC foam as the base material is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
adding 70 parts of PVC resin powder, 30 parts of PU resin powder, 50 parts of first plasticizer, 30 parts of second plasticizer, 1-3 parts of calcium zinc liquid stabilizer and 0.5-1.5 parts of barium zinc stabilizer into a stirring barrel with the rotating speed of 120rpm, uniformly stirring for 20-30 min, and standing for 5-8 h; adding 20 parts of a third plasticizer, 1.5-3 parts of a viscosity reducer and 1-2 parts of a Pasteur antioxidant, and uniformly stirring at a rotating speed of 120rpm for 20-30 min to obtain a paste A;
adding 70 parts of PVC resin powder, 30 parts of PU resin powder, 80 parts of a second plasticizer, 2-3 parts of a barium-zinc stabilizer and 4-6 parts of an AC foaming agent into a stirring barrel with the rotating speed of 120rpm, uniformly stirring for 30-40 min, and standing for 8-12 h; adding 20 parts of a third plasticizer, 1.5-3 parts of a viscosity reducer and 1-2 parts of a Pasteur antioxidant, and uniformly stirring at a rotating speed of 120rpm for 20-30 min to obtain a paste B; specifically, the first plasticizer is diisononyl phthalate, the second plasticizer is acetyl tributyl citrate, and the third plasticizer is dioctyl adipate;
uniformly coating the paste A on high-temperature-resistant release paper, and placing the release paper in a foaming production line with the foaming temperature of 150-200 ℃ for foaming for 1-2 min to form a bottom layer of a material belt taking PVC foam as a base material;
uniformly coating the paste B on the bottom layer, and placing the paste B in a foaming production line with the foaming temperature of 150-200 ℃ for foaming for 2-4 min to form a middle layer of a material belt taking PVC foam as a base material;
uniformly coating the paste A on the middle layer, and placing the paste A in a foaming production line with the foaming temperature of 150-200 ℃ for foaming for 1-2 min to form a surface layer of a material belt taking PVC foam as a base material;
and (3) placing the high-temperature-resistant release paper and the bottom layer, the middle layer and the surface layer which are arranged on the release paper in a cooling system for cooling shaping and deodorizing treatment, peeling the high-temperature-resistant release paper to obtain the material belt taking PVC foam as a base material, and winding for standby.
2. The method for preparing the material belt based on the PVC foam according to claim 1, wherein the specific steps of the deodorizing treatment comprise:
and (3) placing the cooled and shaped high-temperature-resistant release paper and the bottom layer, the middle layer and the surface layer which are arranged on the release paper in an oven with the baking temperature of 100-140 ℃ for deodorizing, wherein the baking time is 1-2 min.
3. The method for preparing the material belt taking the PVC foam as the base material according to claim 1, wherein the thickness ranges of the bottom layer, the middle layer and the surface layer of the material belt taking the PVC foam as the base material are all 0.1 mm-1.0 mm.
4. The material belt taking PVC foam as a base material is characterized by being prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the material belt taking PVC foam as the base material comprises a bottom layer, a middle layer and a surface layer which are sequentially laminated from bottom to top; the bottom layer, the middle layer and the surface layer are all formed through foaming preparation, and the preparation materials of the bottom layer and the surface layer are the same.
5. The material strip based on PVC foam according to claim 4, wherein the preparation materials of the bottom layer and the surface layer comprise the following components:
70 parts of PVC resin powder, 30 parts of PU resin powder, 50 parts of first plasticizer, 30 parts of second plasticizer, 1-3 parts of calcium-zinc liquid stabilizer, 0.5-1.5 parts of barium-zinc stabilizer, 20 parts of third plasticizer, 1.5-3 parts of viscosity reducer and 1-2 parts of Basoff antioxidant.
6. The material strip based on PVC foam according to claim 4, wherein the preparation material of the middle layer comprises the following components:
70 parts of PVC resin powder, 30 parts of PU resin powder, 80 parts of a second plasticizer, 2-3 parts of a barium-zinc stabilizer, 4-6 parts of an AC foaming agent, 20 parts of a third plasticizer, 1.5-3 parts of a viscosity reducer and 1-2 parts of a Basf antioxidant.
7. A sport protection tape comprising the PVC foam-based material tape according to any one of claims 4 to 6 and a release film bonded to the PVC foam-based material tape.
8. The athletic protective tape of claim 7, wherein the athletic protective tape is prepared by a process comprising the steps of:
stripping the rolled material belt taking PVC foam as a base material to enable the material belt to be in a sheet shape, putting the material belt into an oven with a baking temperature of 30-80 ℃ for releasing tension, baking for 3-6 min, and then rolling for later use;
uniformly coating an adhesive on the release film, placing the release film in an oven with a baking temperature of 30-40 ℃ to dry the release film to form a bonding layer, and winding the release film for standby after the baking time is 1-2 min;
and carrying out mould pressing and automatic stripping treatment on the material belt taking the PVC foam as the base material and the release film after the tension is released, so that the adhesive layer formed on the release film is shifted to the material belt taking the PVC foam as the base material, thereby obtaining the motion protection adhesive tape, and winding, standing for standby.
9. The athletic protective tape of claim 7 or 8, wherein the release film is a single silicon release PET film.
