The preparation method of the digital camouflage adhesive tape sequentially comprises the steps of mixing rubber; placing the raw material of the protective rubber layer after the hot refining on a calender, and taking base cloth as a framework material to prepare a protective adhesive tape; placing the digital camouflage adhesive film on the other surface, and rolling the prepared protective adhesive tape for later use; winding the obtained protective adhesive tape on a rubber roller of a vulcanizing tank, tearing off a PET protective film on the surface of the digital camouflage adhesive film in the winding process, isolating the PET protective film with talcum powder in the middle, and performing indirect vulcanization by adopting electric heating of the vulcanizing tank to obtain the digital camouflage adhesive tape material. The digital camouflage adhesive tape can meet the requirements of protection performance and camouflage performance, and the preparation method is simple and easy to operate and can be used for mass production.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of protective materials, and particularly relates to a digital camouflage adhesive tape and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the products such as gas protection clothes, gas protection boots and the like in China are all prepared by coating or rolling processes with adhesive tapes, the appearance of the products is in single color such as black, gray or yellow, and the like, so that the products need to have camouflage performance under the condition of not influencing the protective performance of the products in order to improve the camouflage performance of equipment and the matching performance with other equipment. Therefore, the existing rubberized fabric material can not meet the requirements of the camouflage performance while meeting the requirements of the protective performance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the existing adhesive tape material can not meet the requirements of the protection performance and also can meet the requirements of the camouflage performance, and provides a digital camouflage adhesive tape and a preparation method thereof, which can meet the requirements of the camouflage performance and the protection performance at the same time
The technical means for solving the technical problems of the invention is as follows: a digital camouflage adhesive tape comprises a base fabric, a protective rubber layer and a digital camouflage adhesive film which are sequentially overlapped and fixedly connected. The base cloth, the protective rubber layer and the digital camouflage adhesive film are connected in a fastening mode, and the camouflage performance requirement is considered under the condition that the protective performance is not affected.
Preferably, the protective rubber layer is prepared by using brominated butyl rubber, epichlorohydrin rubber, chlorinated butyl rubber or butyl rubber as a main material. Brominated butyl rubber, epichlorohydrin rubber, chlorinated butyl rubber or butyl rubber has excellent anti-toxic properties.
Preferably, the base fabric is made of nylon, aramid or polyester material. The selected material can be aramid fiber if the material is flame retardant and has high strength according to the product requirement; the strength requirement is not high, the cost is low, and nylon or terylene can be selected.
The invention also provides a preparation method for preparing the digital camouflage adhesive tape, which comprises the following steps:
step one, mixing rubber materials to prepare a raw material of the protective rubber layer;
secondly, calendering and molding the adhesive tape, namely placing the raw material of the protective rubber layer after being heated on a calender, taking the base cloth as a framework material to prepare the protective adhesive tape, and adopting a cloth liner for isolation in the winding process;
placing the digital camouflage adhesive film on the surface of the unvulcanized adhesive layer of the protective adhesive tape, passing through a drum vulcanizer, and then rolling the prepared protective adhesive tape for later use, wherein the PET protective film on the surface of the digital camouflage adhesive film cannot be torn off in the process;
and step four, uniformly winding the protective adhesive tape prepared in the step three on a rubber roller of a vulcanizing tank, tearing off a PET protective film on the surface of the digital camouflage adhesive film in the winding process, isolating the PET protective film with talcum powder, and indirectly vulcanizing by adopting electric heating of the vulcanizing tank to finally obtain the digital camouflage adhesive tape material.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the digital camouflage adhesive tape can meet the requirements of protection performance and camouflage performance, and the preparation method is simple and easy to operate, low in preparation condition, easy to realize and capable of being used for batch production; the digital camouflage adhesive tape is applied to a protective product, so that the camouflage performance of the adhesive tape and the matching performance with other equipment can be effectively improved; the digital camouflage adhesive tape can be applied to products such as protective clothing, gas defense boots and the like, and has good adaptability.

Detailed Description
The digital camouflage adhesive tape and the preparation method thereof according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Example 1: a digital camouflage adhesive tape is shown in figure 1 and comprises a base fabric 1, a protective rubber layer 2 and a digital camouflage adhesive film 3 which are sequentially overlapped and fixedly connected; the protective rubber layer 2 is formed by mixing brominated butyl rubber, zinc oxide, sulfur, an accelerator TT, an accelerator DM, decabromodiphenyl ether, zinc borate, octyl diphenyl phosphate, carbon black N220 and an anti-aging agent 4010NA in a weight ratio of 100:2:0.5:1:0.5:30:25:5:5:1, the base fabric 1 is made of a nylon material, and the digital camouflage adhesive tape prepared in the embodiment 1 is shown in figure 2. The preparation method of the digital camouflage adhesive tape in the embodiment 1 comprises the following steps:
step one, mixing rubber materials: adopting brominated butyl rubber as a main material and other accessory ingredients, and mixing 30kg of rubber material according to the formula shown in the following table 1;
TABLE 1
Serial number | Name of raw material | |
1 | Brominated butyl rubber | 100 |

Step two, calendering and molding the adhesive tape: placing the raw material of the protective rubber layer 2 after the hot refining on a calender, taking nylon as a framework material to prepare a protective adhesive tape with the thickness of 0.35mm, and adopting a cloth liner for isolation in the winding process, wherein an isolating agent such as talcum powder or zinc stearate cannot be used;
step three, coating adhesive tapes with films: placing the digital camouflage adhesive film 3 on the surface of an unvulcanized adhesive layer of the protective adhesive tape, passing through a drum vulcanizer at a pressure of 0.6MPa, a temperature of room temperature and a speed of 5m/min, and then rolling the prepared protective adhesive tape for later use, wherein the PET protective film on the surface of the digital camouflage adhesive film 3 cannot be torn off in the process;
and step four, uniformly winding the protective adhesive tape prepared in the step three on a rubber roller of a vulcanizing tank, tearing off a PET protective film on the surface of the digital camouflage adhesive film 3 in the winding process, isolating the PET protective film with talcum powder in the middle, carrying out indirect vulcanization by adopting electric heating of the vulcanizing tank, and vulcanizing at 130 ℃ for 90min to obtain the digital camouflage adhesive tape material.
