Abstract
The invention discloses a sewage filter, which relates to the technical field of sewage treatment and comprises a sewage tank, wherein a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe are arranged on the side wall of the sewage tank, a filter cartridge is arranged in the sewage tank, the center of one end of the filter cartridge is connected with an output shaft of a driving device through a rotating shaft, the other end of the filter cartridge is rotatably connected to the water outlet pipe, the filter cartridge can be driven by the driving device to rotate in the sewage tank, the water outlet pipe is communicated with the interior of the filter cartridge and the exterior of the sewage tank, a plurality of filter holes are formed in the circumferential surface of the filter cartridge, a plurality of accommodating holes are formed in the circumferential wall plate of the filter cartridge, the axial line of each accommodating hole is parallel to the axial line of the filter cartridge, a magnetic rod can be detachably mounted in each accommodating hole, a sealing device is arranged at the orifice of each accommodating hole, and the magnetic rod can be sealed in the accommodating hole through the sealing device. The sewage filter provided by the invention can be used for filtering magnetic and non-magnetic impurities in sewage and can avoid the filter from being blocked.

Technical Field

Background
In industrial production and processing or daily life, a large amount of industrial sewage or domestic sewage is often generated. In order to avoid environmental pollution, the sewage needs to be subjected to a corresponding sewage treatment process before being discharged or recycled. In the sewage treatment, the filtering of the larger impurities or impurities in the sewage is indispensable, so that a corresponding sewage filter is needed. Preferably, the impurity collecting box further comprises an inclined scraper which is arranged on the impurity collecting box, one end of the inclined scraper is lapped on the circumferential surface of the filter cylinder, and when the filter cylinder rotates, impurities attached to the circumferential surface of the filter cylinder can be scraped and collected in the impurity collecting box through the inclined scraper.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the present embodiment provides a sewage filter 100, which includes a wastewater tank 1, a water inlet pipe 2 and a water outlet pipe 3 are disposed on a side wall of the wastewater tank 1, a filter cartridge 4 is disposed in the wastewater tank 1, a center of one end of the filter cartridge 4 is connected to an output shaft of a driving device 6 through a rotating shaft 5, and the other end is rotatably connected to the water outlet pipe 3, the filter cartridge 4 can be driven by the driving device 6 to rotate in the wastewater tank 1, the water outlet pipe 3 communicates between an inside of the filter cartridge 4 and an outside of the wastewater tank 1, a plurality of filtering holes 7 are disposed on a circumferential surface of the filter cartridge 4, a plurality of accommodating holes 8 are disposed in a circumferential wall plate of the filter cartridge 4, an axis of each accommodating hole 8 is parallel to an axis of the filter cartridge 4, a magnetic rod 9 can be detachably mounted in each accommodating hole 8, a sealing device 10 is disposed at an orifice of the accommodating hole 8, and the magnetic rod 9 can be sealed in the accommodating hole 8 by the sealing device 10.
