Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of floor cloth surface repair, and particularly relates to a method for repairing surface defects of a floor cloth of a railway vehicle.
Background
The statements in this section merely provide background information related to the present disclosure and may not necessarily constitute prior art.
With the rapid development of rail vehicles and the application of new materials, higher requirements are put forward on the aspects of internal performance, appearance color and patterns, comfort, durability and the like of the floor cloth of the rail vehicle. At present, the floor of the rail vehicle is provided with PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material, TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) material and rubber material, which are all high molecular mixing products, so that the floor has the advantages of good plasticity, low hardness, excellent treading comfort and wear resistance, and can meet the requirement of protecting the floor of the rail vehicle.
Because of the floor cloth is the polymer plastic material, rail vehicle receives environment, automobile body vibration and external other factors influence at the operation in-process, and floor cloth surface can form mar, ageing discolour, swell, drum nail, light loss, can harm pit etc. inevitable, seriously influences passenger's visual effect. Particularly, high-speed motor train units represent national business cards which develop at a high speed, the requirements on the decoration effect and the appearance state in the motor train units are higher, and the motor train units require maintenance every time of repair in factories and section repair. The prior art generally adopts a mode of cutting and replacing floor cloths for repairing, certain color difference exists between new and old floor cloths, and a plurality of irregular welding seams are added in the splicing process, so that the appearance quality is influenced; meanwhile, parts, wall boards and the like in the vehicle are dismantled due to the replacement of the floor cloth, so that the overhaul workload and the overhaul period are increased, even larger overhaul content can be caused due to the replacement, and the waste of the floor cloth material can be caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method for repairing the surface defects of the floor cloth of the railway vehicle, aiming at solving the problems.
According to some embodiments, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a method for repairing surface defects of a railway vehicle floor cloth comprises the following steps:
determining the type of the surface defect of the railway vehicle floor cloth to be repaired;
if the bag is a bulge, removing air in the bulge area, injecting viscose into the bulge area, and pressing for a period of time;
if the scratches are the scratches, the slight scratches are flattened by using a sealant matched with the color of the floor cloth, or the deep scratches are polished and repaired, and the polished powder and the structural adhesive are mixed to flatten the scratches;
if the floor cloth is a crevasse or a drum nail, removing the floor cloth in a certain range at the crevasse or the drum nail, pressing the floor cloth, and then bonding the floor cloth to a wire.

if the scratches are the scratches, the slight scratches are flattened by using a sealant matched with the color of the floor cloth, or the deep scratches are polished and repaired, and the polished powder and the structural adhesive are mixed to flatten the scratches;
if the floor cloth is a crevasse or a drum nail, removing the floor cloth in a certain range at the crevasse or the drum nail, pressing the floor cloth, and then bonding the floor cloth to a wire.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein if the protrusion is a bulge and the size of the bulge is within a predetermined range, the protrusion is pricked by a sharp object, and then the internal air is discharged or the air in the bulge is exhausted, and the instant adhesive is injected into the area for bonding, and then the pressing is performed for a period of time after the instant adhesive is repaired.
3. The method for repairing surface defects of a floor cloth of a railway vehicle according to claim 1, wherein if the surface defects are bulges and the sizes of the bulges exceed a set range, a small opening is cut at the middle position of the bulge area by using a cutting tool, the self-leveling construction adhesive is injected into the bulge area, and the area is pressed for a period of time.
4. The method for repairing surface defects of a railway vehicle floor cloth as claimed in claim 3, wherein the self-leveling structural adhesive has two-component transparency, the volume ratio of the main agent to the curing agent is 1:1, the adhesive is one of epoxy and polyurethane, the adhesive strength to the rubber floor cloth is higher than a set value, the mixed viscosity is 6000-.
5. The method for repairing surface defects of a railway vehicle floor cloth according to claim 1, wherein the step of smoothing the slight scratches comprises the following steps: repairing the scratched part by using sealant, mixing and blending the sealant with pigment in advance according to the color requirement of the floor cloth to ensure that the color of the sealant is close to or consistent with the color state of the surface of the floor cloth, bonding adhesive tapes on two sides of the scratched part, leading the edge of each adhesive tape to be tightly attached to the edge of the scratched part, scraping the blended sealant on the scratched part of the floor cloth, carrying out flattening treatment, tearing off the adhesive tapes after the flattening is finished, carrying out oil point repairing cover a roof with straw on the surface of the sealant after the sealant is dried, and ensuring that the color of the oil point is consistent with the color of the surface spraying flower of the floor cloth.
6. The method of repairing surface defects in a railway vehicle floor covering according to claim 5, wherein the sealant is a flexible moisture curing sealant which is one of polyurethane and silane.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the repairing of the deep scratches comprises: adopting the floor cloth to polish powder and repairing, polishing the back of the leftover material of the floor cloth in the same batch, collecting the polished floor cloth powder, fully mixing the ground cloth powder with transparent AB structural adhesive, obtaining cotton-flocculent filler after mixing, bonding smooth adhesive tapes on two sides of a scratch part, enabling the edge of the adhesive tape to be tightly attached to the edge of the scratch part, coating the filler on the scratch part of the floor cloth in a scraping way, flattening, scattering a thin layer of polishing powder on the surface, polishing the surface of the filler after the filler is dried, enabling the filler to be flat and dull, tearing off the adhesive tape bonded on the surface, wiping the repaired part by using the vanishing wax, performing point oil polishing cover a roof with straw on the repaired surface, and enabling the point oil color to be consistent with the color of the scattered flower on the surface of the floor cloth.
8. The method for repairing surface defects of a railway vehicle floor cloth according to claim 7, wherein the AB structural adhesive is transparent, has an open time of 40-60 min, and contains one of acrylic acid and epoxy.
9. The method for repairing surface defects of a railway vehicle floor cloth according to claim 1, wherein the process for repairing the lacerations or the drum nails specifically comprises the following steps: repairing by adopting a seamless splicing mode, marking the crevasses or the drum nails, punching the drum nails, taking out the round floor cloth with a certain diameter, coating the floor cloth adhesive in the round holes after repairing, and simultaneously bonding the round floor cloth to the lines.
10. The method for repairing surface defects of a floor cloth of a railway vehicle according to claim 9, wherein the circular floor cloth taken out by punching is pressed on a plane for a set time period due to warping deformation, internal stress generated by punching is released, and then splicing is performed; before the small round floor cloth is spliced, a layer of sealant is smeared on the periphery of the joint, and the surface is wiped after the small round floor cloth is spliced, so that water or cleaning agents are prevented from permeating.
