Abstract
The invention provides a method for repairing floor cloth of a railway vehicle, which belongs to the technical field of maintenance of railway vehicles and comprises the steps of measuring the size of damaged floor cloth; covering the damaged floor cloth with the nondestructive floor cloth, wherein the size of the nondestructive floor cloth is larger than that of the damaged floor cloth; simultaneously cutting the undamaged floor cloth and the damaged floor cloth, cutting off the damaged area of the damaged floor cloth to form a to-be-repaired opening, and obtaining a patch with the same size as the damaged area; and installing the patch into the port to be repaired. According to the method for repairing the floor cloth of the railway vehicle, the cutting knife is used for cutting the nondestructive floor cloth and the damaged floor cloth at the same time, and the cut opening to be repaired and the patch are ensured to be identical in forming size, so that the patch can be completely and seamlessly spliced into the opening to be repaired and fixedly connected with the opening to be repaired.

Technical Field

Background
The rail vehicle usually adopts metal floor, wood floor or composite material floor, and after the floor is installed, rubber floor cloth or PVC floor cloth is paved on the surface of the floor. Compared with the prior art, the method for repairing the floor cloth of the railway vehicle comprises the steps of firstly measuring the damaged part of the floor cloth to obtain the size of the damaged floor cloth 1, further determining the size of the needed nondestructive floor cloth 2, then covering the nondestructive floor cloth 2 on the damaged floor cloth 1, and simultaneously cutting the nondestructive floor cloth 2 and the damaged floor cloth 1 by using the cutting knife, so that the cut opening to be repaired is completely the same as the formed size of the patch 21, therefore, the patch 21 can be completely and seamlessly spliced into the opening to be repaired and is fixedly connected with the opening to be repaired, and by the method, the floor cloth can be accurately repaired, so that the repaired floor cloth is more attractive, and the repairing effect of the floor cloth is improved.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, as a specific embodiment of the method for repairing a track vehicle floor cloth according to the present invention, before cutting the undamaged floor cloth 2 and the damaged floor cloth 1, the undamaged floor cloth 2 is fixed by using an adhesive tape, and when the undamaged floor cloth 2 and the damaged floor cloth 1 are cut, in order to ensure that the cut patch 21 and the formed opening to be repaired are completely consistent, the undamaged floor cloth 2 needs to be temporarily fixed, so that the undamaged floor cloth 2 is fixed to another floor cloth by using the adhesive tape, and the undamaged floor cloth 2 does not move or even slightly move during the cutting process. After cutting, the fixing tape is torn off, the patch 21 is taken down, and the damaged floor cloth 1 is taken out to form a to-be-repaired opening.

The lower end face of the patch 21 is in contact with glue on the floor, and the outer side face of the patch 21 is in contact with glue on the inner groove face of the opening to be repaired, so that the fixing effect of the patch 21 through glue bonding is better.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, as a specific embodiment of the method for repairing a floor cloth of a railway vehicle according to the present invention, after a patch 21 is installed in a hole to be repaired, a push plate is used to press the patch 21 to a middle position and move around to expel air bubbles between a rubber body and the patch 21, when the patch 21 is installed in the hole to be repaired and the rubber body is in contact with each other, air remains between the patch 21 and the rubber body, and if the rubber body is hardened without removing the remaining air, the reliability of connection between the patch 21 and the hole to be repaired is lowered. Therefore, the push plate is used for pressing the middle position of the patch 21 and uniformly moving towards the periphery of the patch 21, bubbles formed by residual air are extruded out, and the patch 21 is ensured to be firmly adhered to the floor.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, as a specific embodiment of the method for repairing a rail vehicle floor cloth according to the present invention, the glue overflowing from the joint of the patch 21 and the opening to be repaired is removed, after the patch 21 is installed in the opening to be repaired, long-time pressing is required to make the lower end surface of the patch 21 contact the glue more completely, and the patch 21 and the glue are firmly bonded together in the glue curing process, so that when the patch 21 is pressed, the glue overflows from the joint of the patch 21 and the opening to be repaired, and in order to ensure that the appearance of the installed patch 21 is beautiful, and the upper end surface of the floor cloth does not remain hardened glue, the overflowing glue is removed in a liquid state.

The sandbag presses against the patch 21 for a period of no less than eight hours. The weight can also be selected from metal blocks and the like.

When the patch 21 is installed on the opening to be repaired, the arc-shaped outer circular surface and the arc-shaped inner groove surface of the opening to be repaired are more convenient for accurate seamless installation.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, as a specific embodiment of the method for repairing a railway vehicle floor cloth according to the present invention, the cutting depth of the cutting blade for cutting the undamaged floor cloth 2 and the damaged floor cloth 1 is not greater than the sum of the thicknesses of the undamaged floor cloth 2 and the damaged floor cloth 1, the cutting blade is required to simultaneously cut the undamaged floor cloth 2 and the damaged floor cloth 1, and in order to ensure that the floor is not damaged, the cutting depth of the cutting blade is not greater than the sum of the thicknesses of the undamaged floor cloth 2 and the damaged floor cloth 1. The cutting depth is less than the sum of the thicknesses of the undamaged floor cloth 2 and the damaged floor cloth 1, the damaged floor cloth 1 with a smaller thickness is connected with other floor cloths, other cutters can be used for independently connecting the cutting part, the damaged floor cloth 1 can be completely cut off, and the small cutters can be used, so that the operation is convenient.

measuring the size of the damaged floor cloth;
covering a non-damaged floor cloth on the damaged floor cloth, wherein the size of the non-damaged floor cloth is larger than that of the damaged floor cloth;
simultaneously cutting the nondestructive floor cloth and the damaged floor cloth, cutting off the damaged area of the damaged floor cloth to form a to-be-repaired opening, and obtaining a patch with the same size as the damaged area;
and installing the patch into the mouth to be repaired and fixedly connecting the patch with the floor cloth.
2. The method of repairing a railway vehicle floor cloth according to claim 1, wherein the old glue layer in the opening to be repaired is scooped out before the patch is installed in the opening to be repaired and fixedly connected to the floor cloth.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the old glue layer is sanded using sandpaper.
4. The method of repairing a railway vehicle floor covering of claim 1, wherein the non-marring floor covering is secured using tape prior to said simultaneously cutting the non-marring floor covering and the marred floor covering.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein glue is applied to the opening to be repaired prior to installing the patch into the opening to be repaired.
6. The method of repairing a railway vehicle floor cloth according to claim 5, wherein after the patch is installed in the opening to be repaired, a push plate is used to press the patch at a middle position and move around for removing air bubbles between the glue and the patch.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the glue spilled from the splice between the patch and the opening to be repaired is removed.
8. The method of repairing a railway vehicle floor cloth of claim 5, wherein a weight is pressed onto the patch, the weight having a bottom area larger than an area of the patch.
9. The method of repairing a railway vehicle floor cloth of claim 1, wherein the patch is a circular configuration.
10. The method of repairing a railway vehicle floor cloth according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein a cutting depth of a cutting blade cutting the non-marring floor cloth and the marred floor cloth is not more than a sum of thicknesses of the non-marring floor cloth and the marred floor cloth.
