the first cartridge 21 is used as a working cartridge and the second cartridge 22 is used as a standby cartridge.
The feed port 31 of the dispensing valve 30 is communicated with the working cylinder, the discharge port 32 of the dispensing valve 30 is communicated with the dispensing head 40, and the working dispensing is performed.
Calculating the number of glue dispensing times of the glue dispensing valve 30 and/or the number of workpieces after glue dispensing to obtain counting information, and detecting whether glue exists in the standby material cylinder when the counting information reaches a first threshold value;
if there is glue in the spare cartridge, the dispensing head 40 continues dispensing until the count information falls to the second threshold, and the glue in the working cartridge is replaced.
The dispensing device 100 according to the embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to the following embodiments.
Example 1
In the dispensing production process, the number of turns of the rotating shaft of the valve body of the screw valve is displayed in real time through the display, and when the set numerical value of the standby glue to be preheated is reached, the temperature controller 70 controls the heating element 60 to heat the glue in the standby material cylinder. If no glue exists in the standby material cylinder at this time, the buzzer and the alarm indicator lamp are lightened to alarm. If the standby cylinder is filled with glue at this time, the dispensing head 40 corresponding to the working cylinder continues to dispense glue, the equipment which reaches the set glue emptying alarm value (the second threshold range) alarms and stops, the standby cylinder is replaced by the working cylinder, and after the working cylinder detects the change of the signal by detecting the optical fiber, the dispensing count is automatically cleared, and timing is restarted.
Example 2
Before the dispensing device 100 is used, the standby cylinder is at normal temperature, and standby glue is placed into the standby cylinder. When the number of processed products or the number of turns of the valve body of the dispensing valve 30 reaches the early warning, the standby cylinder begins to preheat and heat up, and if the early warning value (first preset value) is reached, no glue exists in the standby cylinder, and the red indicator lights are lighted to give an alarm. When the number of processed products reaches an alarm value (a second preset value), the equipment cannot operate, the buzzer and the alarm indicator lamp alarm, and the glue is waited for replacement. When the glue is replaced, the standby material cylinder stops heating and returns to the normal temperature state.
In summary, according to the dispensing device 100 and the dispensing method of the embodiment of the application, the control of the residual glue can be realized, the structure of the residual glue detecting equipment is simplified, and the production cost is reduced.
