The spare material cylinder can also be installed on the support 10, can play the effect of bearing the spare material cylinder through support 10, avoids when needing to change the glue in the work feed cylinder, and first feed cylinder 21 and second feed cylinder 22 are too far away, can shorten when changing.
The dispensing station can also be provided with a dispensing valve 30, the dispensing valve 30 is provided with a feed inlet 31 and a discharge outlet 32, the feed inlet 31 is communicated with the working material cylinder, and the discharge outlet 32 is communicated with the dispensing head 40. That is, the glue in the working cylinder enters the dispensing valve 30 through the feeding port 31, and flows out from the dispensing head 40 under the control of the dispensing valve 30, and the dispensing operation is performed on the workpiece to be processed.
As shown in fig. 2, the first detecting element is used for obtaining the glue residual quantity in the working cylinder, and the second detecting element is used for obtaining the glue residual quantity in the standby cylinder. It should be noted that the obtaining here may be direct obtaining or indirect obtaining. The direct acquisition is to directly obtain the glue allowance, the indirect acquisition is to obtain the information capable of reflecting the glue allowance, and the glue allowance can be obtained by conversion according to a preset formula and the like.
When the glue allowance in the working material cylinder is detected to be reduced to the first preset value through the first detection piece, the glue allowance in the standby material cylinder is detected through the second detection piece, so that preparation is made in advance for replacing the working material cylinder. When the glue surplus in the standby material cylinder meets the preset value, the glue dispensing head 40 continues to dispense glue until the first detection piece detects that the glue surplus in the working material cylinder drops to the second preset value, and the glue in the working material cylinder is replaced. When replacing the glue in the working cylinder, the first cylinder 21 may be selectively removed from the glue dispensing station, and the second cylinder 22 may be mounted to the glue dispensing station as the working cylinder, or the glue in the spare cylinder may be selectively drained to the working cylinder, which is not limited herein. It should be noted that when the first cartridge 21 is located at the dispensing station, the first cartridge 21 is used as a working cartridge, and the second cartridge 22 is used as a standby cartridge. When the second cartridge 22 is located at the dispensing station, the second cartridge 22 is a working cartridge, and the first cartridge 21 is a standby cartridge.
In addition, when the glue surplus in the spare material cylinder is not accordant with the preset value, alarm information can be sent out at the moment to remind the glue in the spare material cylinder to be prepared in advance.
Therefore, according to the dispensing device 100 of the embodiment of the present application, by using the first detection member and the second detection member to cooperate with each other, it is possible to prevent the glue in the working cartridge from being emptied and prepare the spare cartridge in advance. The glue dispensing device 100 can effectively control the using amount of glue, and quality problems caused by emptying of the glue in the working material cylinder are reduced.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the first detecting member includes a counter for counting the number of times the dispensing valve 30 is dispensed and/or the number of dispensed workpieces. When the counter counts the glue discharging times of the glue dispensing valve 30, the glue discharging times can be obtained through the glue discharging action of the glue dispensing valve 30. And when the counter calculates the number of the workpieces subjected to glue dispensing, obtaining the glue allowance in the working material cylinder according to the product number information. Namely, the glue consumption is calculated by calculating the quantity of glue and products for processing each product, and the glue allowance is calculated.
In some embodiments of the present application, the dispensing valve 30 is a screw valve. When the dispensing valve 30 is a screw valve, the remaining amount of glue in the working cylinder can be calculated by the number of rotations of the rotating shaft of the screw valve. The number of revolutions of the rotary shaft of the screw valve can be calculated by sensing the MARK point of the rotary shaft of the fiber-optic induction screw valve.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the dispensing apparatus 100 further includes a display, and the display is connected to the counter for displaying the quantity information obtained by the counter. For example, the number of rotations of the rotating shaft of the screw valve and the number of times of glue replacement can be displayed in real time through the display, so that the time for replacing the working material cylinder can be judged in advance.

The first controller is electrically connected with the first optical fiber sensor 50, the counter and the display respectively, and is used for controlling the counter to count again according to signal change and clearing the number information on the display. The glue surplus in the spare material cylinder can be detected through an optical fiber sensor, and the detailed description is omitted here.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the dispensing device 100 further includes a second controller, and the second controller is electrically connected to the dispensing valve 30, so as to close the dispensing valve 30 when the remaining amount of the glue in the working cartridge is within a second preset value, thereby avoiding the occurrence of an empty phenomenon in the working cartridge. The first controller and the second controller may be disposed in an electrical control box, which is a control system of the entire dispensing apparatus 100 and can implement a dispensing technology and a control function of heating the spare cartridge.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the dispensing device 100 further comprises an alarm module, and the alarm module is connected with the first detecting member and/or the second detecting member. For example, when no glue is detected in the standby material cylinder, alarm information is sent out, or when the glue allowance in the working material cylinder is detected to be in a second preset value, alarm information is sent out. Optionally, the alarm module is a buzzer or an alarm indicator lamp.
What need to explain here is, when the second detects spare feed cylinder, alarm module sends alarm information, can play the effect of early warning, avoids lacking the glue not enough in spare feed cylinder or the spare feed cylinder when needing spare feed cylinder with the replacement work feed cylinder. Send alarm information when first detection piece detects work feed cylinder, can play the effect of reporting to the police, the suggestion needs to be changed reserve feed cylinder.
In some embodiments of the present application, the predetermined range is greater than 0, and the second detecting member is a second optical fiber sensor. That is, the presence or absence of glue in the spare cartridge may be detected by the second optical fiber sensor.
In the following, the first optical fiber sensor 50 is exemplified, and the upper end of the first cartridge 21 is opened, and an adapter is attached to the opened position. The air pipe joint 91 and the sensor probe mounting hole of the first optical fiber sensor 50 are mounted on the adapter. The vent interface 91 may be used to mount a vent tube 90 for pressurizing the first cartridge 21. During assembly, the sensor probe of the first fiber optic sensor 50 may be installed into the sensor probe mounting hole, the vent tube 90 may be installed to the vent tube interface 91, and finally the assembled adapter may be installed onto the first cartridge 21. When the device is used, the sensor probe emits a detection signal, the detection signal can be reflected back to the probe when meeting the glue liquid level, and the detector outputs an analog quantity signal according to the return signal or outputs a switching value signal according to a set value. The working principle is explained by taking a reflection-type optical fiber as an example, the optical fiber head is arranged in the sensor probe mounting hole, the optical fiber head emits an infrared signal, the infrared signal is reflected back to the optical fiber head when encountering the glue liquid level, and the optical fiber amplifier outputs a switching value signal according to the return signal and a set value, so that whether the glue residual reaches the set value is judged.
Therefore, compared with the traditional method for counting and calculating the glue allowance, the numerical value obtained by measuring by using the glue dispensing device 100 of the application is accurate. Because the accuracy of the conventional method for counting and calculating the glue allowance is influenced by factors in the process, the actual glue is directly measured by using the glue dispensing device 100 of the application without being influenced by the process factors, and the measuring result of the glue dispensing device 100 of the application is more accurate.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the dispensing device 100 further comprises a heating element 60, and the heating element 60 is connected with the standby cartridge for heating the glue in the standby cartridge. That is, in a scene that needs hot glue, the glue in the standby material cylinder can be preheated by the heating element 60, and the hot glue indicator lamp can indicate that heating is being performed. For example, if glue is detected in the spare cartridge, the glue in the spare cartridge is heated to prepare for replacement of the working cartridge in advance.
Wherein, the heating member 60 may include a heating tub bracket, a heating tub case, and a heating tub upper cover.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the dispensing device 100 further comprises a temperature controller 70, and the temperature controller 70 is connected with the heating element 60 for controlling the temperature of the glue in the standby cartridge. The temperature of the glue in the standby material cylinder can be controlled and displayed in real time through the temperature controller 70. Further, the dispensing device 100 further includes a solid-state relay 80, and the solid-state relay 80 is configured to convert the control output signal of the temperature controller 70 into on/off of the heating circuit.
As shown in fig. 4, the present application further provides a dispensing method, including the following steps:
the first cartridge 21 is used as a working cartridge, and the second cartridge 22 is used as a spare cartridge.
The feeding hole 31 of the dispensing valve 30 is communicated with the working material barrel, the discharging hole 32 of the dispensing valve 30 is communicated with the dispensing head 40, and the working dispensing is performed.
Calculating the glue outlet times of the glue dispensing valve 30 and/or the number of the workpieces subjected to glue dispensing to obtain counting information, and detecting whether glue exists in the standby material cylinder when the counting information reaches a first threshold value;
if glue exists in the standby material cylinder, the glue dispensing head 40 continues to dispense glue until the counting information is reduced to a second threshold value, and the glue in the working material cylinder is replaced.
The dispensing apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to the following embodiments.
Example 1
In the dispensing production process, the rotating number of turns of the rotating shaft of the valve body of the screw valve is displayed in real time through the display, and when the preset numerical value of needing to preheat the standby glue is reached, the temperature controller 70 controls the heating element 60 to heat the glue in the standby material cylinder. If no glue exists in the standby charging barrel at the moment, the buzzer and the alarm indicator light are turned on to give an alarm. If glue is loaded in the spare material cylinder at the moment, the glue dispensing head 40 corresponding to the working material cylinder continues glue dispensing production, the device alarms and stops when the preset glue emptying alarm value (within the range of a second threshold value) is reached, the spare material cylinder is replaced by the working material cylinder, the glue dispensing counting is automatically reset after the working material cylinder detects the signal change, and timing is restarted.
Example 2
Before the dispensing device 100 is used, the standby material cylinder is in a normal temperature state, and standby glue is put into the standby material cylinder. After the number of the processed products or the number of valve body rotation turns of the dispensing valve 30 reaches the early warning, the standby material cylinder starts to be preheated and heated, and if the standby material cylinder reaches the early warning value (the first preset value), no glue exists in the standby material cylinder, and the red indicator lamp is turned on to give an alarm. When the number of the processed products reaches an alarm value (a second preset value), the equipment cannot run, and the buzzer and the alarm indicator lamp give an alarm to wait for replacing the glue. When the glue is replaced, the standby charging barrel stops heating, and the normal temperature state is recovered.
In summary, according to the dispensing device 100 and the dispensing method of the embodiment of the present application, the control of the glue residual amount can be realized, the structure of the glue residual amount detection device is simplified, and the production cost is reduced.
