In summary, when the mild multifunctional enzyme cleanser processing equipment is used, liquid raw materials such as enzyme stock solution and the like are respectively stored in the pre-storage tank 2 above the processing table 1, all the raw materials are sequentially added into the mixing tank 6, the pump body 13 is started, the raw materials in the pre-storage tank 2 are conveyed into the mixing tank 6 by the conveying pipe 4 of the pump body 13, the other raw materials and water are added into the mixing tank 6 through the feeding port 8, the driving motor 7 is started, the stirring shaft 11 and the stirring rod 12 are driven by the driving motor 7 to rotate, and the various raw materials of the cleanser can be mixed and stirred by the rotating stirring shaft 11 to obtain the cleanser; secondly, the air pump 3 is started, the air pump 3 injects air into the mixing box 6 through the air pressure nozzle 5, so that the mixed liquid can be blown up through the air, the mixed liquid is more fully mixed, and the mixing efficiency and the uniformity are improved; then the mixing progress is observed through the transparent plate 9, after the mixing is finished, the filling bottles 24 are correspondingly placed into the limiting seat 23 one by one, then the conveying motor 19 is started, the conveying motor 19 drives the rotating rod 21 to rotate, the limiting disc 20 has a limiting effect on the movement of the rotating rod 21, the rotating rod 21 can drive one end of the linkage rod 22 to rotate around a point, the moving linkage rod 22 is clamped with the clamping groove 18 to push the translation seat 17 to move in the horizontal direction, therefore, the filling bottles 24 can be sequentially conveyed to the lower part of the discharge pipe 14, the electric push rod 26 is started, the electric push rod 26 drives the top plate 25 to move upwards, the upward moving top plate 25 can push the filling bottles 24 to upwards clamp the bottle openings with the discharge pipe 14, the control valve 15 is opened at the moment, the mixed detergent can flow into the filling bottles 24 through the discharge pipe 14, and the filling bottles 24 can be sequentially filled through the movement of the translation seat 17; then, the liquid amount in the mixing box 6 is detected through the liquid level sensor 10, when the liquid level is detected to be lower than a preset value, the controller 36 controls the pump body 13 to start, liquid is added into the mixing box 6 through the conveying pipe 4, therefore, the effect of adding liquid in real time can be achieved, and the processing efficiency is improved; finally, when the filling bottle 24 moves to the sealing groove 35 in the sealing table 34, the hydraulic cylinder 31 is started, the hydraulic cylinder 31 drives the sealing seat 30 to move downwards, the sealing seat 30 moves downwards to fix the plastic packaging film at the bottle mouth through the hot pressing head 32, the cutter 33 moving downwards simultaneously cuts the plastic packaging film outside the hot pressing head 32, the servo motor 28 is started again, the servo motor 28 drives the film rolling shaft 29 to rotate to roll the sealed plastic packaging film, and the film releasing shaft 27 is simultaneously unreeled, so that the filled detergent can be sequentially sealed.
