In order to facilitate the placement of the feet of the user, the frame 10 is further provided with a foot rest 60 at the front end of the push-pull handle group 30, and in order to improve the comfort of use, foam 61 can be mounted on the foot rest 60, so that the user can directly place the feet on the two ends of the frame 10 or on the foot rest 60 when performing a back pressing action. In order to enable the installation position of the cushion 20 to be suitable for users with different body types, a plurality of cushion adjusting holes 14 are formed in one side of the long pipe 13, a cushion support is arranged at the bottom of the cushion 20 and comprises two cushion connecting plates 21, a plurality of cushion rollers 22 and adjusting pieces 23, the two cushion connecting plates 21 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the long pipe 13 of the rack 10, the top end of the cushion connecting plate 21 is fixed with the cushion 20, a plurality of roller installing holes are formed in the opposite sides of the two cushion connecting plates 21, the plurality of rollers 22 are fixed on the roller installing holes, one part of the rollers are clamped on the top surface of the long pipe 13 of the rack 10, the other part of the rollers are clamped on the bottom surface of the long pipe 13, and therefore the cushion 20 can be prevented from being separated from the long pipe 13, the rollers 22 can facilitate the cushion 20 to slide on the long pipe 13, and the position of the cushion 20 can be adjusted conveniently. The cushion connecting plate 21 corresponding to the cushion adjusting hole 14 is provided with an adjusting limiting hole 211, and the adjusting piece 23 is detachably matched with the adjusting limiting hole 211 and one cushion adjusting hole 14 to limit the cushion 20 on the long tube 13 of the frame 10.
In order to facilitate the installation of the linkage mechanism 50, guide rod mounting plates 15 are disposed on opposite sides of the two long tubes 13 of the frame 10, two ends of each guide rod mounting plate 15 are fixed to opposite sides of the two long tubes 13, through holes for the push-pull guide rods 51 to pass through are respectively disposed on the guide rod mounting plates 15, the push-pull guide rods 51 are disposed in the through holes of the two guide rod mounting plates 15, and linear bearings 16 are further disposed at the through holes of the two guide rod mounting plates 15 in order to make the linkage mechanism 50 operate more smoothly.
The rear end of the long tube 13 is further provided with a limiting plate 17, the limiting plate 17 is arranged at the rear end of the guide rod mounting plate 15, the bottom surface of the limiting plate 17 is higher than the top end of the through hole of the guide rod mounting plate 15, so that the limiting plate 17 is prevented from influencing the actions of the push-pull guide rod 51 and the rear connecting rod 57, and the rack connecting plate 58 is fixedly arranged on the limiting plate 17.
