step three: freeze-drying the second crude product under vacuum condition to obtain a third crude product;
the preparation method of the fermentation liquor comprises the following steps: oxalate decarboxylase is dissolved in water to prepare 0.05 wt% fermentation liquor.
The conditions of freeze drying are as follows: freezing at-35 deg.C for 1h, freezing at-25 deg.C for 2h, freezing at 0 deg.C for 1.5h, heating to 25 deg.C, and maintaining for 1 h.
Comparative example 3 (acetic acid free and fermentation broth)
A preparation method of fresh polygonatum freeze-dried decoction pieces comprises the following steps:
cleaning fresh rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, removing impurities, cutting into 0.6mm thick slices, and freeze drying under vacuum condition to obtain third crude product;
the conditions of freeze drying are as follows: freezing at-35 deg.C for 1h, freezing at-25 deg.C for 2h, freezing at 0 deg.C for 1.5h, heating to 25 deg.C, and maintaining for 1 h.
The above examples and comparative examples were subjected to the performance test, and the test values are shown in Table 1.
The calcium oxalate content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC method).

From the above table, the performance of the examples is superior to that of the comparative examples, and the main reason may be as follows, as can be seen from the analysis of the comparative example 1, the multi-stage freezing sublimation is performed in the examples, so that the dehydration rate is reduced in the freezing and drying process, the contraction rate of the polygonatum odoratum is reduced, the deformation amount is reduced, the loose porous structure of the decoction pieces is more uniform, and the distribution of the vegetable oil is more uniform; the analysis of the comparative example 2 shows that the vegetable oil molecules are ultrasonically attached to the gaps and the surfaces of the polygonatum odoratum, the decoction pieces are subjected to certain deformation and curling along with the sublimation of the water molecules during the freeze drying process, the sublimation rate of water can be slowed down to a certain extent by the presence of the vegetable oil, and the dried decoction pieces have certain softening and lubricating effects on the surfaces, are not easy to embrittle and provide certain stability and convenience for the storage or transportation of the decoction pieces; the analysis of comparative example 3 shows that the calcium oxalate needle crystals contained in the polygonatum odoratum are dissolved into oxalic acid and calcium ions, and then the oxalic acid and the calcium ions are fermented in the fermentation liquid to form a multienzyme acid solution, so that the calcium oxalate is degraded, the calcium oxalate needle crystals are reduced to remain in the polygonatum odoratum decoction pieces, the harm to the practicality of a human body is avoided, meanwhile, the performance of the embodiment 5 is optimal, and mainly due to the fact that the oxalate decarboxylase is modified, the binding sites of the modified enzyme to the calcium oxalate are increased, and the degradation rate is increased.

3. The fresh polygonatum odoratum freeze-dried decoction pieces as claimed in claim 2, wherein the mass ratio of the vegetable oil to the acetic acid solution in the acidic soaking solution is 1: 1-3.
4. The preparation method of the fresh polygonatum freeze-dried decoction pieces is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: cleaning fresh radix polygonati officinalis, removing impurities, cutting into thick slices, putting the thick slices into an acidic soaking solution containing vegetable oil, performing ultrasonic immersion, taking out, and drying to obtain a first crude product;
step two: putting the first crude product into fermentation liquor containing oxalate decarboxylase for fermentation, and obtaining a second crude product after the fermentation is finished;
step three: and (4) carrying out freeze drying on the second crude product under the vacuum condition to obtain a third crude product.
