Comparative example 3 differs from example 1 in that comparative example 3 does not contain the agave stem extract, and the rest are the same.
Comparative example 4
Comparative example 4 is different from example 1 in that the agave stem extract described in comparative example 4 is prepared by the same method as example 1.
In the comparative example, the enzymatic hydrolysate was replaced with equal amounts of cellulase and pectinase.
The preparation method of the agave stem extract comprises the following steps:
s11, cleaning, drying and crushing the agave stem to 80 meshes to obtain agave stem powder;
s12, adding 1 part by weight of agave stem powder into 4 parts by weight of enzymolysis liquid, carrying out enzymolysis for 2h at 60 ℃, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 20min at 500W to obtain a mixed solution; the enzymolysis liquid is prepared from 5 parts by weight of cellulase, 6 parts by weight of pectinase and 89 parts by weight of deionized water;
s13, centrifuging the mixed solution at 5000rpm for 10min, taking supernatant, adding the supernatant into deionized water to prepare sample liquid (the weight ratio of the deionized water to the sample liquid is 1: 3), adding the sample liquid on D101 macroporous adsorption resin at the speed of 1.5BV/h, eluting at the speed of 1.5BV/h, washing 2BV with deionized water, washing 1.5BV with 60 wt% ethanol solution, collecting ethanol solution eluent, and drying to obtain the agave stem extract.
To further demonstrate the effect of the present invention, the following test methods were provided:
1. tyrosinase inhibition assay (conventional method), the specific method is as follows: adding 500 mu L of 0.1M potassium phosphate solution into 0.3mg/ml tyrosine solution, adding 450 mu L of test substance (the whitening composition described in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-4, and deionized water as a control), mixing uniformly in a test tube, keeping the temperature at 37 ℃, adding 50 mu L tyrosinase solution (with the concentration of 1540 ng/ml), culturing for 10min at 37 ℃, testing the absorbance at 480nm by using a UV-VIS spectrophotometer, wherein the test results are shown in Table 1, and the average value of each three groups is measured.
Tyrosinase inhibition was calculated according to the following formula:

Wherein, A is the light absorption value of the standard control, and B is the light absorption value of the test solution.

As can be seen from Table 1, the essence of the present invention has a good whitening effect.
As can be seen from comparison of examples 1 to 3, example 1 is the best mode and has a better whitening effect.
As can be seen from comparison between example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 2, the modified fullerene of the present invention can significantly improve the whitening effect, and in the preparation method of the modified fullerene, the modified fullerene prepared by different modification methods is different in the whitening effect, and the fullerene prepared by the preparation method of the modified fullerene of the present invention can significantly improve the whitening effect.
As can be seen from the comparison of example 1 with comparative examples 3 and 4, the agave stem extract can significantly improve the whitening effect, and in the preparation method thereof, the agave stem extracts prepared from different enzymatic hydrolysates are different in the improvement of the whitening effect, and the agave stem extract prepared from the enzymatic hydrolysate provided by the invention has a good whitening effect.
In light of the foregoing description of preferred embodiments according to the invention, it is clear that many changes and modifications can be made by the person skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the contents of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.

The fullerene moisturizing, whitening and repairing essence is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.02-0.08 part of chelating agent, 0.04-0.1 part of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 0.1-0.3 part of pH regulator, 0.15-0.3 part of preservative, 0.2-0.4 part of compound essential oil, 0.2-0.5 part of thickener, 0.2-0.3 part of centella asiatica extract, 0.2-0.8 part of glutathione, 0.2-1 part of carrageen crispus extract, 0.3-0.8 part of antioxidant, 0.5-1 part of modified fullerene, 0.8-1.5 parts of aloe barbadensis leaf extract, 0.7-1.5 parts of agave stem extract, 0.8-2 parts of emulsifier, 2-5 parts of emollient, 4-10 parts of humectant, 6-15 parts of polyhydric alcohol and 60-80 parts of deionized water.

The fullerene moisturizing, whitening and repairing essence according to claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.02-0.06 part of chelating agent, 0.05-0.1 part of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 0.15-0.3 part of pH regulator, 0.15-0.25 part of preservative, 0.2-0.3 part of compound essential oil, 0.2-0.4 part of thickener, 0.2-0.5 part of centella asiatica extract, 0.2-0.6 part of glutathione, 0.2-0.6 part of carrageen crispus extract, 0.3-0.6 part of antioxidant, 0.6-1 part of modified fullerene, 0.8-1.2 parts of aloe barbadensis leaf extract, 1-1.5 parts of agave stem extract, 0.8-1.5 parts of emulsifier, 2-4 parts of emollient, 4-8 parts of humectant, 6-12 parts of polyhydric alcohol and 65-80 parts of deionized water.

The fullerene moisturizing, whitening and repairing essence according to claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.05 part of chelating agent, 0.08 part of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 0.2 part of pH regulator, 0.2 part of preservative, 0.25 part of compound essential oil, 0.3 part of thickening agent, 0.3 part of centella asiatica extract, 0.4 part of glutathione, 0.5 part of carrageen crispus extract, 0.5 part of antioxidant, 0.8 part of modified fullerene, 1 part of aloe barbadensis leaf extract, 1.2 parts of agave stem extract, 1.2 parts of emulsifier, 3.5 parts of emollient, 6 parts of humectant, 10 parts of polyhydric alcohol and 73.52 parts of deionized water.
4. The fullerene moisturizing, whitening and repairing essence according to claim 1, wherein the chelating agent is disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate;
the pH regulator is one or more of triethanolamine, arginine and citric acid;
the antiseptic is one or more of phenoxyethanol, methyl hydroxybenzoate, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, DMDM hydantoin, ethylparaben, methyl hydroxybenzoate, and ethylparaben.
5. The fullerene moisturizing, whitening and repairing essence according to claim 1, wherein the moisturizer is one or more of sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, bioglycan-1, saccharide isomerate, panthenol, beta-glucan, betaine, glycerol polyacrylate, amino acid, PCA, sodium lactate and urea;
the polyalcohol is two or more of glycerol, 1, 3-butanediol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, 1, 2-hexanediol, xylitol, polypropylene glycol and sorbitol;
the compound essential oil is at least two of bitter orange flower essential oil, citrus essential oil, sweet orange essential oil, rose essential oil and jasmine essential oil.
6. The fullerene moisturizing, whitening and repairing essence according to claim 1, wherein the thickener is one or more of carbomer, xanthan gum, carrageenan, hydroxyethyl cellulose and hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum;
the emulsifier is two or more of C12-20 alkyl glucoside, arachidonoyl glucoside, cetearyl glucoside, ceteareth-21, cocoyl glucoside, polyglycerol-10 pentastearate, cetearyl olive oleate, sorbitan olive oleate, lecithin, methylglucose sesquistearate, PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane and hydrogenated lecithin.

The fullerene moisturizing, whitening and repairing essence according to claim 1, wherein the emollient is one or more of polydimethylsiloxane, dimethiconol, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, jojoba oil, isopropyl myristate, shea butter, meadowfoam seed oil, isononyl isononanoate, neopentyl glycol diheptanoate, squalane, glyceryl caprylate;
the antioxidant is one or two of tocopherol acetate and hydrolyzed oat protein.
8. The fullerene moisturizing, whitening and repairing essence according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the modified fullerene comprises the following steps:
s1, adding 5-10 parts by weight of concentrated nitric acid and 5-10 parts by weight of hydrogen peroxide into 70-90 parts by weight of deionized water to prepare an oxidation solution, and adding 10-20 parts by weight of octadecyl dimethyl benzyl styrene ammonium chloride into 80-90 parts by weight of deionized water to prepare a modification solution;
s2, adding 4-10 parts by weight of fullerene into 15-30 parts by weight of oxidation liquid, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 20-35 min at 200-600W, filtering, and drying to obtain oxidized fullerene;
s3, adding 5-12 parts by weight of oxidized fullerene into 20-40 parts by weight of modified liquid, stirring at a rotating speed of 100-1000 rpm for 100-200 min, adding 1-3 parts by weight of 1, 3-butanediol and 0.1-0.5 part by weight of xanthan gum, uniformly dispersing, filtering and drying to obtain the modified fullerene.
