As shown in fig. 2, the auxiliary retractor device for hip replacement surgery according to the embodiment of the present invention may include:
the clamping device comprises a base 1, a supporting rod 2, a telescopic rod 3, a first clamping piece 4, a second clamping piece 5, a first connecting rod 6, a connecting swing rod 7, a fixed hook component and a fixed hook component connecting rod 8. One end of the support rod 2 is connected to the base 1, and the other end of the support rod 2 is provided with a hollow cavity (not shown in the figure), that is, the other end of the support rod 2 is of a hollow tubular structure. The telescopic rod 3 is arranged in the hollow cavity in a telescopic mode. In the using process, the telescopic rod 3 can be pulled out from the hollow cavity, and the telescopic rod 3 can be fixed according to actual requirements, so that the length of the telescopic rod 3 pulled out from the hollow cavity is kept unchanged, and the height of the telescopic rod 3 is changed in the axial direction.
The first connecting rod 6 penetrates through the first clamping member 4 and the second clamping member 5, and is detachably arranged on the support rod 2 through the first clamping member 4. Specifically, the first clamping member 4 and the second clamping member 5 may be buckles sleeved on the support rod 2, and through holes are respectively formed at two sides of the first clamping member 4 and the second clamping member 5 for the first connecting rod 6 to pass through. The through holes of the first clamping member 4 and the second clamping member 5 are provided with threads, one end of the first connecting rod 6 is provided with threads which are matched with the through holes of the first clamping member 4 and the second clamping member 5, the diameter of the other end of the first connecting rod 6 is larger than the aperture of the through holes of the first clamping member 4 and the second clamping member 5, and the first clamping member 4 and the second clamping member 5 can be clamped by rotating the first connecting rod 6. The clamping of the support bar 2 by the first clamping part 4 effects the fixing of the first clamping part 4 and the second clamping part 5 at the corresponding positions on the support bar 2. The fixing hook assembly is connected with the second clamping member through the fixing hook assembly connecting rod 8. In particular, the fastening of the fastening hook assembly to the first and second clamping members 4 and 5 is achieved by the second clamping member 5 clamping the fastening hook assembly connecting rod 8. When the second clamping member 5 does not clamp the fixing hook assembly coupling bar 8, the fixing hook assembly can be moved in the axial direction of the fixing hook assembly coupling bar 8.
In some embodiments, a connecting swing link 7 is arranged at one end of the first connecting rod 6 close to the second clamping member 5, and the force for rotating the first connecting rod 6 can be reduced through the connecting swing link 7, so that manual operation is facilitated.
