Abstract
The invention provides a novel kitchen tool, comprising: the head part is formed by a spring piece and a connector, the head part is formed by punching a sheet metal material with the thickness of 1mm-3mm by a punch, and the head part has self-reset elasticity; the handle body is arc-shaped and is integrally injection-molded with the head through an injection molding machine, the head and the handle body are integrally injection-molded to form a kitchen ware liner, the head end of the kitchen ware liner is made of sheet metal materials, and the handle body end is made of plastics; the rubber coating layer is made of soft plastics and wrapped on the periphery of the inner container of the kitchen ware through one-time injection molding by an injection molding machine, and the thickness of the rubber coating layer is 1mm-1 cm. The invention adopts the metal material head and the plastic handle body to be integrally formed into the inner container of the kitchen ware by injection molding, thereby realizing that the head has elastic action and is more convenient and free to use, effectively solving the problems that the prior stainless steel kitchen tool is heavy and easy to fatigue to use, and also avoiding the phenomena that the plastic kitchen tool harms human health and the head cracks and cannot be used.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of manufacturing of household kitchen tools, in particular to a novel kitchen tool.
Background
At present, kitchen tools sold in the existing market are various, for example, most of turners and spoons in the prior art are made of stainless steel or plastics, kitchen utensils made of common stainless steel and plastics are in contact with food to generate harmful components to harm human health, however, some kitchen tools which are wrapped with silica gel at the periphery of inner containers of the kitchen utensils are also available in the existing market, although the kitchen tools wrapped with silica gel are safe, nontoxic, healthy and environment-friendly, the inner containers of the kitchen tools of the type are mostly made of stainless steel or plastics integrally, the inner containers of the kitchen utensils made of stainless steel are heavy and the heads of the kitchen utensils are not elastic, so that the kitchen tools are uncomfortable to use and easy to fatigue. The plastic liner head of the kitchen ware is inelastic, and the liner head of the kitchen ware can be aged to crack and be unusable after being heated for a long time, so that the invention designs a novel kitchen tool which has good reset elasticity of the head, light volume of the kitchen ware, crack resistance and prolonged service life.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a novel kitchen tool which is simple and compact in structure, convenient and practical and has the function of prolonging the service life of the kitchen tool.
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a novel kitchen tool, comprising:
the head part is formed by a spring piece and a connector, the head part is formed by punching a sheet metal material with the thickness of 1mm-3mm by a punch, and the head part has self-reset elasticity;
the handle body is arc-shaped and is integrally injection-molded with the head through an injection molding machine, the head and the handle body are integrally injection-molded to form a kitchen ware liner, the head end of the kitchen ware liner is made of sheet metal materials, and the handle body end is made of plastics;
the rubber coating layer is made of soft plastics and wrapped on the periphery of the inner container of the kitchen ware through one-time injection molding of an injection molding machine, the thickness of the rubber coating layer is 1mm-1cm, and the periphery of the non-connecting end of the piece head is provided with a bevel edge.
The kitchen ware inner container has the advantages that the metal head and the plastic handle body are integrally formed into the kitchen ware inner container through injection molding, so that the head has an elastic effect, the kitchen ware inner container is more convenient and free to use, the problems that the existing stainless steel kitchen tool is heavy and easy to fatigue use and the damage to human health and the head is cracked and cannot be used are effectively solved, and the kitchen ware inner container is simple and light in structure, novel in style, convenient and practical.
In addition to the objects, features and advantages described above, other objects, features and advantages of the present invention are also provided. The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the drawings.
Drawings
The accompanying drawings, which are incorporated in and constitute a part of this application, illustrate embodiments of the invention and, together with the description, serve to explain the invention and not to limit the invention. In the drawings:
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a novel kitchen tool according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a schematic view of another embodiment of the novel kitchen tool of the present invention;
fig. 3 is a schematic view of the internal structure of fig. 2 of a novel kitchen tool according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
Note that, in the case of no conflict. The features of the embodiments and implementations in this application can be combined with each other. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the present invention provides a novel kitchen tool, which comprises: the head 18, the said head is made up of spring lamination 6 and interface head 3, the head is to adopt 1mm-3mm flake metal material to punch the shape through the punch press, the head has self-bring reset elasticity;
the handle body 9 is arc-shaped and is integrally injection-molded with the head through an injection molding machine, the head and the handle body are integrally injection-molded to form a kitchen ware liner 61, the head end of the kitchen ware liner is made of sheet metal materials, and the handle body end is made of plastics;
the rubber coating layer 101 is made of soft plastics and wrapped on the periphery of the inner container of the kitchen ware through one-time injection molding of an injection molding machine, the thickness of the rubber coating layer is 1mm-1cm, and the periphery of the non-connecting end of the piece head is provided with a bevel edge 31.
According to the kitchen tool, the die capable of placing the workpiece head 18 is arranged in the die blank of the handle body 9, the stamped workpiece head 18 is firstly placed into the workpiece head die arranged in the die blank of the handle body 9 for fixing when the handle body 9 is injected, the kitchen tool liner 61 can be integrally injected and molded when the handle body 9 is injected, the kitchen tool liner 61 die and the bevel edge 31 die are arranged in the die blank of the rubber coating layer 101, the kitchen tool liner 61 is placed into the die blank of the rubber coating layer 101 for fixing in advance when the rubber coating layer is injected, and the kitchen tool with the bevel edge 31 at the workpiece head can be integrally injected when the rubber coating layer 101 is injected. Because the head of the kitchen tool is made of sheet metal material, the handle body is made of plastic, and the kitchen tool made of the rubber coating layer is light and handy, and has the effects of resisting violence and deformation and prolonging the service life of the kitchen tool.
