The raw materials and the auxiliary materials are combined to generate a synergistic effect on the blood sugar reducing effect, so that the diabetes can be prevented, the immunity of a human body can be enhanced, the digestion speed of the human body can be slowed down, cholesterol can be excreted at the highest speed, and the blood sugar and the cholesterol in blood can be controlled at the most ideal level. In addition, the invention adopts pure plants as raw materials, avoids side effects caused by western medicines, has low price of the used raw materials, is suitable for common people to purchase, is a good health care product for diabetes patients and has good health care effect for the common people.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a dietary fiber granule for reducing blood sugar, belonging to the field of functional food processing.
Background
Diabetes is a syndrome in which insulin is absent or fails to function due to genetic and environmental factors, thereby causing disorders in glucose metabolism. The incidence of diabetes is increased year by year due to the rapid pace of life, high pressure and the change of dietary style and dietary structure of modern people, and the diabetes becomes the third chronic disease seriously harming human health after the tumor, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the world. In 2020, the statistics of articles published by professor Tengwei in BMJ journal, the total number of diabetic patients in China is about 1.298 hundred million. However, most of the medical and health products for preventing, treating diabetes or reducing blood sugar on the market are mainly chemical drugs or insulin-like hormones. The medicines have side effects of different degrees, seriously affect the health of patients after long-term administration, can cause damage of liver and kidney functions of different degrees, and have the risks of inducing hypoglycemia and increasing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and glomerular sclerosis. Aiming at the problems in the treatment of diabetes, the invention provides a natural dietary fiber granule for both food and medicine for the diabetes patient, regulates the glycometabolism of the human body and assists in reducing the blood sugar.
Echinacea Purpurea (Echmacea Purpurea) is also called echinacea, is a plant of Echinacea in Compositae, is a perennial herb, belongs to a homologous plant of medicine and food in China, is native to America, and is an immune plant in the world. The echinacea purpurea contains fatty acid amides, caffeic acid derivatives, polysaccharides, glycoproteins and the like as main components, has remarkable immunity enhancement activity, and also has the activities of resisting inflammation, bacteria, viruses, tumors, oxidation and the like. In addition, the echinacea purpurea also contains rich antioxidant dietary fibers (polysaccharide-polyphenol compounds), so that the echinacea purpurea not only can remove free radicals in organisms and reduce oxidative damage caused by active oxygen, but also can be combined with alpha-amylase and amyloglucosidase to form a polysaccharide-polyphenol-protein ternary compound, so that the hydrolysis rate of starch is reduced, and the echinacea purpurea further plays roles in preventing diabetes and reducing blood sugar. Echinacea purpurea has a lot of biological activities, but at present, few functional foods which can be eaten by people and have good mouthfeel exist, and products with the function of improving insulin resistance are not reported yet. The echinacea dietary fiber electuary is simple in preparation process, convenient to carry and suitable for various crowds to drink at any time and any place. From the aspect of functional food development and utilization, the research on the echinacea dietary fiber granules is of great significance.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems of diabetes treatment, the invention aims to provide the medicinal granules which take pure plants as raw materials and are rich in dietary fibers, so that the medicinal granules are used for preventing diabetes, enhancing the immunity of a human body, reducing blood fat and blood sugar, and simultaneously avoiding the pharmacological injuries such as side effects and the like caused by taking western medicines. In addition, the invention has the characteristics of low cost, simple manufacturing process and the like, is a good health care product for diabetes patients, and has good health care effect for common people.

Sterilizing the powder by microwave, and packaging in a vacuum packaging machine to obtain the blood sugar reducing dietary fiber granule.
The natural echinacea purpurea extract is selected as a raw material, and auxiliary materials are added for compounding, the raw and auxiliary materials can play a role in reducing blood sugar, and the specific effects are as follows:
1. echinacea purpurea extract: echinacea purpurea belongs to homologous plant of medicine and food in China, and is also a traditional herbal medicine used by Indian tribe for enhancing immunity of organisms and treating various diseases such as oral ulcer, cold, cough and the like. In recent years, echinacea related medicinal products are more and more popular in European and American areas, and reports about echinacea are frequently reported in the plant periodicals of Canada and European areas. It has the main functions of preventing common cold, raising immunity, treating upper respiratory tract infection, etc. However, the research on echinacea functional products in China is limited, all the commercially available echinacea products are imported, and the effects of the products mainly focus on stimulating immunity, strengthening physique, resisting cold and the like. Therefore, the research on the blood sugar reducing dietary fiber granules taking echinacea purpurea as the raw material has wide market and application prospect.
The echinacea purpurea extract contains abundant sugar phenol compound, a small amount of fatty acid amide, free polysaccharide, polyphenol (mainly caffeic acid, chlorogenic acid, flavonoid and terpenoid), glycoprotein and the like, and has excellent activities of reducing blood sugar, resisting virus, resisting fungi, resisting inflammation, resisting oxidation and the like. In addition, the extract not only synergistically exerts the unique functional characteristics and biological activities of the polysaccharide and the polyphenol, but also overcomes the defects of poor solubility and low biological activity of the polysaccharide, poor stability and low bioavailability of the polyphenol and the like.
2. Corn silk: the corn stigma has obvious hypoglycemic effect on hyperglycemia caused by glucose and epinephrine, can accelerate the blood coagulation process, increase the number of platelets, resist hemolysis, can be used as a hemostatic and diuretic, and can promote bile secretion and reduce blood viscosity.
3. Fruit and vegetable powder: in the fruit and vegetable powder, the konjak contains dietary fibers, and can form colloid with strong adsorbability after swelling, thereby playing a role in inhibiting postprandial blood sugar increase. Carrot: the taste is sweet and flat, and the life person is cool in nature and can clear away heat and toxic materials, relax bowel, nourish liver and improve eyesight; in addition, the fruit acid is rich, thereby being beneficial to the metabolism of glycolipid and having obvious hypoglycemic effect. Hawthorn fruit: the hawthorn is deeply loved by people, and has the functions of promoting digestion, protecting heart and blood vessels, reducing blood fat and blood pressure, resisting bacteria, losing weight, resisting tumors, removing free radicals and enhancing immunity. The apple is rich in vitamins, dietary fiber and phenolic substances.
The dietary fiber granule of the invention takes the best effect of each raw material through a specific formula and a secret preparation method, and simultaneously avoids the digestion adverse reaction and the like caused by single nutrition and components which are not easy to be absorbed by human bodies in part of the raw materials. The invention scientifically combines high dietary fiber and various high-nutrition raw materials, overcomes the defects of overhigh heat and low content of the dietary fiber of the traditional electuary, and accords with the healthy diet concept of modern consumers, wherein the polysaccharide-polyphenol dietary fiber has higher nutritional value and high antioxidant activity, and has multiple effects of improving intestinal health, promoting digestion, protecting skin and beautifying, and the like after being eaten for a long time.
