6. The method for preparing the easily soluble function-enhanced tea pigment solid instant tea as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step (4), the weight ratio of the Pu' er tea powder, the black tea powder and the Anji white tea powder is (1-3): (2-5): (8-15).
7. The process for producing a readily soluble, functionally-enhanced tea pigment solid instant tea as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tea polyphenol is obtained by recovering the eluate C and drying.
