Abstract
The invention discloses a swill pulping device for black soldier fly breeding, which comprises an outer shell, wherein the outer shell is a hollow cylinder, and the middle part of the outer shell is coaxially provided with a fixed disc; the rotating disc is connected with the outer shell and the fixed disc in a rotating mode; the fixed cutter disc is coaxially arranged on the fixed disc and is fixedly connected with the fixed disc, and a plurality of fixed cutting edges are arranged on the fixed cutter disc; the movable cutter disc is coaxially connected with the rotating shaft and is positioned between the fixed cutter disc and the fixed disc, and a plurality of movable cutting edges are arranged on the movable cutter disc; when the rotating shaft rotates, a compact shearing opening can be formed between the movable cutting edge and the fixed cutting edge, and the object is polished and pulped; a gap is formed between the outer edge of the movable cutter disc and the inner wall of the fixed cutter disc, so that slurry can flow downwards from the gap. The invention has simple and practical structure, low manufacturing cost and low energy consumption, can efficiently finish the swill pulping operation and has good economic benefit.
