After the third management account is determined by voting, the user to which the third management account belongs may bind the target group with another group again.

In addition, by setting one or more types of abnormal group conditions, the group meeting the abnormal group conditions can be identified as the abnormal group, the identification accuracy of the abnormal group is improved, the abnormal group conditions can be set and updated according to requirements, and the flexibility and the expandability are improved.
And the voting activity is started aiming at the abnormal target group, so that the formal management account of the target group is determined through voting, and the target group is managed by the management account determined through voting, thereby effectively avoiding the occurrence of abnormal behaviors in the target group and improving the effect of abnormal processing. According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the voting activity can be initiated for the target group in an abnormal state, the management account number of the target group is determined through voting, the abnormal account number is prevented from performing abnormal behaviors through the target group while the normal use of the target group is maintained, the target group is handed over to the normal account number for taking over, even if a user to which the original abnormal account number belongs reapplies for a new account number, the abnormal behaviors in the target group can be effectively avoided, and the effect of abnormal processing is improved.
And after the currently logged-in account is selected as the proxy management account, the currently logged-in account can automatically become an account participating in the voting activity, so that the operation of the user is simplified, and the operation efficiency is improved. In addition, other accounts except the proxy management account can also register to participate in the voting activity, so that the non-proxy management account which is expected to become the management account is given an opportunity, and the proxy account which is not expected to become the management account is also given an opportunity of refunding, so that the flexibility is stronger.

According to the method and the device, the abnormal prompt information of the target group is displayed, the user is guided in time, the user can be guided to solve the abnormal condition of the target group quickly and accurately, the target group is restored to the normal group as soon as possible, the operation efficiency is improved, and the effect of abnormal processing is improved.
The method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to various scenes for processing the abnormal group. For example, by adopting the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application in the chat client, the group owner in the abnormal group in the chat client can be deleted, a new group owner can be determined again, the formal group owner of the group can be selected by voting, so that the group is recovered to be a normal group, and the subsequent group members can still perform operations such as chatting, file transmission and the like in the group.

The target times can be configured by technicians, and under the condition that the target times is more than 1, the help group can not be regarded as the drag help when the help group is mentioned as the drag help once, so that the condition that the help group is reported maliciously is avoided.
Optionally, the three judgment modes can be combined, so that the abnormal side is identified by multiple means such as identifying abnormal players and reporting the side, and timely discovery and intervention are facilitated.

Optionally, the voting information determining module includes:
the system comprises a participation account determining unit, a voting activity starting unit and a voting activity starting unit, wherein the participation account determining unit is used for determining at least one account participating in the voting activity in a target group in a first time period after the voting activity is started;

Fig. 14 is a schematic structural diagram of another data processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 14, the apparatus includes:
a first display module 1401, configured to display exception prompting information of a target group, where the target group includes at least two account numbers, a second management account number of the at least two account numbers has a management authority for the target group, the exception prompting information is used to prompt that the target group is in an exception state, and the exception prompting information includes a voting entry;
the second display module 1402 is configured to, in response to a trigger operation on the voting entry, display a voting information interface corresponding to a voting activity of the target group, where the voting activity is used to determine a third management account of the target group through voting.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the voting activity can be initiated for the target group in an abnormal state, the management account number of the target group is determined through voting, the abnormal account number is prevented from performing abnormal behaviors through the target group while the normal use of the target group is maintained, the target group is handed over to the normal account number for taking over, even if a user to which the original abnormal account number belongs reapplies for a new account number, the abnormal behaviors in the target group can be effectively avoided, and the effect of abnormal processing is improved.
Optionally, the second management account is a management account that is replaced when the target group is switched to the abnormal state, and the currently logged-in account is the second management account, and the apparatus further includes:
the participation account determining module is used for determining the currently logged account as the account participating in the voting activity;
the second display module 1402 is further configured to display at least one account number participating in the voting event in the voting information interface.
Optionally, the second management account is a management account that is replaced when the target group is switched to the abnormal state, and the currently logged-in account is different from the second management account, and the apparatus further includes:
a second display module 1402, further configured to display participation options in the voting information interface;
the participation account determining module is used for responding to the triggering operation of the participation option and determining the currently logged account as the account participating in the voting activity;
the second display module 1402 is further configured to display at least one account number participating in the voting event in the voting information interface.
Optionally, each account participating in the voting activity and a voting option corresponding to each account are displayed on the voting information interface; the device still includes:
and the voting module is used for responding to the triggering operation of the voting option corresponding to any account number and voting for any account number.
Optionally, the second display module 1402 is further configured to display at least one account participating in the voting event on the voting information interface within a first time period after the voting event is started; and displaying each account participating in the voting activity and a voting option corresponding to each account in a voting information interface in a second time period after the first time period.
Optionally, the exception prompting information further includes an exception handling entry; the device still includes:

and responding to the unbinding operation in the group binding interface, and unbinding the target group and the bound other groups.
All the above optional technical solutions may be combined arbitrarily to form optional embodiments of the present application, and are not described herein again.
It should be noted that: in the data processing apparatus provided in the above embodiment, when processing data, only the division of the above functional modules is taken as an example, and in practical applications, the above function distribution may be completed by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the server or the terminal is divided into different functional modules to complete all or part of the above described functions. In addition, the data processing apparatus and the data processing method provided by the above embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are described in the method embodiments for details, which are not described herein again.
Fig. 15 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal 1500 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The terminal 1500 may be a portable mobile terminal such as: a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer or other terminals. Terminal 1500 may also be referred to as user equipment, a portable terminal, a laptop terminal, a desktop terminal, or other names.
The terminal 1500 includes: a processor 1501 and memory 1502.
Processor 1501 may include one or more processing cores, such as a 4-core processor, an 8-core processor, or the like. In some embodiments, processor 1501 may also include an AI (Artificial Intelligence) processor for processing computational operations related to machine learning.
The memory 1502 may include one or more computer-readable storage media, which may be non-transitory. In some embodiments, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium in the memory 1502 is used to store at least one computer program for execution by the processor 1501 to implement the data processing methods provided by the method embodiments herein.
In some embodiments, the terminal 1500 may further include: a peripheral interface 1503 and at least one peripheral. The processor 1501, memory 1502, and peripheral interface 1503 may be connected by buses or signal lines. Various peripheral devices may be connected to peripheral interface 1503 via buses, signal lines, or circuit boards. Specifically, the peripheral device includes: at least one of a radio frequency circuit 1504, a display 1505, a camera assembly 1506, an audio circuit 1507, and a power supply 1508.
The peripheral interface 1503 may be used to connect at least one peripheral related to I/O (Input/Output) to the processor 1501 and the memory 1502. In some embodiments, the processor 1501, memory 1502, and peripheral interface 1503 are integrated on the same chip or circuit board; in some other embodiments, any one or two of the processor 1501, the memory 1502, and the peripheral interface 1503 may be implemented on separate chips or circuit boards, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The Radio Frequency circuit 1504 is used to receive and transmit RF (Radio Frequency) signals, also known as electromagnetic signals. The radio frequency circuitry 1504 communicates with communication networks and other communication devices via electromagnetic signals. The radio frequency circuit 1504 converts an electrical signal into an electromagnetic signal to transmit, or converts a received electromagnetic signal into an electrical signal.
The display screen 1505 is used to display a UI (User Interface). The UI may include graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. When the display screen 1505 is a touch display screen, the display screen 1505 also has the ability to capture touch signals on or over the surface of the display screen 1505. The touch signal may be input to the processor 1501 as a control signal for processing. In this case, the display screen 1505 may also be used to provide virtual buttons and/or a virtual keyboard, also referred to as soft buttons and/or a soft keyboard.
The camera assembly 1506 is used to capture images or video. Optionally, the camera assembly 1506 includes a front camera and a rear camera. The front camera is arranged on the front panel of the terminal, and the rear camera is arranged on the back of the terminal.
The audio circuitry 1507 may include a microphone and speaker. The microphone is used for collecting sound waves of a user and the environment, converting the sound waves into electric signals, and inputting the electric signals to the processor 1501 for processing or inputting the electric signals to the radio frequency circuit 1504 to realize voice communication.
A power supply 1508 is used to power the various components in terminal 1500. The power source 1508 may be ac, dc, disposable, or rechargeable.
In some embodiments, the terminal 1500 also includes one or more sensors 1510. The one or more sensors 1510 include, but are not limited to: acceleration sensor 1511, gyro sensor 1512, pressure sensor 1513, optical sensor 1514, and proximity sensor 1515.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in fig. 15 does not constitute a limitation of terminal 1500, and may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components may be employed.
Fig. 16 is a schematic structural diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present application, where the server 1600 may generate a relatively large difference due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more processors (CPUs) 1601 and one or more memories 1602, where the memory 1602 stores at least one computer program, and the at least one computer program is loaded and executed by the processors 1601 to implement the methods provided by the method embodiments. Of course, the server may also have components such as a wired or wireless network interface, a keyboard, and an input/output interface, so as to perform input/output, and the server may also include other components for implementing the functions of the device, which are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where at least one computer program is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and the at least one computer program is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the operations performed by the data processing method of the foregoing embodiment.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer program product, which includes a computer program, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements the operations performed by the data processing method of the foregoing embodiment.
It is understood that in the specific implementation of the present application, related data such as user information, when the above embodiments of the present application are applied to specific products or technologies, user permission or consent needs to be obtained, and the collection, use and processing of related data need to comply with related laws and regulations and standards of related countries and regions.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, and the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.
The above description is only an alternative embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, and any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (20)

1. A method of data processing, the method comprising:
acquiring a target group in an abnormal state, wherein the target group comprises at least two accounts, and a first management account in the at least two accounts has a management authority on the target group;
deleting the first management account of the target group from the target group;
determining any account in a normal state in the target group as a second management account after the target group is replaced;
and after determining that the management account number of the target group is replaced, restoring the state of the target group to a normal state.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the target group in an abnormal state comprises:
setting the state of the target group to an abnormal state if the target group satisfies an abnormal group condition.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the exception group condition comprises at least one of:
the management account of the target group is in an abnormal state;
the reported times of the target group reach the target times;
the chat information in the target group comprises abnormal keywords;
the number of the chat messages containing the abnormal information reaches a target number, and the abnormal information indicates that the target group is an abnormal group.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
starting a voting activity of the target group, wherein the voting activity is used for determining a third management account of the target group through voting;
determining at least one account participating in the voting activity in the target group and the number of votes obtained by each account participating in the voting activity;
and determining the third management account based on the number of votes obtained by each account participating in the voting event.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein determining at least one account participating in the voting campaign in the target group, and the number of votes obtained by each account participating, comprises:
determining at least one account number participating in the voting event in the target group within a first time period after the voting event is started;
determining a number of votes obtained by each account participating in the voting campaign over a second time period that is subsequent to the first time period.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein after determining that the management account of the target group has been replaced, restoring the state of the target group to a normal state comprises:
and after the management account of the target group is determined to be the third management account, restoring the state of the target group to the normal state.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the restoring the state of the target group to the normal state after determining that the management account of the target group is the third management account comprises:
and under the condition that the management account of the target group is determined to be the third management account and the target group is unbound from other bound groups, restoring the state of the target group to the normal state.
8. A method of data processing, the method comprising:
displaying exception prompt information of a target group, wherein the target group comprises at least two account numbers, a second management account number in the at least two account numbers has a management authority for the target group, the exception prompt information is used for prompting that the target group is in an exception state, and the exception prompt information comprises a voting entrance;
and responding to the triggering operation of the voting entrance, and displaying a voting information interface corresponding to the voting activity of the target group, wherein the voting activity is used for determining a third management account of the target group through voting.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the second management account is a management account that is replaced when the target group is switched to the abnormal state, and a currently logged-in account is the second management account, and the method further includes:
determining the currently logged-in account as an account participating in the voting activity;
displaying at least one account number participating in the voting event in the voting information interface.
10. The method according to claim 8, wherein the second management account is a management account that is replaced when the target group is switched to the abnormal state, and a currently logged-in account is different from the second management account, and the method further comprises:
displaying participation options in the voting information interface;
in response to the triggering operation of the participation option, determining the currently logged-in account as the account participating in the voting activity;
displaying at least one account number participating in the voting event in the voting information interface.
11. The method of claim 8, wherein the voting information interface displays each account participating in the voting campaign and a voting choice corresponding to each account; the method further comprises the following steps:
and responding to the triggering operation of the voting option corresponding to any account, and voting for any account.
12. The method according to any one of claims 8-11, further comprising:
displaying at least one account number participating in the voting event on the voting information interface within a first time period after the voting event is started;
and displaying each account participating in the voting activity and a voting option corresponding to each account in the voting information interface in a second time period after the first time period.
13. The method according to any one of claims 8-11, wherein the exception hint information further includes an exception handling entry; the method further comprises the following steps:
and responding to the triggering operation of the exception handling entry, and displaying first prompt information, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting a third management account number of the target group determined by voting.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein displaying a first hint in response to the triggering operation on the exception handling entry comprises:
responding to the trigger operation of the exception handling entry, and displaying the first prompt information and second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting to unbind the target group from the bound other groups, and comprises a bound group setting entry;
responding to the triggering operation of setting an entrance to the binding group, and displaying a group binding interface;
and responding to the unbinding operation in the group binding interface, and unbinding the target group and the bound other groups.
15. A data processing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the group acquisition module is used for acquiring a target group in an abnormal state, wherein the target group comprises at least two account numbers, and a first management account number in the at least two account numbers has a management authority for the target group;
the deleting module is used for deleting the first management account of the target group from the target group;
the replacing module is used for determining any account in the target group in a normal state as a second management account after the target group is replaced;
and the state recovery module is used for recovering the state of the target group to be a normal state after the management account of the target group is determined to be replaced.
16. A data processing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the system comprises a first display module, a second display module and a third display module, wherein the first display module is used for displaying abnormal prompt information of a target group, the target group comprises at least two account numbers, a second management account number in the at least two account numbers has a management authority for the target group, the abnormal prompt information is used for prompting that the target group is in an abnormal state, and the abnormal prompt information comprises a voting entrance;
and the second display module is used for responding to the triggering operation of the voting entrance and displaying a voting information interface corresponding to the voting activity of the target group, wherein the voting activity is used for determining a third management account of the target group through voting.
17. A server, characterized in that it comprises a processor and a memory in which at least one computer program is stored, which is loaded and executed by the processor to carry out the operations performed by the data processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
18. A terminal, characterized in that it comprises a processor and a memory, in which at least one computer program is stored, which is loaded and executed by the processor to perform the operations performed by the data processing method according to any one of claims 8 to 14.
19. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon at least one computer program, which is loaded and executed by a processor, to perform the operations performed by the data processing method of any one of claims 1 to 14.
20. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the operations being performed by the data processing method of any one of claims 1 to 14.
