Background

With the development of computer technology, the account number scale of the client is increasing day by day, and various abnormal account numbers may exist in the client. In order to maintain normal order within the client, the abnormal account number may be disabled, typically after being identified.

However, the user to which the abnormal account belongs may still apply for a new account, so that the abnormal behavior is continued in the client based on the new account, and therefore the abnormal behavior cannot be effectively prevented by the blocking processing mode.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the application provides a data processing method, a data processing device, a server, a terminal and a storage medium, and improves the effect of exception handling. The technical scheme is as follows:

in one aspect, a data processing method is provided, and the method includes:

acquiring a target group in an abnormal state, wherein the target group comprises at least two accounts, and a first management account in the at least two accounts has a management authority on the target group;

deleting the first management account of the target group from the target group;

determining any account in a normal state in the target group as a second management account after the target group is replaced;

and after determining that the management account number of the target group is replaced, restoring the state of the target group to a normal state.

In another aspect, a data processing method is provided, the method including:

displaying exception prompt information of a target group, wherein the target group comprises at least two account numbers, a second management account number in the at least two account numbers has a management authority for the target group, the exception prompt information is used for prompting that the target group is in an exception state, and the exception prompt information comprises a voting entrance;

To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more clear, the embodiments of the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

It will be understood that the terms "first," "second," and the like as used herein may be used herein to describe various concepts, which are not limited by these terms unless otherwise specified. These terms are only used to distinguish one concept from another. For example, a first account number may be referred to as a second account number, and a second account number may be referred to as a first account number without departing from the scope of the present application.

As used herein, the terms "at least one," "a plurality," "each," "any," and the like, at least one comprises one, two, or more than two, and a plurality comprises two or more than two, each referring to each of the corresponding plurality, and any referring to any one of the plurality. The terminal 101 has installed thereon a client served by the server 102, by which the terminal 101 can implement functions such as data transmission, message interaction, and the like. Optionally, the terminal 101 is a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or other terminal. The server 102 may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing basic cloud computing services such as a cloud service, a cloud database, cloud computing, a cloud function, cloud storage, a web service, cloud communication, a middleware service, a domain name service, a security service, a CDN (Content Delivery Network), a big data and artificial intelligence platform.

Optionally, the client is an application in the operating system of the terminal 101 or an application provided by a third party. For example, the client is a game client, a group can be created in the game client, each account can join in the group, and chat or team games can be performed through the group. Or, the client is a chat client, a group can be created in the chat client, each account can be added into the group, and chat or file transmission can be performed through the group.

Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a data processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. The execution subject of the embodiment of the present application is the server 102 shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:

The target group comprises at least two accounts, the target group can be various types such as a chat group, a game group or an enterprise group, and in the target group, the at least two accounts can perform various operations such as chatting, team games and the like. At least two accounts of the target group include a management account, and the management account has a management right for the target group, such as inviting an account to join the target group, forbidding a certain account in the target group, and the like. In the embodiment of the present application, taking the current management account as the first management account as an example, the current first management account has a management right for the target group.

In addition, the target group being in the abnormal state means that an abnormal behavior occurs in the target group, or an account in the abnormal state exists in the target group, and the account being in the abnormal state means that an abnormal behavior occurs in the account. In which case the target group needs to be processed.

It should be noted that the server creates one or more groups, and each group includes at least two account numbers, this embodiment of the present application only takes the processing procedure for a target group as an example, the target group may be any group, and the processing procedures for other groups are similar to the target group, and are not described in detail.

In the related art, only the account is used as a unit for processing, so that the abnormal account is forbidden to be processed, but the group to which the abnormal account belongs is not processed, and a user to which the abnormal account belongs can still apply for a new account, so that abnormal behaviors are continuously performed in the client based on the new account, for example, the new account can be added into the group again, and the abnormal behaviors are continuously performed in the group.

On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, after the target group is determined to be in an abnormal state, a new management account can be determined by voting, and the target group is managed by the management account determined by voting, so as to effectively avoid the occurrence of abnormal behavior in the target group.

In the embodiment of the application, the server starts a reporting function for the group, and the account numbers in the group or account numbers not belonging to the group can report the group. For example, some users in the clients are not intended to use the functions of the clients normally, but are intended to attract the users in the clients to other clients, so that chat information issued by accounts of such users may refer to names of other clients or include words inviting others to go to other clients, and at this time, it may be determined that the chat information includes abnormal keywords, so as to effectively identify abnormal accounts.

In the embodiment of the present application, the server may detect the chat information published in the target group, and may also detect chat information published in other ways, for example, chat information published in other groups. The purpose of the user using the client is likely to be to transfer members of the target group to other clients, attracting them to use other clients. The original binding relationship of the target group is maintained, and the condition that the members are transferred to other clients cannot be avoided.

Therefore, the target group is required to be unbound from the bound other groups before the target group is restored from the abnormal state to the normal state. After the third management account is determined by voting, the user to which the third management account belongs may bind the target group with another group again.

In addition, by setting one or more types of abnormal group conditions, the group meeting the abnormal group conditions can be identified as the abnormal group, the identification accuracy of the abnormal group is improved, the abnormal group conditions can be set and updated according to requirements, and the flexibility and the expandability are improved.

And the voting activity is started aiming at the abnormal target group, so that the formal management account of the target group is determined through voting, and the target group is managed by the management account determined through voting, thereby effectively avoiding the occurrence of abnormal behaviors in the target group and improving the effect of abnormal processing. And the formal management account number of the target group is determined by voting, so that the state of the target group can be recovered to a normal state, an abnormal group can be effectively converted into a normal group, the normal use of the group is ensured, the repeated operation of quitting the group and adding the group by a normal user is not required, the operation cost of the normal user and the possibility of secondary pollution after the normal user is added into the group are reduced, and the influence of abnormal treatment on the normal user in the group is avoided. In addition, the voting number of each account can be displayed, and the voting number can be updated in real time as the voting campaign progresses.

And the terminal votes for any account number in response to the triggering operation of the voting option corresponding to any account number. For example, the terminal sends a voting request for the account to the server, the server adds 1 to the voting number of the account after receiving the voting request, and synchronizes the voting number to the terminal, so that the terminal can display the updated voting number of the account.

As shown in fig. 9, in the voting stage of the voting campaign, the number of votes for each account and the remaining voting duration are displayed in the voting information interface, so that the user can determine the number of votes currently obtained by each account and how long the voting duration remains.

According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the voting activity can be initiated for the target group in an abnormal state, the management account number of the target group is determined through voting, the abnormal account number is prevented from performing abnormal behaviors through the target group while the normal use of the target group is maintained, the target group is handed over to the normal account number for taking over, even if a user to which the original abnormal account number belongs reapplies for a new account number, the abnormal behaviors in the target group can be effectively avoided, and the effect of abnormal processing is improved.

And after the currently logged-in account is selected as the proxy management account, the currently logged-in account can automatically become an account participating in the voting activity, so that the operation of the user is simplified, and the operation efficiency is improved. In addition, other accounts except the proxy management account can also register to participate in the voting activity, so that the non-proxy management account which is expected to become the management account is given an opportunity, and the proxy account which is not expected to become the management account is also given an opportunity of refunding, so that the flexibility is stronger.

Fig. 10 is a flowchart of another data processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application. The main implementation of the embodiment of the present application is a terminal 101 as shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 10, the method includes the steps of:

After the user clicks the exception handling entry 603, an exception handling interface as shown in fig. 11 is displayed, and first prompt information 1101 and second prompt information 1102 are displayed in the exception handling interface, so that two solutions for solving group exceptions are provided, one is to determine a formal management account of the group through voting, and the other is to unbind other groups to which the group is currently bound.

In this case, the state of the target group can be restored to the normal state only by determining a new management account by voting for the target group.

According to the method and the device, the abnormal prompt information of the target group is displayed, the user is guided in time, the user can be guided to solve the abnormal condition of the target group quickly and accurately, the target group is restored to the normal group as soon as possible, the operation efficiency is improved, and the effect of abnormal processing is improved.

The method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to various scenes for processing the abnormal group. For example, by adopting the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application in the chat client, the group owner in the abnormal group in the chat client can be deleted, a new group owner can be determined again, the formal group owner of the group can be selected by voting, so that the group is recovered to be a normal group, and the subsequent group members can still perform operations such as chatting, file transmission and the like in the group.

Or, by adopting the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application in the game client, the group owner in the abnormal group in the game client can be deleted, a new group owner can be determined again, the formal group owner of the group can be selected by voting, so that the group is recovered to be the normal group, and the subsequent group members can still perform operations such as chatting, team games and the like in the group.

Fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of an operation flow of processing an abnormal help according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where a group is referred to as a help and an account is referred to as a player in a game client. The operation flow comprises the following steps:

The method for identifying whether the group is a 'dragging' group comprises the following steps:

firstly, when a certain player is determined to be 'dragging', judging whether the player has a position of a helper in a certain helper, and if so, determining that the helper is 'dragging'.

And secondly, judging whether a player reports that a certain group is a 'dragging' group, if so, recording the reported times of the group within a certain time period, and determining that the group is the 'dragging' group when the reported times of the group reach the target times.

The time period and the target times can be configured by technical personnel, the reported times are continuously recorded within a period of time, the accuracy of the reported times is guaranteed, the target times are set according to requirements, and the help can not be regarded as a 'dragging' help when the target times are larger than 1, so that the condition that the help is reported maliciously is avoided.

And thirdly, judging whether a player in various channels mentions that a certain group is a 'dragging' group, if so, recording the number of times that the group is referred to as the 'dragging' group, and determining that the group is the 'dragging' group when the number reaches the target number.

The various channels comprise various types such as the chat channel of the group, the chat channels of other groups, the public community channel and the like.

The target times can be configured by technicians, and under the condition that the target times is more than 1, the help group can not be regarded as the drag help when the help group is mentioned as the drag help once, so that the condition that the help group is reported maliciously is avoided.

Optionally, the three judgment modes can be combined, so that the abnormal side is identified by multiple means such as identifying abnormal players and reporting the side, and timely discovery and intervention are facilitated.

When the group is determined to be a 'dragging' group, the state of the group is set to be an abnormal state, and the group can be recovered to be a normal state after a certain flow is needed.

Fig. 15 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal 1500 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The terminal 1500 may be a portable mobile terminal such as: a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer or other terminals. Terminal 1500 may also be referred to as user equipment, a portable terminal, a laptop terminal, a desktop terminal, or other names.

The terminal 1500 includes: a processor 1501 and memory 1502.

Processor 1501 may include one or more processing cores, such as a 4-core processor, an 8-core processor, or the like. In some embodiments, processor 1501 may also include an AI (Artificial Intelligence) processor for processing computational operations related to machine learning.

The memory 1502 may include one or more computer-readable storage media, which may be non-transitory. In some embodiments, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium in the memory 1502 is used to store at least one computer program for execution by the processor 1501 to implement the data processing methods provided by the method embodiments herein.

In some embodiments, the terminal 1500 may further include: a peripheral interface 1503 and at least one peripheral. The processor 1501, memory 1502, and peripheral interface 1503 may be connected by buses or signal lines. Various peripheral devices may be connected to peripheral interface 1503 via buses, signal lines, or circuit boards. Specifically, the peripheral device includes: at least one of a radio frequency circuit 1504, a display 1505, a camera assembly 1506, an audio circuit 1507, and a power supply 1508.

The peripheral interface 1503 may be used to connect at least one peripheral related to I/O (Input/Output) to the processor 1501 and the memory 1502. In some embodiments, the processor 1501, memory 1502, and peripheral interface 1503 are integrated on the same chip or circuit board; in some other embodiments, any one or two of the processor 1501, the memory 1502, and the peripheral interface 1503 may be implemented on separate chips or circuit boards, which is not limited in this embodiment.

The Radio Frequency circuit 1504 is used to receive and transmit RF (Radio Frequency) signals, also known as electromagnetic signals. The radio frequency circuitry 1504 communicates with communication networks and other communication devices via electromagnetic signals. The radio frequency circuit 1504 converts an electrical signal into an electromagnetic signal to transmit, or converts a received electromagnetic signal into an electrical signal.

The display screen 1505 is used to display a UI (User Interface). The UI may include graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. When the display screen 1505 is a touch display screen, the display screen 1505 also has the ability to capture touch signals on or over the surface of the display screen 1505. The touch signal may be input to the processor 1501 as a control signal for processing. In this case, the display screen 1505 may also be used to provide virtual buttons and/or a virtual keyboard, also referred to as soft buttons and/or a soft keyboard.

The camera assembly 1506 is used to capture images or video. Optionally, the camera assembly 1506 includes a front camera and a rear camera. The front camera is arranged on the front panel of the terminal, and the rear camera is arranged on the back of the terminal.

The audio circuitry 1507 may include a microphone and speaker. The microphone is used for collecting sound waves of a user and the environment, converting the sound waves into electric signals, and inputting the electric signals to the processor 1501 for processing or inputting the electric signals to the radio frequency circuit 1504 to realize voice communication.

A power supply 1508 is used to power the various components in terminal 1500. The power source 1508 may be ac, dc, disposable, or rechargeable.
