Abstract
本发明公开了一种能根治及预防螨虫危害的床品面料的制备方法,包括生物微囊的制备和药物微球的制备,通过微生物复配的生物混合液和天然植物提取物复配的药物混合液存在于床品面料中,通过微囊和微球的缓慢释放和直接释放两种形式,使螨虫肌体细胞破裂,消化道损伤,杜绝螨虫繁殖,杀死螨虫,抑制螨虫生长来。该面料及其制造的床品具有优良的杀死螨虫、预防螨虫危害的性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于功能性纺织品领域,具体涉及一种能根治及预防螨虫危害的床品面料的制备方法。
背景技术
螨虫是一种属于节肢动物门蛛型纲蜱螨亚纲的微小动物,有5万多个品种,身体长度一般在0.5mm左右,螨虫完成从幼虫到成虫需要8-17天时间。一张普通的床在短短的一周时间内就会产生500万只左右螨虫,分布在床品经纬纱交织点孔隙、接口的线缝中、枕头套、被套、席梦思缝边等。螨虫适宜生长的温度在20-30℃,湿度在50%左右;成人睡觉时脱落的富含蛋白质、无机盐的皮屑为螨虫提供了充足的营养。藏匿在床品上的大部分尘螨一般不会直接导致疾病的发生,但它的粪便颗粒,尸体吸入鼻腔就会引起过敏性鼻炎,进入下呼吸道,就可能导致过敏性哮喘,蠕形螨虫在你睡觉时,钻进有丰富皮脂分泌物的毛囊会引发皮肤病,对易感体质者甚至会引发疾病。人类身上有几百万个毛囊,每一个毛囊里可能都存在着螨虫。
晒被子、勤换,勤洗床上用品是清除螨虫最方便、实用、便捷的方法,甚至抖一抖、吹一吹也可以使螨虫掉落,但只要盖一晚被子,它们又会卷土重来。
针对螨虫危害的预防,现有技术中已经有多项专利和技术解决方案。中国台湾专利(TW M589509U)《寝具防螨构造》公开了“该防螨构造系于寝具两相邻布边的交迭位置以热熔加工方式,形成一能够覆盖两相邻布边交接间隙的热压接合边,防止尘螨由交接间隙或车缝针孔侵入寝具”。专利号CN208946780U公开了一种防螨虫薄毯或被褥,包括保暖层和两层防螨虫功能层,所述保暖层设置在两层防螨功能层之间,所述防螨功能层包括从内向外设置的阻隔层和亲肤层,依靠相邻两根纬纱之间的50-500微米的较为致密的组织阻隔螨虫。CN204336449U公开了一种酒店用抗菌防螨被芯,包括棉芯中心层、棉芯上被芯抗菌防螨阻隔层,棉芯下被芯抗菌防螨阻隔层。目前市面上的防螨床品有采用爆破水刺纺粘技术的超细纤维材料或者用高密度聚乙烯材料,通过闪蒸法制成纺粘无纺布。
上述技术仅是为阻隔或隔离螨虫与人体的接触,着眼点考虑提高阻隔效果,没有从消除、杀死已有的螨虫,防止螨虫繁殖、孳生的角度来根除螨虫。无论是超细旦纤维或者闪蒸法无纺布,都属于非棉纤维,亲肤性能都比较差,与皮肤直接接触会引起不适。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种能根治及预防螨虫危害的床品面料的制备方法。该面料制备的床品包括和人体皮肤有直接接触的,如床单、被套、枕套、枕巾及睡衣睡裤等;也包括和人体无直接接触,但与人的睡眠有密切关联的,如床垫、被芯、枕芯、沙发蒙面料,卧室的墙布、靠垫、床头装饰面料、床前毡、地毯等。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种能根治及预防螨虫危害的床品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)40S-60S精梳棉纱作为经纱和纬纱,织成经密为100-155根/吋,纬密为86-144根/吋的平纹织物,进行常规的漂白、染色或印花处理得到织物;
(2)将川芎α-淀粉酶/枯草杆菌蛋白酶抑制剂、苏云金杆菌、超氧化物歧化酶、十二烷基苯磺酸钠,吡哆醇以重量比6-10:5-10:6-10:10-20:25-33混合得到混合物;按照混合物和去离子水的比例为9-10:90-91的重量比例,混合物中缓慢加入去离子水,搅拌均匀得到生物混合液,制备微囊;
(3)将香樟提取物、薄荷提取物、印楝提取物按重量比40:30:30混合得到植物提取物,将烷基糖苷、月桂醇、聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、松香醇以重量比20:10:30: 40的重量比例混合得到辅助添加剂,将植物提取物倒入辅助添加剂按照1:1-5的重量比例混合得到混合液,搅匀,缓慢加入去离子水,搅拌至充分溶解,混合液和去离子水体积比为10:90,得到药物混合液,制备微球。
(4)面料的处理:将步骤(2)得到的微囊和步骤(3)得到的微球按照1-2:1-2 的重量比例混合得到混合剂,倒入由重量比为10%:90%的羧甲基纤维素钠和水的混合液中,混合剂与混合液的重量比例为1:9-90,搅拌均匀,PH值调整到 4.5-6;将上述混合液倒入轧槽中,将步骤(1)的织物浸入轧槽,经轧辊卷取,再经烘干成为床品面料。
优选用醋酸或柠檬酸将溶液PH值调整到4.5-6,以防止织物泛黄。
本发明从数种候选具有抑制螨虫繁殖及生长的天然植物提取物中,筛选出灭螨、抑螨效果明显,无明显副作用,配伍性好的香樟提取物、薄荷提取物及印楝提取物。香樟提取物的主要成分为黄酮类化合物,印楝提取物的主要成分是印楝素,两类物质都具有使螨虫胴体细胞破裂,能起到杀死螨虫的作用,薄荷的提取物是挥发油,对螨虫的神经末梢有抑制和麻痹作用,能抑制螨虫的生长,又具有抗菌的作用。所述的香樟提取物、薄荷提取物、印楝提取物及辅助添加剂等均可市售获得。
所述的香樟提取物中C10H16O不少于90%;薄荷提取物中挥发油含量不少于90%;印楝提取物中印楝素含量不少于95%。
步骤(2)中微囊是以生物混合液为囊芯,用壳聚糖为基质,具体制备如下:(a)配制好的生物混合液混合液加入到多孔旋转圆筒内筒中;(b)将壳聚糖加入水并控制水含量在50%,形成壁材糊状溶液,加入到多孔旋转圆筒外筒中; (c)采用多孔离心法,应用多孔旋转圆筒装置,经高速离心,生成微囊。
步骤(3)中微球以壳聚糖为基质制作,具体步骤如下:(a)配制好的药物混合液,壳聚糖和水以重量比为1:1:1混合后加入到多孔旋转圆筒内筒中; (b)配制好的药物混合液,壳聚糖和水以重量比为1:1:1混合形成糊状溶液,加入到多孔旋转圆筒外筒中;(c)采用多孔离心法,经高速离心,生成微球。
本发明微囊,微球的混合:微囊,微球同为乳白色微细颗粒,微囊的直径要略大于微球,区别在于微囊是“空心”的,生物混合液存在于微囊的囊芯,药物混合液是分散,渗透在微球中,并粘附在微球表面。所述的微球直径为 10μm-20μm。所述的微囊直径为10μm-30μm。
本发明能根治及预防螨虫危害的床品是通过微生物复配的生物混合液+天然植物提取物复配的药物混合液存在于床品,通过微囊和微球的缓慢释放和直接释放两种形式,使螨虫肌体细胞破裂,消化道损伤,杜绝螨虫繁殖,杀死螨虫,抑制螨虫生长。该床品具有优良的杀死螨虫、预防螨虫危害的性能。
本发明可以使用的面料,是和人体直接接触的床品,如床单、被套等采用棉纤维或天然植物抗菌纤维,如汉麻、蒿洁丝等原材料,和人体无直接接触的床品,如靠垫、抱枕、被芯等采用棉纤维或抗菌聚酯纤维等原材料,采用机织或针织的方法进行织造。
进一步的,本发明所述面料的织造分为两大类:和人体直接接触的面料,采用纯棉纤维或天然植物抗菌纤维——如汉麻纤维、蒿洁丝及其它纤维为原材料,用机织方法织造,经纱和纬纱采用40S-100S中高支纱,经纱和纬纱的密度在100 根/吋-260根/吋,用平纹、斜纹或缎纹等组织。和人体皮肤无直接接触的床品面料采用天然纤维、抗菌聚酯纤维及其它纤维为原材料,用机织、针织织造,经纱和纬纱采用10S-60S中粗支纱,经纱和纬纱的密度在30根/吋-200根/吋,采用斜纹、缎纹、双经双纬等组织。
本发明用配伍性好的生物酶、微生物配制成的生物混合液及以植物提取物复配的药物混合液,分别包裹在微囊囊芯里或镶嵌、分散、吸附在微球中及表面,以缓慢释放和直接释放两种混合形式作用于床品面料,以达到长期灭螨、抑螨的作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明摒弃现有技术用增加织物的紧度、密度、封闭缝线、针眼等消极“防螨”,着重于从源头上杀死螨虫,预防螨虫孳生,从而达到根治螨虫的终极目标。通过生物混合液、药物混合液的配合使用来杀死螨虫,预防螨虫孳生,从而达到根治螨虫的终极目标。所用的生物混合液、药物混合液经过严格筛选,有协同效应,不产生抑制和消减作用,所用生物、药物种类无毒性,对人体无损伤,对睡眠环境无副作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明,但是本发明不限于所述的例子:
实施例1
(1)面料的织造:用60S精梳棉纱作为经纱和纬纱,织成经密为155根/吋,纬密为144根/吋的平纹织物,进行漂白处理;
(2)生物混合液的制备:将川芎α-淀粉酶/枯草杆菌蛋白酶抑制剂、苏云金杆菌、超氧化物歧化酶、十二烷基苯磺酸钠,吡哆醇以重量比6:10:6:10:33 的比例混和得到混合物;按照混合物和去离子水的比例为9-10:90-91的重量比例,混合物中缓慢加入去离子水,搅拌均匀得到生物混合液;
所述的川芎α-淀粉酶/枯草杆菌蛋白酶双功能抑制剂(LAST)由上海铭博生物科技有限公司提供、苏云金杆菌由武汉天惠生物工程有限公司提供。
(3)微囊的制备:用上述混合液为囊芯,用壳聚糖为基质制作微囊。具体步骤如下:
(a)配制好的生物混合液加入到多孔旋转圆筒内筒中;
(b)将壳聚糖加入水并控制水含量在50%,形成壁材糊状溶液,加入到多孔旋转圆筒外筒中;
(c)采用多孔离心法,应用多孔旋转圆筒装置,经高速离心,生成30μm微囊。
微囊囊芯生物混合液含量占微囊重量的71.5%。
(4)药物混合液的制备:将香樟提取物、薄荷提取物、印楝提取物按重量比 40:30:30混合得到植物提取物,将烷基糖苷、月桂醇、聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、松香醇以重量比20:10:30:40的重量比例混合得到辅助添加剂,将植物提取物倒入辅助添加剂按照1:5的重量比例混合得到混合液,搅匀,缓慢加入去离子水,搅拌至充分溶解,混合液和去离子水体积比为10:90,得到药物混合液;
所述的香樟提取物由陕西绿晟源生物制品制造有限公司提供、薄荷提取物由陕西新天域生物科技有限公司提供、印楝提取物由西安万方生物科技有限公司提供。
(5)微球的制备:用壳聚糖为基质制作微球。具体步骤如下:
(a)配制好的药物混合液,壳聚糖和水以重量比为1:1:1混合后加入到多孔旋转圆筒内筒中;
(b)配制好的药物混合液,壳聚糖和水以重量比为1:1:1混合形成糊状溶液,加入到多孔旋转圆筒外筒中;
(c)采用多孔离心法,经高速离心,生成微球。微球直径为20μm。微球中药物含量为68.2%。
微囊和微球以重量比1:1的比例混合得到混合剂,倒入由重量比为10%:90%的羧甲基纤维素钠和水的混合液中,混合剂与混合液的重量比例为1:50,搅拌均匀,用醋酸将PH值调整到5.5。
(7)面料的药物处理:将调配好PH值的微囊和微球的混合液倒入三辊轧车的轧槽中,漂白织物浸入轧槽,经轧辊轧液后,再经烘干卷绕在卷布辊上。
(8)经过处理的布料,按设计要求进行裁剪,缝制成被套。
灭螨、抑螨效果检测:
检测方法:取上述被套面料裁剪成20ⅹ20cm样布7块。0#样为对比样,1#到6#分别为经过5次、10次、20次、30次、40次、50次洗涤的样布。0#到6#样分别取5ⅹ5cm试样试验,编号分别为0a、1a、2a、3a、4a、5a、6a。上述试样分别置于培养皿中,培养皿中放入螨虫,开始计时,置放48h、72h和144h,观察试样上的螨虫死亡数,计算灭螨率。上述试验重复3次,计算同号样品的平均值。
采用与上述同样的试验方法制备试样,分别编号为0a0、1a1、2a2、3a3、4a4、 5a5、6a6样。取若干个培养皿,在中心位置培养皿中放置0a0到6a6试样,在周围培养皿中放入未经根治螨虫处理的布样,将所有培养皿放入恒温箱中培养72h、 144h,分别计算培养皿试样上的螨虫数,计算抑螨率。

实施例2
将经实施例1制备得到的织物经烘干、裁剪、缝制成具有根治及预防螨虫危害的被芯、枕芯。灭螨、抑螨率达到95%以上,并具有良好的吸湿透气性。
各步骤的具体参数配置如下:
(1)织物组织规格:经纱:40S精梳纯棉纱,纬纱:40S精梳纯棉纱,经密为 100根/吋,纬密为92根/吋,平纹织物,进行常规的漂白处理。
(2)微囊的制备:同实施例1,微囊囊芯生物混合液含量占微囊重量的68.3%。
(3)微球的制备:同实施例1。
(5)织物的药物处理:将步骤(2)得到的微囊和步骤(3)得到的微球按照 1:1的重量比例混合,倒入由重量比为10%:90%的羧甲基纤维素钠和水的混合液中,混合剂与混合液的重量比例为1:70,搅拌均匀,PH值调整到5.5;将上述混合液倒入轧槽中,将步骤(1)的织物浸入轧槽,经轧辊卷取。
(6)被芯、枕芯的缝制:经过处理的面料,按设计要求进行裁剪,缝制成能根治、预防螨虫危害的被芯、枕芯。

实施例3
实施例1面料制备的被套使用后,按照实施例1方法制作的生物混合液和药物混合液复配喷雾剂,对洗涤脱水后凉晒前的被套背面进行喷雾处理,起到短时间迅速及加强灭螨、抑螨的根除及预防作用。
生物混合液和药物混合液复配喷雾剂的制备步骤如下:
(1)生物混合液微囊的制备:同实施例1。
(2)药物混合液微球制备:同实施例1。
(3)微囊、微球的混合:同实施例1。
(4)喷雾剂的制备:按照常规喷雾剂制备方法将调配好PH值的生物混合液微囊和药物混合液微球喷雾剂,装入市售的250ml的塑料喷雾罐中。
Claims (6)
1.一种能根治及预防螨虫危害的床品面料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)40S-60S精梳棉纱作为经纱和纬纱,织成经密为100-155根/吋,纬密为86-144根/吋的平纹织物,进行常规的漂白、染色或印花处理得到织物;
(2)将川芎α-淀粉酶/枯草杆菌蛋白酶抑制剂、苏云金杆菌、超氧化物歧化酶、十二烷基苯磺酸钠,吡哆醇以重量比6-10:5-10:6-10:10-20:25-33混合得到混合物;按照混合物和去离子水的比例为9-10:90-91的重量比例,混合物中缓慢加入去离子水,搅拌均匀得到生物混合液,制备微囊;
(3)将香樟提取物、薄荷提取物、印楝提取物按重量比40:30:30混合得到植物提取物,将烷基糖苷、月桂醇、聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、松香醇以重量比20:10:30:40的重量比例混合得到辅助添加剂,将植物提取物倒入辅助添加剂按照1:1-5的重量比例混合得到混合液,搅匀,缓慢加入去离子水,搅拌至充分溶解,混合液和去离子水体积比为10:90,得到药物混合液,制备微球。
(4)面料的处理:将步骤(2)得到的微囊和步骤(3)得到的微球按照1-2:1-2的重量比例混合,倒入由重量比为10%:90%的羧甲基纤维素钠和水的混合液中,搅拌均匀,PH值调整到4.5-6;将上述混合液倒入轧槽中,将步骤(1)的织物浸入轧槽,经轧辊卷取,再经烘干成为面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能根治及预防螨虫危害的床品面料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的香樟提取物中C10H16O不少于90%;薄荷提取物中挥发油含量不少于90%;印楝提取物中印楝素含量不少于95%。

4.根据权利要求1所述的能根治及预防螨虫危害的床品面料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的步骤(3)中微球以壳聚糖为基质制作,具体步骤如下:(a)配制好的药物混合液,壳聚糖和水以重量比为1:1:1混合后加入到多孔旋转圆筒内筒中;(b)配制好的药物混合液,壳聚糖和水以重量比为1:1:1混合形成糊状溶液,加入到多孔旋转圆筒外筒中;(c)采用多孔离心法,经高速离心,生成微球。
5.根据权利要求4所述的能根治及预防螨虫危害的床品面料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的微球直径为10μm-20μm。
6.根据权利要求3所述的能根治及预防螨虫危害的床品面料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的微囊直径为10μm-30μm。
