At present, enterprises use the vertical molybdenum rod device attached with the porous titanium alloy spoon for deslagging operation, but the design is simple, and the deslagging efficiency is poor. Manual timing deslagging method is often adopted on production line of rare earth smelting plant, and the problems are as follows: because of the severe environment, the labor intensity is high, the production efficiency is low, safety accidents are easy to cause, and the incorrect manual deslagging action can cause large fluctuation of liquid, so that the quality problem of rare earth metal and alloy products is caused. This problem is to be solved.
