Claims (9)
1. The water-based UV (ultraviolet) photocuring woodenware coating is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
37-40 parts of polyurethane acrylic resin, 18-21 parts of epoxy acrylic resin, 20-22.5 parts of difunctional active monomer, 10-12 parts of photoinitiator, 4.5-5 parts of matte powder, 1-1.5 parts of flatting agent, 0.5-0.7 part of defoaming agent, 1.5-2 parts of dispersing agent and 0.6-1 part of hand feeling agent;
wherein the photoinitiator comprises 2-methyl stem-1- (4-methylthiophenyl) -2-morpholine-1-acetone, 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-acetone, 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl ketone, 2, 4, 6-trimethylbenzoyl-diphenyl phosphorus oxide and benzophenone.

The water-based UV photocuring woodenware coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the coating comprises 40 parts of polyurethane acrylic resin, 20 parts of epoxy acrylic resin, 20 parts of difunctional active monomer, 10 parts of photoinitiator, 5 parts of matte powder, 1.5 parts of leveling agent, 0.5 part of defoaming agent, 2 parts of dispersing agent and 1 part of hand feeling agent.

The aqueous UV light-curable woodenware coating according to claim 2, wherein the photoinitiator comprises 2-methyl-1- (4-methylthiophenyl) -2-morpholine-1-one, 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-one, 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl ketone, 2, 4, 6-trimethylbenzoyl-diphenylphosphine oxide and benzophenone in a mass ratio of 1-3: 1-3: 1-3: 1-3: 2.
4. the aqueous UV light-cured woodenware coating according to claim 2, wherein the difunctional reactive monomer is acrylic acid-2-glycolic acid.
5. The aqueous UV light-cured woodenware coating as claimed in claim 2, wherein the leveling agent is one of polysiloxane and acrylate.
6. The water-based UV photocuring woodenware coating as claimed in claim 2, wherein the defoaming agent is polydimethylsiloxane, the dispersing agent is sodium methylenedinaphthalene sulfonate, and the hand feeling agent is polyethylene wax powder.
7. The photocuring method of the water-based UV photocuring woodenware coating according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the following steps:
preparing water-based UV (ultraviolet) photocuring woodware paint according to a proportion;
the prepared water-based UV light-cured woodware coating is coated on the surface of a base material in a roll mode, the coating amount of each square wood is 40-120 g, when the conveying speed is 6-15 m/min, an initiator is prompted to be instantly cracked under the irradiation of cold light UVC ultraviolet rays, radicals are generated to initiate unsaturated vinyl bonds of resin and monomers in the coating to be polymerized into a film, and the curing and drying are completely and thoroughly.
8. The aqueous UV light-cured woodenware coating as claimed in claim 7, wherein the UVC ultraviolet light is light wave of UVC low band, and the specific wavelength band of the light wave is 185-254 nm.
9. Use of an aqueous UV light curable wood coating according to any one of claims 1 to 6 for corrosion protection.
