Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a lycopodium clavatum powder modified starch-polypropylene waterproof composite material, which comprises the steps of adding starch, glycerol, lycopodium clavatum powder and a coupling agent into an internal mixer for uniform kneading to realize the composite hydrophobic modification of lycopodium clavatum powder to starch, and then carrying out melt blending and compounding on the prepared lycopodium clavatum starch composite material and polypropylene to prepare the lycopodium clavatum powder modified starch-polypropylene waterproof composite material. The stone pine powder modified starch-polypropylene waterproof composite material prepared by the invention has good hydrophobicity and waterproofness, and can be processed into disposable tableware such as disposable lunch boxes, disposable straws and disposable cups with good waterproofness.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation technology of a high polymer packaging material, in particular to a preparation method of a starch-polypropylene waterproof composite material.
Background
The polypropylene is a plastic with wide application, the starch is biodegradable, and the polypropylene starch composite material with degradability can be prepared by adding the starch into the polypropylene, and can be used for preparing disposable tableware such as disposable lunch boxes, disposable straws, disposable cups and the like. When the polypropylene starch composite material is used as a material for manufacturing disposable tableware, certain waterproofness is generally required to prevent the disposable tableware manufactured by the polypropylene starch composite material from being unusable due to water absorption.
The stone pine powder modified starch-polypropylene waterproof composite material with good waterproofness, which is prepared by improving the hydrophobicity of the surface of the polypropylene starch composite material, has important application value in the fields of disposable tableware and the like.
The herba Lycopodii, caulis Endadae Phaseoloidis, caulis tinosporae, and cortex Phellodendri can be dried powder of plant herba Lycopodii, and has the advantages of no water and moisture absorption.

and secondly, adding the weighed raw materials into a stirrer to be uniformly mixed according to the mass ratio of the polypropylene to the lycopodium clavatum starch composite material = 100: 50-150 to obtain a mixture, adding the mixture into a double-screw extruder to be melted, blended and extruded to obtain the lycopodium clavatum powder modified starch-polypropylene waterproof composite material.
The coupling agent in the first step is at least one of silane coupling agent and titanate coupling agent.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
according to the invention, starch, glycerol, lycopodium clavatum powder and a coupling agent are added into an internal mixer to be uniformly kneaded to realize the composite hydrophobic modification of lycopodium clavatum powder to starch, and then the prepared lycopodium clavatum starch composite material and polypropylene are melted, blended and compounded to prepare the lycopodium clavatum powder modified starch-polypropylene waterproof composite material, so that the water absorption and moisture absorption of the starch in the polypropylene starch composite material are reduced, and the prepared lycopodium clavatum powder modified starch-polypropylene waterproof composite material has better hydrophobicity and waterproofness.
The stone pine powder modified starch-polypropylene waterproof composite material prepared by the invention can be used for processing disposable tableware such as disposable lunch boxes, disposable straws and disposable cups with good waterproofness.

Example 1
The preparation method of the lycopodium clavatum powder modified starch-polypropylene waterproof composite material comprises the following steps:
firstly, weighing the components according to the mass ratio of starch to glycerol to stone pine powder to coupling agent = 100: 50: 10: 2, adding the starch and the glycerol into an internal mixer to be uniformly kneaded, and then adding the stone pine powder and the coupling agent to be further uniformly kneaded to obtain a stone pine starch composite material;

The coupling agent in the first step is a silane coupling agent.

The preparation method of the lycopodium clavatum powder modified starch-polypropylene waterproof composite material comprises the following steps:
firstly, weighing the components according to the mass ratio of starch to glycerol to stone pine powder to coupling agent = 100: 60: 20: 3, adding the starch and the glycerol into an internal mixer to be uniformly kneaded, and then adding the stone pine powder and the coupling agent to be further uniformly kneaded to obtain a stone pine starch composite material;

firstly, weighing the components according to the mass ratio of starch to glycerol to lycopodium clavatum powder to coupling agent = 100: 30: 5: 0.5, adding the starch and the glycerol into an internal mixer for uniformly kneading, and then adding lycopodium clavatum powder and the coupling agent for further uniformly kneading to obtain a lycopodium clavatum starch composite material;
and secondly, adding the weighed raw materials into a stirrer to be uniformly mixed according to the mass ratio of the polypropylene to the lycopodium clavatum starch composite material = 100: 50 to obtain a mixture, adding the mixture into a double-screw extruder to be melted, blended and extruded to obtain the lycopodium clavatum powder modified starch-polypropylene waterproof composite material.
The coupling agent in the first step is a titanate coupling agent.
Comparative example 1
The preparation method of the polypropylene starch composite material of the comparative example comprises the following steps:
step one, weighing the components according to the mass ratio of starch to glycerol =100 to 50, and adding the weighed components into an internal mixer for uniformly kneading to obtain a starch and glycerol composite material;
and secondly, adding the weighed raw materials into a stirrer to be uniformly mixed according to the mass ratio of the polypropylene to the starch glycerol composite material = 100: 100 to obtain a mixture, and adding the mixture into a double-screw extruder to be melted, blended and extruded to obtain the polypropylene starch composite material.
Performance evaluation method: the materials prepared in the above examples and comparative examples were tested for contact angle according to ISO15989-2004 standard. The contact angle is the angle from the solid-liquid interface to the gas-liquid interface through the liquid inside at the interface of solid, liquid and gas. The larger the contact angle of the solid surface, the better the hydrophobicity and water repellency of the solid surface. The results of the above tests are shown in table 1.

From the performance test results of examples 1-3 and comparative example 1, it can be seen that the contact angles of the lycopodium clavatum powder modified starch-polypropylene waterproof composite materials (examples 1-3) are higher than those of the pure polypropylene starch composite material (comparative example 1), which indicates that the lycopodium clavatum powder modified starch-polypropylene waterproof composite material has good hydrophobicity and waterproofness.

1. A preparation method of a lycopodium clavatum powder modified starch-polypropylene waterproof composite material is characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, weighing the components according to the mass ratio of starch to glycerol to lycopodium clavatum powder to coupling agent =100 to (30-60) to (5-20) to (0.5-3), adding starch and glycerol into an internal mixer, uniformly kneading, adding lycopodium clavatum powder and coupling agent, and further uniformly kneading to obtain lycopodium clavatum starch composite material;
and secondly, adding the weighed raw materials into a stirrer to be uniformly mixed according to the mass ratio of the polypropylene to the lycopodium clavatum starch composite material = 100: 50-150 to obtain a mixture, adding the mixture into a double-screw extruder to be melted, blended and extruded to obtain the lycopodium clavatum powder modified starch-polypropylene waterproof composite material.
2. The method for preparing the lycopodium clavatum powder modified starch-polypropylene waterproof composite material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the coupling agent in the first step is at least one of silane coupling agent and titanate coupling agent.
