When the cleaning ring 2 descends to the bottom, the first winding device 11, the second winding device 10, the third winding device 9, the fourth winding device 7 and the fifth winding device 8 are controlled to start to pull upwards, and the cleaning ring 2 is driven to move upwards to clean the silo 1 until the inner wall of the silo 1 is cleaned.
