The length of the cutter head 42 is not less than the width of the upper film roll 61 and the lower film roll 62; two roller combinations 7 are arranged on the right side of the groove 21, wherein one roller combination 7 is arranged on the left side of the cutter groove 22, and the other roller combination 7 is arranged at the right end part of the operating platform 2; the roller combination 7 comprises a roller bracket, a motor 71, a long roller 72, a first short roller 73 and a second short roller 74; the roller bracket is a first fixing plate 77 and a second fixing plate 78 which are symmetrically and vertically fixed on two side edges of the operating platform 2; the shaft of the motor 71 is fixedly connected with the long roller 72, two ends of the long roller 72 are respectively and rotatably connected to the first fixing plate 77 and the second fixing plate 78, and the first short roller 73 is rotatably connected to the first fixing plate 77 and is positioned above the long roller 72; the second short roller 74 is rotatably connected to the second fixing plate 78 and located above the long roller 72, the first short roller 73 is in rolling extrusion with one end of the long roller 72, and the second short roller 74 is in rolling extrusion with the other end of the long roller 72.
The working principle is as follows:
the meat cutting and packaging device of the embodiment is an automatic packaging line. When the packaging is started, the lower packaging film wound on the lower film roll 62 is guided by the lower film guide rod 64 and then laid in the groove 21 on the operation platform 2, and then the long roller 72, the first short roller 73 and the second short roller 74 of the roller combination 7 clamped at the left side of the knife groove 22 are squeezed; meanwhile, the upper packaging film wound on the upper film roll 61 is guided by the upper film guide rod 63 and then laid in the groove 21 on the operation platform 2, and then the long roller 72 of the roller combination 7 clamped at the left side of the knife groove 22 is also squeezed between the first short roller 73 and the second short roller 74. The cut meat is slid down from the feeding platform 51 along the slide plate 52 and dropped between the upper and lower packaging films in the groove 21, and the groove 21 prevents the cut meat from sliding out of the operation platform 2 during the sliding down. Opening the variable-structure plastic package device 1 to enable three sections of telescopic rods 11 of the variable-structure plastic package device 1 to stretch downwards, separating a plurality of heat-seal dies 14 hinged to the lower end of an inclined rod 12 from each other and opening towards the periphery, extending the heat-seal telescopic rods 15 at the same time, moving the variable-structure plastic package device 1 integrally downwards to seal cut meat in a closed curve formed by enclosing the heat-seal dies 14 and the heat-seal telescopic rods 15, enabling a vacuum suction nozzle 8 to extend into a space between an upper package film and a lower package film, after the vacuum suction nozzle 8 sucks air to a required vacuum degree under the condition that the variable-structure plastic package device 1 is pressed downwards, enabling the vacuum suction nozzle 8 to withdraw from the upper package film and the lower package film, heating plastic package heating strips 16 arranged at the bottoms of the heat-seal dies 14 and the heat-seal telescopic rods 15 to melt and bond the upper and lower package films, and completing vacuum package of the cut meat. The long roller 72, the first short roller 73 and the second short roller 74 of the two roller combination 7 rotate simultaneously, and the packaged cut meat continuously moves to the operating platform 2 through rolling extrusion of the long roller 72, the first short roller 73 and the second short roller 74. Meanwhile, the lower packaging film wound on the lower film roll 62 and the upper packaging film wound on the upper film roll 61 are again laid in the groove 21 under the dragging of the above process, so that the cut meat can be slid down again from the feeding platform 51 along the sliding plate 52 and fall between the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film in the groove 21 for the next packaging. The telescopic handle 41 causes the cutting head 42 to lower the tangential knife slot 22, thereby cutting a portion of the cut meat and its package, which is packaged, away from another portion of the cut meat and its package. The rolling compression of the roller assembly 7 located to the right of the knife slot 22 moves the cut meat pieces and their packages further to the right under the platform 2 where they are received by the containers. So that the continuous operation can realize the pipeline operation.
The rolling extrusion of the long roller 72 and the first and second short rollers 73 and 74 can be realized by adopting the following structure: a first gear and a second gear 76 are respectively fixed on the parts of the long roller 72, which are positioned outside the first fixing plate 77 and the second fixing plate 78; a third gear 79 is fixed on the part of the first short roller cylinder 73, which is positioned outside the first fixing plate 78, and the third gear 79 is meshed with the first gear; a fourth gear 710 is fixed to a portion of the second stub roller 74 located outside the second fixing plate 78, and the fourth gear 710 is engaged with the second gear 76.
In operation, the motor 71 rotates to drive the long roller 72 to rotate, and the first gear and the second gear 76 fixed at two ends of the long roller rotate, so that the third gear 79 and the fourth gear 710 engaged with each other also rotate, and further drive the first short roller 73 and the second short roller 74 to rotate respectively and extrude with the long roller 72. Of course, other transmission methods can be used to make the long roller 72 roll and press with the first short roller 73 and the second short roller 74, for example, different driving devices can be used to drive the rollers respectively.
Preferably, the surfaces of the long roller tube 72, the first short roller tube 73 and the second short roller tube 74 are coated with an anti-slip material. After the anti-slip material is coated, the friction force between the upper packaging film and the first short roller 73 and the second short roller 74 is favorably increased, and the friction force between the lower packaging film and the long roller 72 is favorably increased, so that the packaged finished product is easier to move on the operation platform 2.
It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the packaging device for the cut meat can be combined with a vision sensor and a computer control system, the vision sensor scans to obtain the size of the pre-packaged cut meat, the obtained size is transmitted to the computer control system, and the computer control system controls the size of the area surrounded by the closed curve formed by the enclosing of each heat-sealing die and the heat-sealing telescopic rod on the variable plastic packaging device, so that the cut meat is packaged fully automatically and accurately. For another example, the heat-sealing telescopic rod may be arranged in other manners, such as arranging a slide way of the heat-sealing telescopic rod at the bottom of the heat-sealing mold, completing the relative change of the distance between two adjacent heat-sealing molds through the sliding of the heat-sealing telescopic rod relative to the heat-sealing mold, and simultaneously keeping a closed curve of a figure formed by enclosing all the plastic-sealing heating strips when the plastic-sealing heating strips are in contact with the operating platform. In addition, the technical features related to the embodiments of the present invention described above may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other. In addition, the above embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments, and all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without any inventive work based on the embodiments of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. A variable-structure packaging device for cutting meat is characterized by comprising a variable-structure plastic packaging device and an operation platform; the variable-structure plastic packaging device is arranged right above the operating platform and comprises three sections of telescopic rods, an inclined rod and a supporting rod; the three sections of telescopic rods are divided into an upper section, a middle section and a lower section which are sequentially connected in a sliding manner; the number of the inclined rods and the number of the supporting rods are the same, the upper ends of the inclined rods are sequentially and uniformly hinged to the circumference of the middle section, the middle part of each inclined rod is hinged to one end of one supporting rod, and the other end of each supporting rod is hinged to the lower section; every the lower extreme of down tube articulates there is the heat-seal mould, and two are adjacent be provided with the heat-seal telescopic link between the heat-seal mould, the heat-seal mould with the bottom of heat-seal telescopic link all is provided with the plastic envelope heating strip, all plastic envelope heating strips with the figure that surrounds when operation platform contacts and form is closed curve.
2. The meat-splitting packaging device as set forth in claim 1, wherein said diagonal bars and said support bars are four in number.
3. The apparatus for packaging meat portions as claimed in claim 2, wherein the operation platform is provided with a vacuum nozzle at a side thereof.
4. The meat division packaging apparatus as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a frame and a cutting means, said frame being disposed above said operation platform, an upper section of said three telescopic rods being fixed to a top of said frame; the cutting device comprises a telescopic knife handle which is fixed at the top of the frame and positioned on the right side of the three telescopic rods and a knife head which is arranged at the end part of the telescopic knife handle, and the knife head stretches across the upper part of the operating platform along the length direction; and a cutter groove corresponding to the cutter head is arranged on the operating platform.
5. The meat dividing packaging apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein said operation platform is provided with a groove, said groove is provided directly below said heat-sealing mold, and each edge of said groove is located outside a maximum closed curve surrounded by all the plastic-sealed heating strips on said operation platform.

The cut meat packaging device of claim 5, wherein a feeding platform is arranged at the left end of the operating platform, and a downward inclined sliding plate is fixed at the right side of the feeding platform; the bottom of the sliding plate is communicated with the groove; an upper film roll is arranged above the top of the sliding plate, and a lower film roll is arranged below the top of the sliding plate; an upper film guide rod is arranged above the bottom of the sliding plate, and a lower film guide rod is arranged below the bottom of the sliding plate; the upper film roll, the lower film roll, the upper film guide rod and the lower film guide rod are parallel to each other and cross over the operating platform.

The meat split packaging apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein said cutter head has a length not less than a width of said upper and lower rolls; two roller combinations are arranged on the right side of the groove, one roller combination is arranged on the left side of the cutter groove, and the other roller combination is arranged at the right end part of the operating platform; the roller combination comprises a roller bracket, a motor, a long roller, a first short roller and a second short roller; the roller bracket is a first fixing plate and a second fixing plate which are symmetrically and vertically fixed on two side edges of the operating platform; the shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with the long roller, two ends of the long roller are respectively and rotatably connected to the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate, and the first short roller is rotatably connected to the first fixing plate and positioned above the long roller; the second short roller is rotatably connected to the second fixing plate and located above the long roller, the first short roller and one end of the long roller are extruded in a rolling mode, and the second short roller and the other end of the long roller are extruded in a rolling mode.
8. The meat division packaging apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein a first gear and a second gear are fixed to the long roller at portions outside the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate, respectively; a third gear is fixed on the part of the first short roller, which is positioned outside the first fixing plate, and the third gear is meshed with the first gear; and a fourth gear is fixed on the part of the second short roller, which is positioned outside the second fixing plate, and the fourth gear is meshed with the second gear.
9. The meat portioning packaging apparatus of claim 8 wherein the surfaces of the long roller, the first short roller, and the second short roller are coated with a non-slip material.
