Claims (3)
1. A steel member fall-preventing device for a semi-trailer is characterized in that: comprises a protection mechanism for guaranteeing the safety of steel members on a vehicle body (3) and a fastening mechanism (2) capable of automatically tightening and winding a fixed rope on the steel members;
the protection mechanisms are symmetrically arranged in two groups, and the two groups of protection mechanisms are respectively positioned on two side surfaces of the vehicle body (3); the protection mechanism consists of a plurality of anti-falling piles (1), and the anti-falling piles (1) in the two groups of protection mechanisms are uniformly and correspondingly arranged;
the anti-falling pile (1) is of a plug-in type structure, the anti-falling pile (1) comprises a sleeve (107), a pile inserting (108) and a compression bar (110), the sleeve (107) is fixedly arranged on the side face of the vehicle body (3), the pile inserting (108) is correspondingly plugged with the sleeve (107), and the pile inserting (108) is correspondingly in a vertical state; the bottom pile body of the pile (108) is provided with a clamp (109) in a ox horn shape, the concave surface of the clamp (109) is correspondingly abutted against the top of the sleeve (107), the top of the pile (108) is correspondingly hinged with the compression bar (110) through a hinge post, and a spring (111) is arranged between the pile (108) and the compression bar (110);
the side face of the rod body of the compression rod (110) is provided with an insertion pipe (112), an insertion rod (113) is inserted into the insertion pipe (112), the head end of the insertion rod (113) is provided with a limiting block (114), the tail end of the insertion rod (113) faces towards the insertion pile (108) correspondingly, and the side face of the rod body of the insertion pile (108) is provided with a socket (115) which is matched with the insertion rod (113) correspondingly;
the top surface of the socket (115) is a convex arc surface, the tail end of the top surface is provided with a jack (116) matched with the inserted link (113), the head end of the top surface is the low end of the arc surface, and the head end of the top surface of the socket (115) faces the direction of the vehicle body (3) correspondingly.

The steel member fall prevention device for a semitrailer according to claim 1, characterized in that: two opposite anti-falling piles (1) are arranged into a pair, a fastening mechanism (2) is arranged between two adjacent pairs of anti-falling piles (1), the fastening mechanism (2) comprises a rope collecting box (201) and a fixing ring (202), the rope collecting box (201) is arranged on one side bottom surface of a vehicle body (3), the fixing ring (202) is arranged on the other side bottom surface of the vehicle body (3), a fixing rope is wound in the rope collecting box (201), the head end of the fixing rope extends out of the rope collecting box (201), and the head end of the fixing rope is correspondingly connected with the fixing ring (202) after bypassing a steel member.

The steel member fall prevention device for a semitrailer according to claim 2, characterized in that: the rope collecting box (201) comprises a box body (2011), a rope winding ratchet wheel (2012), a rotation stopping pawl (2013), a baffle plate (2019), a motor (2016) and a stop block (2018); the rope winding ratchet wheel (2012) is positioned in the box body (2011), a ring groove for winding and fixing the rope is arranged in the center of the outer edge surface of the rope winding ratchet wheel (2012), and a ratchet is arranged at the edge of the outer edge surface; the rotation stopping end of the rotation stopping pawl (2013) is correspondingly abutted against the ratchet teeth of the rope winding ratchet wheel (2012), and a rotating shaft (2014) is arranged at the mounting end of the rotation stopping pawl (2013); the outer surface of box body (2011) is equipped with export (2015) that are used for fixed rope head end to pass through for drive wiring ratchet (2012) pivoted motor (2016) and be used for rectangular hole (2017) that pivot (2014) passed through, and pivot (2014) are located the bottom of rectangular hole (2017), and the rest space of rectangular hole (2017) is filled with dog (2018), and the internal surface of box body (2011) is equipped with baffle (2019) that are used for blockking and stop changeing pawl (2013) to wiring ratchet (2012) direction pivoted.
