Claims (9)
1. A casting device for producing and processing aluminum products comprises a processing table (1), an installation frame (2), a processing device body (3), a placing table (4), a drawing box (5), a detection box (6), a detection contact (7), a sliding chute (8), an extrusion plate (9), an auxiliary rod (10), a blanking box (11), a partition plate (12), a connecting spring (13), a supporting column (14), a placing plate (15), a fixing frame (16), a balancing weight (17), a buffer spring (18), a stretching spring (19), an extrusion head (20), a fixed rod (21), a movable sleeve ring (22), an adjusting block (23), a clamp (24), an extrusion block (25), an extension block (26), a fastening bolt (27), a connecting shaft (28), an extension shaft (29) and a fixing buckle (30), and is characterized in that the installation frame (2) is fixedly installed at the top end of the processing table (1), the utility model discloses a processing device, including mounting bracket (2), processing platform (1), inner wall, place platform (4), the middle part fixed mounting on mounting bracket (2) top has processingequipment body (3), the activity groove has been seted up at the middle part on processing platform (1) top, the inner wall of activity groove rotates to be connected with and places platform (4), the position of placing platform (4) is corresponding with the position of processingequipment body (3), the front sliding connection of the bottom of processing platform (1) has and takes out box (5), take out the top fixedly connected with detection box (6) of box (5) inner wall, the top activity of detecting box (6) is run through and is had a plurality of detection contact (7).

The casting device for producing and processing the aluminum product according to claim 1, wherein the detection contacts (7) are identical in size, sliding grooves (8) are formed in the bottoms of two sides of the inner wall of the drawer box (5), extrusion plates (9) are arranged on the inner walls of the two sliding grooves (8) in a sliding manner, the outer walls of the extrusion plates (9) are connected with the inner wall of the drawer box (5) in a sliding manner, and an auxiliary rod (10) is fixedly connected to the middle of the bottom end of each extrusion plate (9).

The casting device of claim 1, wherein the back of the processing table (1) is hinged to a blanking box (11) through a hinge, a mounting groove is formed in the middle of the inner wall of the blanking box (11), a partition plate (12) is connected to the inner wall of the mounting groove in a clamping manner, connecting springs (13) are fixedly connected to two sides of the bottom of the mounting groove, and the top ends of the two connecting springs (13) are attached to the bottom of the partition plate (12).

The casting device for producing and processing the aluminum product according to claim 1, wherein supporting legs are fixedly mounted at four corners of the bottom end of the processing table (1), a supporting column (14) is fixedly connected to one side of one of the supporting legs, a placing plate (15) is fixedly connected to the top end of the supporting column (14), and a fixing frame (16) is placed at the top end of the placing plate (15).

The casting device for producing and processing the aluminum product as recited in claim 1, wherein a motor is arranged in the middle of the inner wall of the fixing frame (16), a balancing weight (17) is fixedly connected to the output end of the motor, buffer springs (18) are fixedly connected to four corners of the top end and the bottom end of the motor, and one end of each adjacent group of the buffer springs (18) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the fixing frame (16).

The casting device for producing and processing the aluminum product is characterized in that two extension springs (19) are symmetrically connected to one side of the fixing frame (16), one ends of the two extension springs (19) are fixedly connected with extrusion heads (20), and one ends of the two extrusion heads (20) are attached to one side of the auxiliary rod (10).

The casting device for producing and processing the aluminum product as recited in claim 1, wherein a fixed rod (21) is arranged on the front surface of the mounting frame (2), a plurality of movable sleeve rings (22) are sleeved on the outer wall of the fixed rod (21), adjusting blocks (23) are fixedly connected to the top ends of the movable sleeve rings (22), two clamps (24) are slidably connected to the inner walls of the adjusting blocks (23), a plurality of extruding blocks (25) are threadedly connected to one sections of the connecting springs (13), and one ends of the extruding blocks (25) are mutually extruded with one side of the adjacent clamp (24).

The casting device for producing and processing the aluminum product as recited in claim 1, wherein two extension blocks (26) are fixedly arranged at the bottom ends of a plurality of movable lantern rings (22), and one ends of two adjacent extension blocks (26) are in threaded connection through the arranged fastening bolts (27).

The casting device for producing and processing the aluminum product as recited in claim 1, wherein extension shafts (29) are fixedly connected to both sides of the top of the front surface of the mounting rack (2), mounting shafts are fixedly connected to both ends of the fixing roll (21), one section of each of the two mounting shafts is in penetrating connection with the outer wall of the adjacent extension shaft (29), and a fixing buckle (30) is in threaded connection with one end of each of the two mounting shafts.
