The rotary joint of the first conduit 17 and the sleeve 27 is provided with a sealing shaft sleeve 26, and the communication part of the interior of the first conduit 17 and the barrel body 6 is provided with a filter screen which plays a role in preventing medical waste residues from being drawn out.
The bottom end of the sealing cover 7 is provided with a cover edge 29, the cover edge 29 is clamped with the bung hole of the barrel body 6, and the cover edge 29 plays a role in increasing the sealing performance.

Claims (8)

a sterilization container (1), wherein the sterilization container (1) is used for installing a rotary cutting structure (5) and providing a sterilization space for medical waste;
the waste gas purification structure (2), the waste gas purification structure (2) is used for treating smoke dust generated in the medical waste sterilization treatment and vacuumizing the sterilization container (1);
an erection structure (3), said erection structure (3) being adapted to support the sterilization container (1) and to collect the sterilized medical waste residues;
an inverting structure (4), said inverting structure (4) being used to invert the sterilization container (1).

The medical waste high-temperature rotary-cut sterilization device according to claim 1, wherein: the sterilization container (1) comprises a barrel body (6), a sealing cover (7), a pressure measuring instrument (8), a connecting plate (9), a supporting member (10) and a hydraulic rod (30), wherein the sealing cover (7) is arranged at the upper end of the barrel body (6), the upper end of the rear side of the barrel body (6) is fixedly connected with the front end of the supporting member (10), the rear end of the upper part of the supporting member (10) is rotatably connected with one end of the connecting plate (9), the other end of the connecting plate (9) is fixedly connected with one side of the sealing cover (7), the middle part of the sealing cover (7) is fixedly connected with the pressure measuring instrument (8), the bottom end of the pressure measuring instrument (8) penetrates through the sealing cover (7), the upper part of the front side of the barrel body (6) is fixedly connected with a temperature sensor (28), a sensing contact of the temperature sensor (28) penetrates through the barrel body (6), the middle part of the rear side of the barrel body (6) is rotatably connected with the bottom end of the hydraulic rod (30), the top end of the rod body of the hydraulic rod (30) penetrates through the supporting member (10) and is rotatably connected with the middle front part of the bottom end of the connecting plate (9).

The medical waste high-temperature rotary-cut sterilization device according to claim 1, wherein: erect structure (3) including support seat (11), mounting groove (14), draw runner (23), spout (24), collecting vat (22) and handle (25), the right side middle part of support seat (11) is provided with mounting groove (14), the equal fixedly connected with draw runner (23) in position that the inside both sides of support seat (11) are close to the bottom, the middle part on collecting vat (22) left and right sides all is provided with spout (24), and spout (24) respectively with draw runner (23) sliding connection of homonymy, the front end middle part fixedly connected with handle (25) of collecting vat (22).

The medical waste high-temperature rotary-cut sterilization device according to claim 1, wherein: the turnover structure (4) comprises a first shaft lever (12), a second shaft lever (15), a first motor (16), a sleeve (27) and a rubber belt (13), wherein one end of the first shaft lever (12) is fixedly connected with the middle part of the right side of the barrel body (6), the other end of the first shaft lever (12) penetrates through the upper end of the right side of the bracket base (11), the second shaft lever (15) is rotatably connected to the position, close to the bottom end, of the mounting groove (14), the second shaft lever (15) is connected with the first shaft lever (12) through the rubber belt (13), the first motor (16) is fixedly connected to the middle part of the bottom end of the right side of the bracket base (11), a rotating shaft of the first motor (16) is fixedly connected with the second shaft lever (15), one end of the sleeve (27) is fixedly connected with the middle part of the right side of the barrel body (6), and the other end of the sleeve (27) penetrates through the upper end of the left side of the bracket base (11), and the other end of the sleeve (27) is rotatably connected with the upper end of the left side of the bracket seat (11).

The medical waste high-temperature rotary-cut sterilization device according to claim 1, wherein: exhaust purification structure (2) is including first pipe (17), electric control valve (18), negative-pressure air fan (19), second pipe (20) and exhaust gas purifier (21), the one end of first pipe (17) runs through sleeve pipe (27) and staving (6) in proper order, the other end of first pipe (17) and the air intake intercommunication of negative-pressure air fan (19), be provided with electric control valve (18) on first pipe (17), the air outlet of negative-pressure air fan (19) passes through the second pipe (20) and links to each other with the smoke inlet of exhaust gas purifier (21).

The high-temperature rotary-cut sterilization device for medical wastes according to claim 1, characterized in that the rotary-cut structure (5) comprises an annular groove (31), a roller disc (32), an annular block (33), snap teeth (34), vertical rods (35), a gear (36), a second motor (37), a reinforcing plate (38) and a cutting edge (39), the annular groove (31) is fixedly connected to the middle-lower part of the inner side of the barrel body (6), the middle part of the inner side of the annular groove (31) is fixedly connected to the periphery of the outer side of the annular block (33), a plurality of snap teeth (34) are equidistantly arranged on the periphery of the inner side of the annular block (33), the roller disc (32) is arranged in the annular groove (31), the peripheral edges of the roller disc (32) are slidably connected to the annular groove (31), the periphery of the middle part of the roller disc (32) is rotatably connected to four vertical rods (35) equidistantly, and the top ends of the vertical rods (35) penetrate through the upper end of the roller disc (32) and are fixedly connected to the middle part of the cutting edge (39), the equal fixedly connected with gear (36) in middle part of montant (35), and gear (36) all are connected with latch (34) meshing, the bottom of second motor (37) and the inside bottom fixed connection of staving (6), the pivot of second motor (37) and the middle part fixed connection of roller dish (32), four gusset plates (38) of equidistance fixedly connected with all around of second motor (37), and gusset plate (38) all with the bottom fixed connection of staving (6).

The medical waste high-temperature rotary-cut sterilization device according to claim 5, wherein: the rotary connection part of the first conduit (17) and the sleeve (27) is provided with a sealing shaft sleeve (26), and a filter screen is arranged at the communication part of the interior of the first conduit (17) and the barrel body (6).
8. The medical waste high-temperature rotary-cut sterilization device according to claim 2, wherein: the bottom end of the sealing cover (7) is provided with a cover edge (29), and the cover edge (29) is clamped with the barrel opening of the barrel body (6).
