A scoliosis orthopedic brace is characterized by comprising an upper elastic plastic clamping band, a lower elastic plastic clamping band, a side limiting mechanism and a middle pressurizing mechanism, wherein the left end and the right end of the upper elastic plastic clamping band are distributed in a linear state, the left end of the upper elastic plastic clamping band is higher than the right end of the upper elastic plastic clamping band, the left end and the right end of the lower elastic plastic clamping band are distributed in a linear state, the right end of the lower elastic plastic clamping band is higher than the left end of the lower elastic plastic clamping band, a first tensioning adjusting mechanism is arranged at the right ends of the upper elastic plastic clamping band and the lower elastic plastic clamping band and used for adjusting the binding force of the upper elastic plastic clamping band or the lower elastic plastic clamping band on a human body, the side limiting mechanism comprises a plurality of groups of vertical supporting adjusting mechanisms, each group of vertical supporting adjusting mechanisms comprises an upper threaded pipe, a middle adjusting threaded rod and a lower threaded pipe, the upper part of the upper threaded pipe and the lower part of the lower threaded pipe are both fixedly provided with a U-shaped hinged seat, a hinged clamping plate is hinged inside the U-shaped hinged seat and can only swing along the circumferential direction of a corresponding hinged shaft, the hinged clamping plate is fixedly connected with a vertical rotating shaft, connecting clamping seats corresponding to the vertical rotating shaft are arranged on the upper elastic plastic clamping belt and the lower elastic plastic clamping belt respectively, the connecting clamping seats are clamped on the corresponding upper elastic plastic clamping belt or the corresponding lower elastic plastic clamping belt through a C-shaped buckle and can freely slide, the vertical rotating shaft is sleeved on the corresponding connecting clamping seats, the vertical rotating shaft can freely rotate relative to the connecting clamping seats, and the connecting clamping seats are provided with first jacking bolts for limiting the rotation of the vertical rotating shaft; the two ends of the middle adjusting threaded rod are correspondingly sleeved in the upper threaded pipe and the lower threaded pipe, and the upper threaded pipe and the lower threaded pipe can be close to or far away from each other by rotating the adjusting threaded rod; the middle pressurizing mechanism comprises an arc-shaped plastic plate, first tensioning belts are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the arc-shaped plastic plate, and a second tensioning adjusting mechanism used for tensioning the corresponding first tensioning belts is arranged on the middle adjusting threaded rod.

The scoliosis orthopedic brace according to claim 1, wherein the second tightening adjustment mechanism comprises a sleeve and a block, the block is fixedly arranged on one side of the sleeve, the sleeve is sleeved on the middle adjustment threaded rod, the sleeve can freely slide relative to the middle adjustment threaded rod, a through groove is arranged in the block, the movable end of the first tightening belt penetrates through the through groove, and a second jacking bolt for fixing the first tightening belt is arranged on the block.

5. The scoliosis orthopedic brace of claim 1, wherein a plurality of adjustment holes are provided in the central adjustment threaded rod.
6. The scoliosis orthopedic brace of claim 1, wherein the upper elastic plastic strap, the lower elastic plastic strap and the arcuate plastic plate are provided with a plurality of vent holes.
