In an embodiment of the present invention, the target keyword set includes target qualification keywords and target technology keywords;
a verification module 303 comprising:
the qualification verification submodule is used for acquiring qualification requirement information corresponding to the target project information; when the target qualification key words are matched with the qualification requirement information, judging that the qualification verification is passed;
the technical verification submodule is used for acquiring technical requirement information corresponding to the target project information; and when the target technical key words are matched with the technical requirement information, judging that the technical verification is passed.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the saving module 304 is configured to determine a target storage area corresponding to the target item information; determining target bidder identification information for submitting a bid document to be submitted from a target keyword set; and storing the bidding document to be submitted into the target storage area according to the identification information of the target bidder.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the saving module 304 is configured to obtain a target encryption rule preset for the target bidder identification information; and encrypting the bid file to be submitted according to the target encryption rule, and storing the encrypted bid file to be submitted into the target storage area.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes:
the modification module is used for verifying the authority information of the target account submitting the modification request when the modification request aiming at the submitted bid file is received; when the authority information of the target account passes verification, modifying the submitted bid file according to the modification request; the modified submitted bid file is saved and modification indicia is applied to the saved modified submitted bid file.
In the embodiment of the invention, target project information is obtained from a bid file to be submitted, and submission time information corresponding to the target project information is obtained; when the current submission time is matched with the submission time information, extracting a target keyword set from the bidding document to be submitted; performing qualification verification and technical verification on the target keyword set; and when the qualification verification and the technical verification pass, storing the bidding document to be submitted according to the target keyword set and the target project information. The invention realizes that the bidding document which is only verified by qualification and technology is saved by extracting and verifying the target keyword set, thereby realizing the automatic pre-screening of the bidding document which is submitted currently, and further reducing the time spent by the follow-up tenderer for reviewing the bidding document.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a server, which comprises a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the computer program realizes the storage method of the bid document when being executed by the processor.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, a computer program is stored on the computer readable storage medium, and the storage method of the bidding document is realized when the computer program is executed by a processor.

Claims (10)

1. A method for storing a bid document, the method comprising:
acquiring target project information from a bid file to be submitted, and acquiring submission time information corresponding to the target project information;
when the current submission time is matched with the submission time information, extracting a target keyword set from the bidding document to be submitted;
performing qualification verification and technical verification on the target keyword set;
and when the qualification verification and the technical verification both pass, saving the bid document to be submitted according to the target keyword set and the target project information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the set of target keywords comprises target qualification keywords and target technology keywords;
the qualification verification and the technical verification of the target keyword set comprise:
acquiring qualification requirement information corresponding to the target project information; when the target qualification key words are matched with the qualification requirement information, judging that the qualification verification is passed;
acquiring technical requirement information corresponding to the target project information; and when the target technology keyword is matched with the technical requirement information, judging that the technology verification is passed.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein saving the bid document to be submitted according to the target keyword set and the target item information comprises:
determining a target storage area corresponding to the target project information;
determining target bidder identification information submitting the to-be-submitted bid document from the target keyword set;
and storing the bidding document to be submitted into the target storage area according to the identification information of the target bidder.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the storing the bid document to be submitted into the target storage area according to the target bidder identification information comprises:
acquiring a target encryption rule preset for the target bidder identification information;
and encrypting the bid file to be submitted according to the target encryption rule, and storing the encrypted bid file to be submitted into the target storage area.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
when a modification request aiming at the submitted bid file is received, verifying authority information of a target account submitting the modification request;
when the authority information of the target account passes verification, modifying the submitted bid file according to the modification request;
the modified submitted bid file is saved and a modification mark is applied to the saved modified submitted bid file.
6. An apparatus for storing a bid document, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring target project information from a bid file to be submitted and acquiring submission time information corresponding to the target project information;
the extraction module is used for extracting a target keyword set from the bidding document to be submitted when the current submission time is matched with the submission time information;
the verification module is used for performing qualification verification and technical verification on the target keyword set;
and the storage module is used for storing the bidding document to be submitted according to the target keyword set and the target project information when the qualification verification and the technical verification pass.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the set of target keywords comprises target qualification keywords and target technology keywords;
the verification module comprises:
the qualification verification submodule is used for acquiring qualification requirement information corresponding to the target project information; when the target qualification key words are matched with the qualification requirement information, judging that the qualification verification is passed;
the technical verification submodule is used for acquiring technical requirement information corresponding to the target project information; and when the target technology keyword is matched with the technical requirement information, judging that the technology verification is passed.

The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the saving module is configured to determine a target storage area corresponding to the target item information; determining target bidder identification information submitting the to-be-submitted bid document from the target keyword set; and storing the bidding document to be submitted into the target storage area according to the identification information of the target bidder.
9. A server comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, the computer program when executed by the processor implementing the method of storing a bid document according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, implements a storage method of a bid document according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
