The coolers 14 are positioned in the cylinder 9 and distributed around the bearing body 12, the main body of the coolers 14 is a cooling pipe with fins, continuous cooling water is introduced into the cooler 14, enters the water inlet water collector 4 from the water inlet 1 and then flows into each cooling pipe, cooling of lubricating oil can be realized, and finally, the lubricating oil flows out of the water outlet 2 from the water outlet water collector 5. When the bearing body 12 rotates, the blades 15 are driven to rotate, lubricating oil in the right oil cavity 10 is driven to enter the left oil cavity 6 through the cylinder 9, the liquid level of the left oil cavity 6 is higher than that of the right oil cavity 10, the lubricating oil flows into the right oil cavity 10 from the through holes on the intermediate plate 7, and the lubricating oil reenters the left oil cavity 6 under the driving of the blades 15.
The bearing body 12 of the present invention rotates while achieving lubrication and cooling of itself. The water-cooled bearing has good adaptability, can realize cooling and lubricating of the bearing only by supplying continuous cooling water to the outside and lubricating oil in the oil cavity without depending on peripheral auxiliary equipment, and has the characteristics of flexible structural arrangement, safety, reliability, high cooling efficiency and the like.
