Abstract

The preparation method of the PVC corrugated pipe for the drain pipe is characterized by comprising the following steps of: 1) Mixing the materials in a mixer according to the proportion of the raw materials, extruding and granulating the mixed materials by a granulator to prepare toughening and reinforcing auxiliary agent particles, wherein the toughening and reinforcing auxiliary agent particles are in a tablet shape, and grinding the tablet-shaped toughening and reinforcing auxiliary agent particles into particles with the particle size of less than 1.7mm by using a pulverizer; 2) PVC resin, a stabilizer, a lubricant and an ACR auxiliary agent are mixed according to the weight ratio and then added into a mixer for mixing; adding the mixed materials into a PVC double-screw extruder for extrusion production, and simultaneously adding prepared toughening and reinforcing auxiliary agent particles on the side surface of the double-screw extruder through side feeding equipment, wherein the adding position of the toughening and reinforcing auxiliary agent particles corresponds to the position of a three-zone of a host screw;
the PVC corrugated pipe comprises the following components in parts by weight: 78-82 parts of PVC resin, 1-5 parts of lubricant, 3-7 parts of stabilizer, 1-5 parts of ACR auxiliary agent and 45-55 parts of toughening reinforcing auxiliary agent particles; the toughening reinforcing auxiliary particles comprise the following components in parts by mass: 18-22 parts of PVC resin, 3-7 parts of stabilizer, 1-5 parts of lubricant, 1-8 parts of coupling agent, 10-20 parts of MBS auxiliary agent, 5-10 parts of ACR auxiliary agent and 0-20 parts of calcium carbonate.
2. The method for producing a PVC corrugated pipe for drain pipe according to claim 1, further comprising a pigment.

The preparation method of the PVC corrugated pipe for the drain pipe, as claimed in claim 1, is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 80 parts of PVC resin, 3 parts of lubricant, 5 parts of stabilizer, 3 parts of ACR auxiliary agent and 50 parts of toughening reinforcing auxiliary agent particles; the toughening reinforcing auxiliary particles comprise the following components in parts by mass: 20 parts of PVC resin, 3 parts of stabilizer, 2 parts of lubricant, 5 parts of coupling agent, 10 parts of MBS auxiliary agent, 5 parts of ACR auxiliary agent and 5 parts of calcium carbonate.
4. The method for producing a PVC corrugated pipe for drain pipe according to claim 1, wherein a cooling device is provided in the mill.
5. The method for preparing the PVC corrugated pipe for the drain pipe according to claim 1, wherein the raw material mixture is specifically as follows: firstly mixing in a high-speed mixer to 120 ℃, and then mixing in a low-speed mixer at a low temperature to reduce the temperature to 50 ℃.
