The PVMK corrugated pipe for the drainage pipe is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 78-82 parts of PVC resin, 1-5 parts of lubricant, 3-7 parts of stabilizer, 1-5 parts of ACR (acrylic rubber) additive and 45-55 parts of toughening and reinforcing additive particles; the toughening and reinforcing additive particle comprises the following components in parts by weight: 18-22 parts of PVC resin, 3-7 parts of stabilizer, 1-5 parts of lubricant, 1-8 parts of coupling agent, 10-20 parts of MBS auxiliary agent, 5-10 parts of ACR auxiliary agent and 0-20 parts of calcium carbonate.
2. The PVMK corrugated pipe for drain pipe of claim 1, further comprising a pigment.
3. The PVMK corrugated pipe for the drain pipe according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 80 parts of PVC resin, 3 parts of lubricant, 5 parts of stabilizer, 3 parts of ACR (acrylate copolymer) assistant and 50 parts of toughening and reinforcing assistant particles; the toughening and reinforcing additive particle comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of PVC resin, 3 parts of stabilizer, 2 parts of lubricant, 5 parts of coupling agent, 10 parts of MBS auxiliary agent, 5 parts of ACR auxiliary agent and 5 parts of calcium carbonate.
4. A method for preparing PVMK corrugated pipe for drain pipe according to any of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of: 1) adding the raw materials into a mixer according to the proportion of the raw materials, mixing, and extruding and granulating the mixed materials through a granulator to prepare toughening and reinforcing auxiliary agent particles; 2) mixing PVC resin, a stabilizer, a lubricant and an ACR auxiliary agent according to a weight ratio, and adding the mixture into a mixer to mix; and adding the mixed materials into a PVC double-screw extruder for extrusion production, and simultaneously adding the prepared toughening and reinforcing auxiliary agent particles into the side surface of the double-screw extruder through side feeding equipment.
5. The method for preparing PVMK corrugated pipe for drain pipe according to claim 4, wherein in the step 2), when the toughening and reinforcing additive particles are added in the side feeding process, the adding position corresponds to the three-zone position of the main machine screw.
6. The method for preparing PVMK corrugated pipe for drain pipe according to claim 4, wherein the toughening and reinforcing assistant particles prepared in step 1) are in the shape of tablets.
7. The method for preparing PVMK corrugated pipe for drain pipe according to claim 6, wherein the tablet-shaped toughening and reinforcing assistant particles are ground into particles with the particle size of less than 1.7mm by using a grinder.
8. The method for manufacturing the PVMK corrugated pipe for the drain pipe according to claim 7, wherein a cooling device is arranged in the mill.
9. The preparation method of the PVMK corrugated pipe for the drain pipe as claimed in claim 4, wherein the raw materials are mixed specifically as follows: firstly, mixing the materials in a high-speed mixer to 120 ℃, and then, mixing the materials in a low-speed mixer at a low temperature and cooling the materials to 50 ℃.
10. The method for preparing PVMK corrugated pipe for a drain pipe according to claim 9, wherein the mixing speed of the high-speed mixer is 1300 r/min.
