Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of recycled aggregate concrete, and particularly relates to a preparation method of recycled aggregate concrete applied to a wallboard.
Background
Most of the construction wastes are not treated at all and are transported to the outskirts or the periphery of cities for simple landfill or open-air stockpiling, which wastes land and resources and pollutes the environment, so the recycled aggregate concrete is widely applied to the construction industry.
At present, in order to meet the structural strength of the wallboard, recycled aggregate concrete for manufacturing the wallboard generally uses recycled fine aggregate, which greatly increases the manufacturing cost of the wallboard.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: the preparation method of the recycled aggregate concrete applied to the wallboard is provided in order to solve the problem that the manufacturing cost of the wallboard is caused by using recycled fine aggregate in the manufacturing of the wallboard.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the method comprises the following steps:
1) the raw materials in parts by weight are as follows: 780 parts of medium sand 700-containing material, 30-90 parts of recycled aggregate, 970 parts of coarse stone 920-containing material, 150 parts of fine stone 110-containing material, 350 parts of cement 290-containing material, 20-50 parts of fly ash and 180 parts of water 120-containing material;
2) mixing the raw materials, adding 2.5-3.3 parts of an additive, stirring and mixing to obtain recycled aggregate concrete;
3) and pouring the recycled aggregate concrete into the wallboard manufacturing mould for maintaining the recycled concrete.
As a further description of the above technical solution:
in the step 1), the weight portions are as follows: 760 portions of medium sand 710-.
As a further description of the above technical solution:
in the step 1), the weight portions are as follows: 720 parts of medium sand, 80 parts of recycled aggregate, 950 parts of coarse stone, 130 parts of fine stone, 300 parts of cement, 30 parts of fly ash and 140 parts of water.
As a further description of the above technical solution:
in the step 1), the recycled aggregate is recycled coarse aggregate.
As a further description of the above technical solution:
in the step 2), the weight portions are as follows: the additive is 2.9-3.1 parts.
As a further description of the above technical solution:
in the step 2), the weight portions are as follows: the additive is 3 parts.
As a further description of the above technical solution:
in the step 3), the curing days of the recycled concrete are at least 30 days.
In summary, due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, the recycled aggregate concrete suitable for the wallboard is prepared by using the recycled coarse aggregate with the amount of one tenth of the recycled fine aggregate and mixing the recycled coarse aggregate with the raw materials, so that the manufacturing cost of the wallboard is greatly reduced.
