The specific time and temperature can be adjusted according to different process flows.
Specifically, in the first step, the control signal generator 2 sends an instruction to the micro motor 401, and the working rod of the micro motor 401 rotates to drive the connecting block 402 to horizontally move along the stepped hole 101, so as to drive the first fiber fixing rod 5 to be away from the second fiber fixing rod 6, so that the basalt fibers are kept in a straightened and tightened state, and the problem of knotting in the basalt fiber treatment process is effectively avoided.
The treatment method comprises the steps of firstly refining the surface of the fiber, then increasing the surface roughness after acid/alkali etching, improving the riveting effect of the surface of the fiber, increasing the number of active groups such as surface hydroxyl and the like, then spraying the coupling agent and drying to ensure that the coupling agent and the surface of the fiber form a chemical bond, thereby improving the treatment effect. Because most of the fibers are in the solution during the fiber treatment according to the method, the fibers are easy to break up and knot, and the treatment liquid is directly atomized by adopting an atomizing nozzle to avoid the problems.

A basalt fiber surface treatment device is characterized in that: the device comprises an oven (1), a treatment liquid atomization mechanism, a control signal generator (2) and a basalt fiber fixing assembly, wherein the treatment liquid atomization mechanism is installed at the top of the oven (1), the basalt fiber fixing assembly is installed on one side plate of the oven (1), the working end of the basalt fiber fixing assembly corresponds to the atomization ejection end of the treatment liquid atomization mechanism, and driving components in the treatment liquid atomization mechanism and the basalt fiber fixing assembly are electrically connected with the control signal generator (2); an independent square containing cavity (101) is formed in the left side wall of the oven (1), the control signal generator (2) is installed in the square containing cavity (101), a cover plate (102) is arranged at an opening of the square containing cavity (101), a liquid crystal display (103) and a control button (104) are arranged on the cover plate, and the liquid crystal display (103) and the control button (104) are electrically connected with the control signal generator (2).

The basalt fiber surface treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the treatment solution atomization mechanism comprises a plurality of treatment solution atomization spray heads (3) and a liquid storage tank (7), the liquid storage tank (7) is installed on the upper portion of a top plate of the oven (1), the treatment solution atomization spray heads (3) are installed on the lower portion of the top plate of the oven (1), and the top of the treatment solution atomization spray heads (3) penetrates through the top plate of the oven (1) and then is communicated with the liquid storage tank (7).

The basalt fiber surface treatment apparatus according to claim 2, wherein: the treatment liquid atomizing spray heads (3) are three in number, namely an organic solution atomizing spray head, a coupling agent solution atomizing spray head and a coupling agent atomizing spray head respectively; the inner cavity of the liquid storage tank (1) is divided into three storage cavities, organic solvent, acid liquor or alkali liquor and coupling agent hydrolysis solution are stored in the three storage cavities respectively, and the three storage cavities are in one-to-one correspondence with the organic solution atomization spray heads, the coupling agent solution atomization spray heads and the coupling agent atomization spray heads respectively.

The basalt fiber surface treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the drying oven (1) adopts an electrothermal blowing drying oven and comprises an oven body, a heating assembly and a ventilation assembly, wherein the oven body consists of an outer shell consisting of cold-rolled steel plates and a stainless steel inner shell, a protective surface layer is sprayed on the surface of the outer shell, the inner shell is connected to form a hollow working chamber, the heating assembly is installed in the working chamber, the heating assembly adopts heating pipes, the heating pipes are symmetrically arranged and installed on the inner side surfaces of two opposite side plates, the heating pipes are electrically connected with a power supply storage battery, and an external electric wire is arranged on the power supply storage battery; the ventilation assembly comprises an air blower, an air inlet is formed in the side wall of the box body, an air outlet is formed in the back face of the top of the box body, the air blower is installed in the square accommodating cavity (101), and the air inlet and the air outlet of the air blower are respectively communicated with the air inlet of the outer shell and the air outlet of the inner shell; the front of the box body is hinged with a door plate through a hinge, the middle area of the door plate is arranged to be an observation area, and the observation area is made of transparent glass.
