The head of the first handle 11 is hinged with the short edge of the swing rod 2, and the head of the second handle 12 is hinged with the joint of the short edge and the long edge of the swing rod 2; and the U-shaped opening end of the swing rod 2 is hinged with the second fixed pressing block 6. The swing rod 2 is designed into an L-shaped structure, can clamp the flange interface tightly through mechanical power by utilizing the lever principle, and has certain clamping force. In an exemplary embodiment, the stroke adjusting component 14 is a screw, and the clamping stroke is adjusted by using the screw, so that the structure is simple and the use is convenient. In some embodiments, the adjustable stroke member 14 may also be a multi-linked telescopic link.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, two linear sliding rails are arranged on the first fixed pressing block 5 and the second fixed pressing block 6, and two grooves are arranged on the adjustable clamping block 4. The groove on the adjustable clamping block 4 can enable the adjustable clamping block 4 to move along the linear sliding rails on the first fixed pressing block 5 and the second fixed pressing block 6, so that the clamping requirements of flanges with different sizes are met. The linear sliding rail is simple in structure and good in stability. The first fixed pressing block 5 and the second fixed pressing block 6 are provided with U-shaped notches for passing through flanges to be clamped.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the adjustable clamping block 4 is provided with a gasket made of polyurethane material for enhancing the sealing effect of the adjustable clamping block. The adjustable clamping block 4 is divided into two parts which are distributed on two sides of the flange.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the adjusting screw 3 is provided with two threads, which are opposite in direction. For convenience of use, an adjusting screw 3 is arranged on the adjustable clamping block 4, and the adjusting screw 3 penetrates through two parts of the adjustable clamping block 4. The directions of the two sections of threads on the adjusting screw rod 3 are opposite, so that when the adjusting screw rod 3 rotates in one direction, the two parts of the adjustable clamping block 4 can be driven to be clamped or loosened towards the center.
When the adjustable clamp block is used, the flange plate butt joint fixing device is placed at the position of an interface between an inflatable flange to be fixed and a transformer flange, and then the adjusting screw rod 3 is rotated to enable the adjustable clamp block 4 to move to a proper position along the linear slide rails on the first fixed press block 5 and the second fixed press block 6 according to the size of the flange to be fixed in an operation field, so that the size of the flange to be fixed is adapted.
