As shown in fig. 1, 2, 12 and 13, the polishing device further comprises a cooling mechanism 14 for cooling the polishing block 10, the cooling mechanism 14 comprises a second distance sensor 141, a fixed nozzle 142, a hose 143, a storage tank 144 and a water pump 145, the second distance sensor 141 is arranged on the upper portion of the front side of the first slide rail 4, the fixed nozzle 142 is arranged on the rear portion of the housing 8 through a bolt, the water spraying portion of the fixed nozzle 142 is aligned with the polishing block 10, the storage tank 144 is arranged on the lower portion of the inside of the work frame 1 and used for storing water, the water pump 145 is arranged on the top of the storage tank 144 through a bolt, the water pump 145 is communicated with the storage tank 144, the hose 143 is connected between the water pump 145 and the fixed nozzle 142, and the hose 143 penetrates through the work frame 1 and the first slide rail 4.
One can fill the storage tank 144 with water in advance, when the sliding frame 7 moves backwards, and the second distance sensor 141 detects that the distance between the sliding frame 7 and the water pump 145 is larger than a rated value, the control module controls the water pump 145 to start working, and at the moment, the water is sprayed out of the fixed spray head 142 onto the grinding block 10 through the hose 143, so that the grinding block 10 can be automatically cooled; when the second distance sensor 141 detects that the distance from the carriage 7 is less than a rated value while the carriage 7 moves forward, the control module controls the water pump 145 to stop operating.
As shown in fig. 1 and 14, the stone pressing device further comprises a pressing mechanism 15 for pressing stone, the pressing mechanism 15 comprises a support 151, a second electric push rod 152, an expansion shaft 153 and a pressing plate 154, the support 151 is welded in the middle of the first slide rail 4, the second electric push rod 152 is arranged in the middle of the support 151 through a bolt, the expansion shaft 153 is connected to the front side and the rear side of the support 151 in a sliding manner, the upper portion of the expansion shaft 153 is connected with an expansion rod of the second electric push rod 152, and the pressing plate 154 is arranged between the bottoms of the expansion shaft 153 and used for pressing stone.
When the first speed reducing motor 5 starts to work, the control module controls the second electric push rod 152 to start to work, the telescopic rod of the second electric push rod 152 stops working after performing contraction motion for 2 seconds, the telescopic shaft 153 and the pressing plate 154 are driven to move downwards, and the pressing plate 154 presses the stone, so that the stone can be pressed tightly; when the first gear motor 5 stops working, the control module controls the second electric push rod 152 to perform an extending motion for 2 seconds and then stops working, and drives the telescopic shaft 153 and the pressing plate 154 to move upwards and reset.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 15, the polishing machine further comprises a protection mechanism 16 for protecting, the protection mechanism 16 comprises a fourth slide rail 161, a baffle 162 and a fixture block 163, two fourth slide rails 161 are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the left portion of the first slide rail 4, the baffle 162 is slidably connected between the fourth slide rails 161, the polished residues can be blocked, and the fixture block 163 is slidably connected on the two fourth slide rails 161 on the outer side.
People can block the requirement of position as required, adjust from top to bottom the position of baffle 162, can move fixture block 163 to the outside for fixture block 163 can not block baffle 162, adjust the back with baffle 162, can move fixture block 163 to the inside side and reset and block baffle 162, so at the in-process of polishing, baffle 162 can block the residue splash, avoids people to receive the injury.
As shown in fig. 1, 16 and 17, the multifunctional building material adjusting device further comprises a control box 2, the control box 2 is welded at the right part of the working frame 1, a switching power supply is installed in the control box 2, the control module and a power module are installed in the control box, the switching power supply supplies power for the whole building material adjusting device for building materials, the output end of the switching power supply is electrically connected with the power module, the power module is connected with a power master switch through a circuit, the control module is electrically connected with the power module, the control module is connected with a DS1302 clock circuit and a 24C02 circuit, the pressure sensor 124, the first distance sensor 3 and the second distance sensor 141 are connected through an electrical property and the control module, the first speed reducing motor 5, the second speed reducing motor 113, the first electric push rod 126, the second electric push rod 152 and the water pump 145 are connected with the control module through a peripheral circuit.
