Background
With the development of flexibility of the machining center, the machining contents in the conventional equipment such as a manually operated rocker drill are replaced by the machining center. selecting an angle block consistent with a machining angle according to the machining angle between a machined workpiece and a machine tool workbench;
the bottom surface of the angle block is a datum plane, the top surface of the angle block is a locating plane, the locating plane and the datum plane are arranged in an intersecting mode, an included angle between the locating plane and the datum plane is alpha, the height of the angle block is H1, the roughness of the datum plane is within 1.6um, the flatness is within 0.015mm, the roughness of the locating plane is within 1.6um, and the inclination of the locating plane and the datum plane is within 0.1 mm;
step two, adjusting the angle of the angle head within 90 degrees, and mounting the angle head on a main shaft of a machine tool;
step three, adjusting the main shaft of the machine tool to enable the distance between the lowest end of the angle head and the workbench of the machine tool to be H2, wherein H2 is larger than H1;

The method can quickly adjust the installation angle of the angle head, can complete the angle adjustment of the angle head only once, does not need to be adjusted repeatedly, has simple adjustment process, and can quickly adjust the angle to the required angle; meanwhile, the method has high adjustment precision, and the high-precision angle adjustment can be realized only by ensuring the processing precision of the positioning surface and the reference surface.
