(3) Medical bottle label and/or instruction sheet crushing treatment
The specification and/or the bottle label with weakened viscosity are/is intensively crushed and destroyed in the crushing cavity, the crushing motor is started to drive the crushing rotating rod and the crushing knife to rotate, and the specification and/or the bottle label are/is crushed.
(4) Collection of crushed aggregates
After crushing, the closing plate slides upwards to be adsorbed on the positioning strip, and crushed materials in the crushing cavity are collected from the discharge hole.

On the basis of the embodiment 2, in the step (2), after the first type of bottle labels are disinfected and stained by the disinfection cavity, the dried bottle labels are placed into the staining cavity for staining again, and the method is the same as that for the second type of bottle labels.

Claims (9)
1. The use method of the destroying device for medical bottle labels and specifications is characterized in that the destroying device comprises a disinfection chamber, a staining chamber and a crushing chamber, the disinfection chamber comprises a disinfection cavity and a disinfection cover used for sealing the disinfection cavity, a disinfection rotating rod and an electric heating block are arranged in the disinfection cavity, the disinfection rotating rod is driven by a motor to rotate, a disinfection alcohol pipe and a hopper which are communicated with the disinfection cavity are arranged on the disinfection cover, and a liquid outlet pipe is also arranged on the disinfection cavity; the staining chamber comprises a staining cavity and a staining cover for sealing the staining cavity, a staining rotating rod is arranged in the staining cavity, the staining rotating rod is driven to rotate by a motor, and a discharge hole communicated with the staining cavity is formed in the staining cover; the crushing chamber comprises a crushing cavity and a crushing cover for sealing the crushing cavity, a crushing rotating rod is arranged in the crushing cavity, the crushing rotating rod is driven by a motor to rotate, and a discharge hole is formed in the crushing cavity;
the using method comprises the following steps:
(1) Classifying medical bottle labels: according to the possibility of contamination, the medical bottle labels are divided into two types, wherein the first type is the bottle label with the possibility of contamination, and the second type is the bottle label without contamination;
(2) Weakening of the viscosity of the medical bottle label: for the first type of bottle labels, sterilizing and staining are carried out in the sterilizing cavity through ethanol and starch, so that the viscosity is weakened; for the second type of bottle label, a staining cavity is used for staining starch to weaken viscosity;
(3) Crushing medical bottle labels and/or instructions: performing concentrated crushing and destroying treatment on the medical bottle label with weakened viscosity in a crushing cavity; the instruction book directly carries out centralized crushing and destroying treatment in the crushing cavity;
(4) Collecting crushed aggregates: and discharging the crushed materials through a discharge hole to be collected and treated in a centralized manner.
2. The use of claim 1, wherein in step (2), after the first type of label is sterilized and stained, the dried label is placed into the staining chamber again for starch staining.

The use method as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the destruction device further comprises a synchronous drive assembly, the synchronous drive assembly comprises a disturbance motor, a driving wheel, a disinfection driven wheel and a contamination driven wheel, the output end of the disturbance motor is connected with the driving wheel, the disinfection driven wheel is connected with the disinfection rotating rod, the contamination driven wheel is connected with the contamination rotating rod, and the driving wheel is respectively connected with the disinfection driven wheel and the contamination driven wheel through belts.

The use method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sterilizing rotary rod is provided with a plurality of stirring rods on the surface at equal intervals, the staining rotary rod is provided with a plurality of stirring rods on the surface at equal intervals, and the crushing rotary rod is provided with a plurality of crushing knives on the surface at equal intervals.

The use method of claim 1, wherein the disinfection rotating rod is of a hollow structure, air holes are arranged on the surface of the part of the disinfection rotating rod, which is positioned in the disinfection cavity, at equal intervals, a waterproof breathable film is arranged on the air holes, and one end of the disinfection rotating rod, which is positioned outside the disinfection cavity, is communicated with an external air source.

The use method of claim 1, wherein the destroying device further comprises an air pump, an air blowing frame and a starch box, wherein the output end of the air pump is communicated with the air blowing frame through an air blowing pipe, the air blowing frame is arranged on the inner wall of the staining cavity, an air blowing port is formed in the air blowing frame, and the starch box is arranged outside the staining cavity and is communicated with the staining cavity through a recovery material channel.
7. The use method of claim 6, wherein the recycling channel is inserted with a baffle plate, and the top end of the baffle plate is provided with a convex block.

The use method of claim 1, wherein the discharge port is provided with a closing plate which can slide along the height direction of the discharge port, the outer wall of the crushing cavity is provided with a positioning strip which is positioned above the closing plate, and the top end of the closing plate is magnetically matched with the bottom end of the positioning strip.
9. The method of use of claim 1 wherein the destruction device further comprises an electrical chamber comprising an electrical cover and an electrical cavity for housing electronic components.
