By providing the diffuser plate 45 at the air outlet end of the filter module 30, the diffuser plate 45 increases the air flow range of the clean air supply, enhances the diffusion effect, ensures the jet speed of the clean air flow, and prevents the generation of vortex flow so as to form good air flow organization for the air flow in the operation working area 12.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the filter module 30 includes a primary filter 31, a blower 32, and a high efficiency filter 33, the blower 32 is fixed to the air filtering passage 11 by a bracket 34, the primary filter 31 is installed between the blower 32 and the first opening 20, and the high efficiency filter 33 is installed between the blower 32 and the second opening 21. When the box 10 is in a working state, external air is sucked into the air filtering channel 11 through the driving of the fan 32, the external air enters the air filtering channel 11 from the first opening 20 and then enters the fan 32 after being primarily filtered by the primary filter 31, and the air enters the high-efficiency filter 33 for further filtration after passing through the fan 32, so that clean air is obtained, and the clean air enters the operation working area 12. Preferably, the air inlet end of the fan 32 is provided with an air guide ring 35, and the air guide ring 35 is positioned between the primary filter 31 and the fan 32. By the arrangement of the wind guide ring 35, the air inlet of the fan 32 is smoother, and the air flow during wind entering is more concentrated.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the filter module 30 includes a controller 14, the controller 14 is respectively connected with the primary filter 31, the fan 32 and the high-efficiency filter 33 in a control manner, and the controller 14 is disposed on the outer side wall of the box 10, so as to improve the operation convenience.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, when the case 10 is in the storage state, the first cover 40 and the second cover 41 are respectively located at the left and right sides of the case 10, and the handle 15 is disposed at the top of the case 10, so that the case 10 is more convenient to carry and the use safety is improved. The roller 16 is installed to the bottom of box 10, and the removal of box 10 of being convenient for improves the convenience of use.
The use method of the portable clean bench comprises the steps that when the box body 10 is in a storage state, a first cover plate 40 is installed on a first opening 20, the first cover plate 40 seals the first opening 20, a second cover plate 41 is installed on a second opening 21, the second cover plate 41 seals the second opening 21, the box body 10 forms an integral sealing structure, and when the box body 10 is in a working state, the box body 10 comprises a horizontal flow mode and a vertical flow mode;
when the box body 10 is in the working state, the first side plate 50 and the second side plate 60 are taken out from the storage bin 24, the first cover plate 40 is moved to the second opening 21, the first side plate 50 and the second side plate 60 are oppositely arranged, one side of the second cover plate 41 is connected with one end of the first side plate 50, the other side of the second cover plate 41 is connected with one end of the second side plate 60 so as to form a basic unfolding structure,
when the case 10 is in the horizontal flow mode, the first cover 40 is placed opposite to the second cover 41 on the basis of the basic unfolded structure, one side of the first cover 40 is connected to the other end of the first side plate 50, the other side of the first cover 40 is connected to the other end of the second side plate 60, one sides of the first cover 40, the second cover 41, the first side plate 50 and the second side plate 60 facing the second opening 21 are respectively connected to the second end 23, and one sides of the first cover 40, the second cover 41, the first side plate 50 and the second side plate 60 away from the second opening 21 form the operation opening 13 of the operation work area 12;
when the tank 10 is in the vertical flow mode, the operation opening 13 is located at one side of the second opening 21 on the basis of the basic unfolding structure, the second cover plate 41 is opposite to the operation opening 13, the first cover plate 40 is opposite to the second opening 21, one side of the second cover plate 41, the first side plate 50 and the second side plate 60 facing the second opening 21 is respectively connected with the second end 23, and the other side of the second cover plate 41, the first side plate 50 and the second side plate 60 is respectively connected with the first cover plate 40.
According to the use method of the portable clean workbench, when the box body 10 is in the storage state, all parts required by the clean workbench are stored in the box body 10, and the box body 10 is of an integral closed structure, so that the box body 10 is not required to be packaged, the box body 10 can be directly transported, the packaging cost and the packaging time are reduced, and the transportation convenience is improved. Meanwhile, the components required by the clean bench are stored through the box body 10, and the components which are effectively placed in the box body 10 and used for protecting the clean bench are prevented from being damaged in the transportation process. The tank 10 comprises a horizontal flow mode and a vertical flow mode when being unfolded and used, and can meet different operation requirements under different working environments. When the box 10 is to be changed from the horizontal flow mode to the vertical flow mode, the first cover 40 is removed from the operation port 13 when the box 10 is to be placed horizontally, and the box 10 is to be placed vertically. When the box body 10 is required to be changed from the vertical flow mode to the horizontal flow mode, the first cover plate 40 is detached and installed on one side of the second opening 21, namely, the position of the operation opening 13 in the vertical flow mode leaks out to form the operation opening 13 at the original installation place of the first cover plate 40, the operation opening 13 is opposite to the second opening 21, and the box body 10 which is vertically placed is changed to be horizontally placed. The operation method is simple and convenient to use.
In summary, embodiments of the present invention provide a portable clean bench and a method for using the same, in which the case 10 is used as a main support of the clean bench, and meanwhile, a necessary condition is provided for forming the air filtering channel 11 in the case 10. When in a storage state, a storage bin 24 is formed between the first cover plate 40 and the filter module 30, the first side plate 50 and the second side plate 60 are respectively arranged in the storage bin 24, the first opening 20 is covered and sealed through the first cover plate 40, the second opening 21 is covered and sealed through the second cover plate 41, so that the box body 10 is formed into a whole, the storage volume is small, the box body 10 can easily enter a small space for installation, meanwhile, the box body 10 does not need to be packed after being stored, the box body can be directly carried, the packing cost is saved, and the transportation convenience is improved. In the working state, the first side plate 50 and the second side plate 60 are taken out from the storage bin 24, the first cover plate 40 is detached from the first opening 20, the first side plate 50, the second side plate 60 and the second cover plate 41 are moved to the second end 23, the first side plate 50, the second side plate 60, the second cover plate 41 and the first cover plate 40 enclose to form the operation working area 12, the first opening 20 is in an open state, the second cover plate 41 is opened at the second opening 21, the second cover plate 41 is connected with the second opening 21, so that the external air enters the filter module 30 through the first opening 20 for filtering, the external air is filtered through the filter template to form clean air, and the clean air flows from the second opening 21 to the operation working area 12 to meet the use requirement of the clean working table. Meanwhile, the method can be more convenient to use in special scenes. The clean workbench is not provided with a supporting base, and the box body 10 can be placed on any tabletop or table top for use, so that the production cost is further reduced. Meanwhile, the using method of the clean workbench is simple to operate when switching between the horizontal flow mode and the vertical flow mode, and improves the mode switching operation efficiency.

when the box body is in a working state, the second cover plate is opened at the second opening, the second cover plate is connected with the second opening, the first cover plate, the first side plate and the second side plate are respectively moved to the second opening, an operation working area is formed by enclosing the first cover plate, the first side plate, the second side plate and the second cover plate, and the second opening is communicated with the operation working area;
when the box is in a working state, the box comprises a horizontal flow mode and a vertical flow mode, the first side plate and the second side plate are oppositely placed, one side of the second cover plate is connected with one end of the first side plate, the other side of the second cover plate is connected with one end of the second side plate so as to form a basic unfolding structure, when the box needs to be set into the horizontal flow mode, the first cover plate and the second cover plate are oppositely installed, the first cover plate is respectively connected with the second end, the first side plate and the second side plate, when the box needs to be set into the vertical flow mode, the first cover plate is oppositely installed with the second opening, and the first cover plate is respectively connected with the second cover plate, the first side plate and the second side plate.
