when the box 10 is in the horizontal flow mode, on the basis of the basic unfolding structure, the first cover plate 40 and the second cover plate 41 are oppositely arranged, one side of the first cover plate 40 is connected with the other end of the first side plate 50, the other side of the first cover plate 40 is connected with the other end of the second side plate 60, the sides of the first cover plate 40, the second cover plate 41, the first side plate 50 and the second side plate 60 facing the second opening 21 are respectively connected with the second end 23, and the sides of the first cover plate 40, the second cover plate 41, the first side plate 50 and the second side plate 60 far away from the second opening 21 form the operation opening 13 of the operation working area 12;
when the box 10 is in the vertical flow mode, on the basis of the basic unfolding structure, the operation opening 13 is located at one side of the second opening 21, the second cover plate 41 is arranged opposite to the operation opening 13, the first cover plate 40 is arranged opposite to the second opening 21, one sides of the second cover plate 41, the first side plate 50 and the second side plate 60 facing the second opening 21 are respectively connected with the second end 23, and the other sides of the second cover plate 41, the first side plate 50 and the second side plate 60 are respectively connected with the first cover plate 40.
According to the use method of the portable clean bench, all parts required by the clean bench are stored in the box body 10 when the box body 10 is in a storage state, and the box body 10 is of an integrally closed structure, so that the box body 10 is not required to be packaged, the portable clean bench can be directly transported, the packaging cost and the packaging time are reduced, and the transportation convenience is improved. Meanwhile, the required parts of the clean bench are accommodated through the box body 10, and the parts of the clean bench, which are effectively placed in the box body 10, are prevented from being damaged in the transportation process. The box body 10 comprises a horizontal flow mode and a vertical flow mode when being unfolded for practical use, and can meet different operation requirements under different working environments. When the box body 10 needs to be changed from the horizontal flow mode to the vertical flow mode, the first cover plate 40 is detached and covered on the operation opening 13 in the horizontal flow mode, and the box body 10 in which the box body 10 is horizontally placed is vertically placed. When the box 10 needs to be changed from the vertical flow mode to the horizontal flow mode, the first cover plate 40 is detached and installed on one side of the second opening 21, namely, the position of the operation opening 13 in the vertical flow mode, the operation opening 13 is formed by leaking out of the position where the first cover plate 40 is originally installed, the operation opening 13 is arranged opposite to the second opening 21, and the box 10 which is vertically placed can be changed into the horizontal placement. The operation method is simple and convenient to use.
In summary, the present invention provides a portable clean bench and a method for using the same, in which a case 10 is used as a main support of the clean bench and also provides a necessary condition for forming an air filtering passage 11 in the case 10. In a working state, the first side plate 50 and the second side plate 60 are taken out of the storage bin 24, the first cover plate 40 is detached from the first opening 20, the first side plate 50, the second side plate 60 and the second cover plate 41 are moved to the second end 23, the first side plate 50, the second side plate 60, the second cover plate 41 and the first cover plate 40 are enclosed to form the operating working area 12, the first opening 20 is in an open state, the second cover plate 41 is opened at the second opening 21, the second cover plate 41 is connected with the second opening 21, so that outside air enters the filter module 30 through the first opening 20 for filtering, the outside air forms clean air after being filtered by the filter template, and the clean air flows to the operating working area 12 from the second opening 21 to meet the use requirement of the clean workbench. Meanwhile, the method can be more conveniently used in special scenes. The clean bench of the invention is not provided with a supporting base, and the box body 10 can be placed on any desktop or table top for use, thereby further reducing the production cost. Meanwhile, the use method of the clean bench provided by the invention is simple to operate when switching between the horizontal flow mode and the vertical flow mode, and the mode switching operation efficiency is improved.
