Background
The explosion-proof threading pipe is generally applied to dangerous environments such as inflammable and explosive environments (such as gas environments), and particularly sleeved on the electric wire, and seals the electric wire so as to prevent the electric wire from being directly exposed to the dangerous environments of inflammable and explosive environments.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the threading protection device of the present invention is used for connecting and communicating a first threading pipe 101 and a second threading pipe 102, a predetermined angle is formed between the first threading pipe 101 and the second threading pipe 102, and wires are connected in the first threading pipe 101 and the second threading pipe 102 in a threading manner.
The threading protection device provided by an embodiment of the invention comprises a connecting cavity 10 and a pressing plate 20.
In this embodiment, a first threading hole 11 matched with the first threading tube 101, a second threading hole 12 matched with the second threading tube 102, and a wire passing groove 13 for communicating the first threading hole 11 and the second threading hole 12 are formed on one side surface of the connecting cavity 10.
The wire passing groove 13 of the present embodiment is disposed at a position between the first wire passing hole 11 and the second wire passing hole 12, and the first wire passing pipe 101 and the second wire passing pipe 102 can be correspondingly inserted into the first wire passing hole 11 and the second wire passing hole 12, so as to assemble the connection cavity 10 onto the first wire passing pipe 101 and the second wire passing pipe 102, and in this process, the wires passing through the first wire passing pipe 101 and the second wire passing pipe 102 can enter the connection cavity 10 through the wire passing groove 13, so as to satisfy the use requirement of assembling the connection cavity 10 into the first wire passing pipe 101 and the second wire passing pipe 102.
Further, the center of the first threading hole 11 and the center of the second threading hole 12 are disposed on the line where the wire passing groove 13 is located, so that the connecting cavity 10 can be clamped into the first threading pipe 101 and the second threading pipe 102.
In this embodiment, the pressing plate 20 of this embodiment is provided with a first semicircle hole 21 matching the first threading tube 101 and a second semicircle hole 22 matching the second threading tube 102, and the pressing plate 20 can be fixed on the connecting cavity 10, so that the hole wall of the first semicircle hole 21 is pressed and sealed with the first threading tube 101, and the hole wall of the second semicircle hole 22 is pressed and sealed with the second threading tube 102. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the first threading hole 11 formed on the connecting cavity 10 and the first semicircular hole 21 formed on the pressing plate 20, and the second threading hole 12 formed on the connecting cavity 10 and the second semicircular hole 22 formed on the pressing plate 20 are matched, specifically, the pressing plate 20 is attached to the connecting cavity 10 and penetrates through two circular holes matched with the first threading pipe 101 and the second threading pipe 102, then the pressing plate 20 is detached from the connecting cavity 10, and the parts of other semicircular holes on the pressing plate 20 are cut off, so that the connecting cavity 10 and the pressing plate 20 can be produced and manufactured conveniently.
In this embodiment, the connection cavity 10 of this embodiment is provided with a threaded hole 14, the pressing plate 20 is provided with a connection hole 23 matching with the threaded hole 14, and the threading protection device further includes a bolt (not shown), which passes through the connection hole 23 and is screwed to the threaded hole 14, so as to fix the pressing plate 20 on the connection cavity 10 in a limited manner, thereby fixing the pressing plate 20 on the connection cavity 10, and fixing the pressing plate 20 on the connection cavity 10 by using the bolt, thereby ensuring the tightness of the assembly between the connection cavity 10 and the first threading tube 101 and the second threading tube 102 when the pressing plate 20 is mounted on the connection cavity 10.
Further, the number of the threaded holes 14 is two, and the two threaded holes 14 are respectively located at two sides of the wire passing groove 13, so that the pressing plate 20 and the connecting cavity 10 are connected and fixed by two bolts, and therefore the stability of the installation of the pressing plate 20 on the connecting cavity 10 is ensured.
In this embodiment, the connection cavity 10 of this embodiment is set to be hollow square steel, so that the connection cavity 10 can be obtained locally, and the effect of reducing the production cost of the connection cavity 10 is achieved. The hollow square steel connecting the cavity 10 may be cut out from the existing square steel, and then both ends of the two square steels may be plugged.
Moreover, the pressing plate 20 in this embodiment is set to be an iron plate, so that the pressing plate 20 can be obtained locally, and further has the effect of reducing the production cost of the pressing plate 20.
In this embodiment, the width of the pressing plate 20 is equal to the width of the side surface of the connecting cavity 10 for assembling the pressing plate 20, so as to improve the overall external appearance of the threading protection device, which is not described herein.
In addition, it should be noted that, the center line of the first threading hole 11 and the center line of the second threading hole 12 are perpendicular to each other in this embodiment, so as to meet the use requirement of the first threading pipe 101 and the second threading pipe 102 in the field that the arrangement is 90 °.
In summary, through reasonable structural arrangement, the threading protection device can be assembled and sealed with the first threading pipe and the second threading pipe on line so as to meet the requirement of wire sealing, and the threading protection device can realize hard sealing of the first threading pipe and the second threading pipe, meets the design requirement of additionally installing sealing between the first threading pipe and the second threading pipe, and further has the effect of prolonging the service life.
