Abstract
The threading protection device is used for connecting and communicating a first threading pipe and a second threading pipe and comprises a connecting cavity and a pressing plate, wherein a first threading hole, a second threading hole and a threading groove for communicating the first threading hole and the second threading hole are formed in one side surface of the connecting cavity; the pressing plate is provided with a first semicircular hole and a second semicircular hole, and the pressing plate can be fixed on the connecting cavity body so that the hole wall of the first semicircular hole is in abutting sealing with the first threading pipe, and the hole wall of the second semicircular hole is in abutting sealing with the second threading pipe. The wire threading protection device can be assembled and sealed with the first wire threading pipe and the second wire threading pipe on line so as to meet the wire sealing requirement, can realize hard sealing of the first wire threading pipe and the second wire threading pipe, meets the design requirement of additionally installing a seal between the first wire threading pipe and the second wire threading pipe, and further has the effect of prolonging the service life.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field related to explosion-proof threading pipes, and particularly relates to a threading protection device.
Background
The explosion-proof threading pipe is generally applied to flammable and explosive dangerous environments (such as gas environments), and is particularly sleeved on an electric wire and used for sealing the electric wire so as to prevent the electric wire from being directly exposed in the flammable and explosive dangerous environments.
It can be understood that according to the requirement of on-site installation of the electric wire, the electric wire is usually required to be turned by 90 degrees, and for this reason, the anti-explosion threading pipe sleeved on the electric wire also needs a 90-degree turning joint, and two ends of the turning joint are respectively installed on two adjacent anti-explosion threading pipes in a threaded manner. However, as the service life is prolonged, the turning joint is easy to break, so that the electric wires in the turning joint are exposed, the design requirements are not met, and certain safety hazards exist. In order to solve the problems, the conventional method adopted at present is to wrap the exposed electric wire by flexible substances such as refractory mortar and the like and then wrap the electric wire by a plastic bag, the flexible sealing can only be realized, and the design requirement cannot be met.

the threading protection device disclosed by the invention can be assembled and sealed with the first threading pipe and the second threading pipe on line through reasonable structural arrangement so as to meet the requirement of electric wire sealing, and can realize hard sealing of the first threading pipe and the second threading pipe so as to meet the design requirement of adding sealing between the first threading pipe and the second threading pipe, thereby further having the effect of prolonging the service life.
