In addition, when the server of the intelligent cabinet detects that the current network state is converted from the offline network state to the online network state, the access identification information, the information of the target cabinet and the association relationship between the access identification information and the information of the target cabinet can be sent to the network platform server. Thus, the network platform server can contain the record information of the server of the intelligent cabinet where the delivery object is stored.
In addition, in the embodiment of the application, the method further comprises the following steps: acquiring the access identification information input by the target user for picking up the delivery object; obtaining information of the target cabinet according to the access identification information and the association relation; and opening the target cabinet.
The server of the intelligent cabinet acquires access identification information input by a target user, and the distribution object of the target user is stored in a target cabinet of the intelligent cabinet based on distribution resources. The following describes in detail the operation process between the server of the intelligent cabinet and the delivery resource and the target user with respect to the process of storing and retrieving the delivery object in the offline network state.
Firstly, after detecting that the current network state is an offline network state, a server of an intelligent cabinet prompts a delivery resource to store a delivery object in a mode of inputting access identification information into an offline storage page of the intelligent cabinet according to a first cabinet opening request for storing the delivery object, which is provided by a delivery resource terminal. Meanwhile, the server of the intelligent cabinet determines information of a target cabinet for the delivery resource, and opens the target cabinet, the server of the intelligent cabinet detects cabinet closing operation of the delivery resource for the target cabinet, the delivery resource is described to store the delivery object in the target cabinet, and prompt information that the storage operation of the delivery object is completed is output, so that the delivery resource determines that the storage of the delivery object is successful.
In the process, the server of the intelligent cabinet also establishes and stores the association relationship between the access identification information of the delivery object and the information of the target cabinet so as to determine the target cabinet stored by the delivery object of the target user in time when the target user takes the delivery object.
In addition, the distribution resource sends the information of the target cabinet for storing the distribution object to the target user terminal, and the target user terminal receives the information of the target cabinet and then obtains the distribution object at the intelligent cabinet according to the information of the target cabinet. Therefore, the server of the intelligent cabinet also detects that the target user terminal sends request information for picking up the delivery object, and when the server of the intelligent cabinet detects that the current network state is an offline network state, prompt information for prompting that access identification information is input to an offline picking page of the intelligent cabinet is sent to the target user terminal.
Therefore, in the offline network state, the server of the intelligent cabinet acquires the access identification information input by the target user for picking up the delivery object. And the server of the intelligent cabinet inquires the target cabinet information corresponding to the access identification information input by the target user according to the access identification information input by the target user and the association relation between the access identification information and the information of the target cabinet, and opens the target cabinet, so that the target user can finish the process of picking up the delivery object in the target cabinet.
The application provides an intelligent cabinet opening method, which is applied to a server of an intelligent cabinet and comprises the following steps: responding to the current network state as an offline network state, and acquiring access identification information provided by a distribution resource when a distribution object is stored, wherein the access identification information is an opening certificate for a target user to open a target cabinet in which the distribution object is stored; determining information of the target cabinet; and establishing and storing an association relation between the access identification information and the information of the target cabinet.
In the process, the current network state is an offline network state, a server of the intelligent cabinet does not need to be in wireless communication with a network platform server, when the distribution resources store the distribution objects, the server of the intelligent cabinet determines corresponding information of the target cabinet for the distribution objects to be stored of the distribution resources, and establishes an association relationship between access identification information provided when the distribution objects store the distribution objects and the information of the target cabinet. According to the method, the phenomenon that the distribution resources cannot store the distribution objects to the intelligent cabinet under the condition of poor network signals or network disconnection is improved, so that the intelligent cabinet can normally store the distribution objects provided by the distribution resources in an offline network state, and the service efficiency of the intelligent cabinet is improved. For example, the distribution resource is in the link of storing the meal products, the intelligent cabinet can provide a target cabinet grid for the distribution resource for storing the meal products according to the storage request of the distribution resource in an offline network state without depending on the quality of the network environment, so that the distribution resource finishes storing the meal products, the distribution time is prevented from being prolonged due to the meal storage process, the meal time of users and the like is prolonged, and the like.
The first embodiment provides a method for opening an intelligent cabinet, and correspondingly, the second embodiment of the application also provides an intelligent cabinet opening device, and since the device embodiment is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is relatively simple, the details of relevant technical features should be referred to the corresponding description of the provided method embodiment, and the following description of the device embodiment is merely illustrative.
Referring to fig. 3 for an understanding of this embodiment, fig. 3 is a block diagram of a unit of an intelligent cabinet opening device according to a second embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, the intelligent cabinet opening device provided in this embodiment includes:
a first obtaining unit 301, configured to obtain, in response to a current network state being an offline network state, access identification information provided when a delivery resource stores a delivery object, where the access identification information is an opening credential for a target user to open a target cabinet in which the delivery object is stored;

The third embodiment of the application provides a method for opening an intelligent cabinet, and an application main body of the method can be a server of the intelligent cabinet. Specifically, a server of the intelligent cabinet queries information of a target cabinet lattice matched with access identification information provided by a user according to the access identification information, so that the user can get a delivery object stored in the target cabinet lattice. Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for opening an intelligent cabinet according to a third embodiment of the present application, and fig. 5 is an application scenario diagram of a server and a user terminal of the intelligent cabinet according to the third embodiment of the present application. The method provided in this embodiment is described in detail below with reference to fig. 4 and 5. The embodiments referred to in the following description are intended to illustrate the method principles and not to limit the practical use.
As shown in fig. 4, the method for opening the intelligent cabinet provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
s401: and responding to the current network state as an offline network state, acquiring access identification information input by a target user when the target user obtains the delivery object, wherein the access identification information is an opening certificate for the target user to open a target cabinet in which the delivery object is stored.
In the step, a server of the intelligent cabinet acquires access identification information input by a target user when the target user obtains a delivery object, and judges whether the current network state is an offline network state or not based on the server of the intelligent cabinet; if yes, outputting prompt information for prompting the target user to input the access identification information; so that the distribution resource terminal provides access identification information according to the prompt information.
As shown in fig. 5, when the target user obtains the delivery object stored in the target cabinet, the target user terminal 103 scans the two-dimensional code displayed on the display panel of the intelligent cabinet, and when the current network state of the intelligent cabinet is an offline network state, the page display of the target user terminal 103 is the offline network state, and prompts the target user to manually input access identification information on the offline obtaining page of the intelligent cabinet. After the target user inputs the access identification information on the offline acquisition page, the server 102 of the intelligent cabinet acquires the access identification information provided by the target user.
In the above embodiment, the server of the intelligent cabinet acquires the access identification information input by the target user, and the access identification information input by the target user is acquired in response to a trigger operation for an area to be input for inputting the access identification information in the second target page. The second target page is the offline pickup page, and shows a region to be input for inputting access identification information.
Wherein the access identification information includes one of the following: the network platform server pre-determines the identification information (such as the order number of the takeaway food) of the delivery object; identification information of the target user (e.g., partial numbers in contact of the target user, etc.); the delivery resource is randomly set off-line identification codes (e.g., randomly set numbers when takeaway riders access the meal, etc.).
The manner in which the server of the intelligent cabinet judges the current network state may be: sending network heartbeat to a network platform server according to a preset time interval, and if feedback information of the network platform server for the network heartbeat is received within a preset time threshold range, the current network state is an online network state; if the feedback information of the network platform server for the network heartbeat is not received within a preset time threshold range, the current network state is an offline network state; or, receiving the network heartbeat sent by the network platform server, and if the network heartbeat sent by the network platform server is received within a preset time threshold range, the current network state is an online network state; and if the network heartbeat sent by the network platform server is not received within a preset time threshold range, the current network state is an offline network state.
In this embodiment, the server of the intelligent cabinet obtains the access identification information provided by the target user in the offline network state, and queries and obtains the information of the target cabinet corresponding to the access identification information through the access identification information and the association relationship between the access identification information and the information of the target cabinet, which is established in advance.
In addition, the present embodiment further includes: and responding to the current network state to be converted from the offline network state to the online network state, and outputting prompt information for prompting that the cabinet can be opened currently by using the online cabinet opening method.
After the server of the intelligent cabinet detects that the current network state is converted from the offline network state to the online network state, the server can acquire the delivery object in the target cabinet by scanning the two-dimension code in the process of acquiring the delivery object by the target user, so that the target user is prevented from manually inputting access identification information on the offline acquisition page of the intelligent cabinet.
S402: and determining the information of the target cabinet corresponding to the access identification information according to the access identification information.
In this step, the server of the intelligent cabinet determines, according to the access identification information of the target user acquired in step S401, information of the target cabinet stored in the delivery object of the target user.
Specifically, the server of the intelligent cabinet determines the information of the target cabinet corresponding to the access identification information according to the access identification information and the pre-established and stored association relationship between the access identification information and the information of the target cabinet.
S403: and opening the target cabinet.
In this step, after determining the information of the target cabinet according to the method in step S402, the server of the intelligent cabinet controls the intelligent cabinet to open the target cabinet, so that the target user obtains the delivery object from the opened target cabinet.
The method further comprises the steps of: and responding to the current network state, converting the offline network state into the online network state, and transmitting a pickup operation of the target user for picking up the delivery object to the network platform server.
The server of the intelligent cabinet detects that the current network state is converted from the offline network state to the online network state, and the receiving operation of the target user receiving the delivery object is sent to the network platform server, so that the network server records the state information of the delivery object to the target user side, and the delivery data of the delivery object can be managed conveniently.
The application also provides an intelligent cabinet opening method, which is applied to the server of the intelligent cabinet and comprises the following steps: responding to the current network state as an offline network state, and acquiring access identification information input by a target user when the target user obtains a delivery object, wherein the access identification information is an opening certificate for the target user to open a target cabinet in which the delivery object is stored; determining information of the target cabinet corresponding to the access identification information according to the access identification information; and opening the target cabinet.
In the method, the current network state is an offline network state, the server of the intelligent cabinet does not need to be in wireless communication with the network platform server, and when a user obtains a delivery object, the server of the intelligent cabinet inquires information of a target cabinet corresponding to the access identification information according to the access identification information provided by the user, and opens the target cabinet for storing the delivery object for the user. According to the method, the phenomenon that a user cannot get the distribution objects from the intelligent cabinet under the condition of poor network signals or network disconnection is improved, so that the user can get the distribution objects stored in the intelligent cabinet normally in an off-line network state, and the service efficiency of the intelligent cabinet is improved. For example, in the dining link of the user, the user does not need to provide access identification information of the dining items to be picked up according to the quality of the network environment, the intelligent cabinet can determine information of a target cabinet corresponding to the access identification information according to the access identification information, the dining items are provided for the user, and the conditions that the dining time of the user is prolonged, the quality of the dining items is damaged and the like are avoided.
The third embodiment provides a method for opening an intelligent cabinet, and correspondingly, the fourth embodiment of the present application also provides an intelligent cabinet opening device, and since the device embodiments are basically similar to the method embodiments, the description is relatively simple, and the details of the related technical features should be referred to the corresponding descriptions of the method embodiments provided above, and the following descriptions of the device embodiments are merely illustrative.
Referring to fig. 6 for an understanding of this embodiment, fig. 6 is a block diagram of a unit of an intelligent cabinet opening device according to a fourth embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 6, the intelligent cabinet opening device provided in this embodiment includes:
