For convenience of description, the following description will be given taking the execution subject as a yard system as an example.
Embodiments in the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of a method for vehicle departure processing in an embodiment of the present application includes:
101. the parking lot system identifies a target vehicle and records a first departure time;
in practical application, an exit passage is arranged at an outlet of the parking lot, a first camera is arranged at an inlet of the exit passage, the end of the exit passage is the outlet of the parking lot, and a second camera is arranged at the outlet.
When the target vehicle arrives at the departure passage, the parking lot system can identify the target vehicle through the first camera and record the first departure time, and specifically, the target vehicle is identified through the license plate number.
It should be noted that the first camera may be an intelligent camera with logic processing capability or a common camera, and the identifying the target vehicle and the recording the first departure time may be completed by the first camera or by the yard system, which is not limited herein. The first camera may be a part of the yard system, or may not be a part of the yard system, and is not limited herein.
102. The parking lot system identifies a target vehicle and records a second departure time;
when the target vehicle arrives at the exit, the parking lot system can identify the target vehicle through the second camera and record the second departure time, and specifically, the target vehicle is identified through the license plate number.
It should be noted that the second camera may be an intelligent camera with logic processing capability or a common camera, and the identifying the target vehicle and the recording the second departure time may be completed by the second camera or by the yard system, which is not limited herein. The second camera may be a part of the yard system, or may not be a part of the yard system, and is not limited herein.
103. The parking lot system acquires the payment time of the target vehicle;
after the parking lot system identifies the target vehicle at the exit of the parking lot, the database of the payment time stored locally or in the cloud can be searched according to the license plate number of the target vehicle, so that the payment time of the target vehicle is obtained.
104. The parking lot system calculates free departure deadline;
after the parking lot system obtains the payment time of the target vehicle, the free departure deadline can be calculated according to the payment time and the preset free departure time. For example, when the preset free departure time is 30 minutes and the payment time is 17:01 in 2/1/2020/s, the free departure deadline can be calculated to be 17:31 in 2/1/2020/s.
105. The parking lot system judges whether the target vehicle leaves the parking lot overtime or not, if so, step 106 is executed;
after calculating the free departure deadline of the target vehicle, the yard system may compare the free departure deadline with the second departure time, and if the free departure deadline is earlier than the second departure deadline, determine that the target vehicle departs for an over time, and perform step 106; and if the free departure deadline is later than the second departure time, determining that the departure of the target vehicle is not overtime, and performing release processing on the target vehicle.
106. The parking lot system judges whether traffic jam occurs when the target vehicle passes through the parking lot passage, if so, step 107 is executed;
the yard system determines if a traffic jam has occurred while the target vehicle is passing through the departure aisle, and if a traffic jam has occurred, step 107 may be performed.
107. The parking lot system calculates the traffic jam time;
after the yard system determines that traffic jam occurs, the time of the traffic jam consumed by the target vehicle in the departure channel can be calculated according to the first departure time and the second departure time, and specifically, the time of the traffic jam can be obtained by subtracting the first departure time from the second departure time.
108. The yard system determines the timeout cost of the target vehicle.
After determining the time of the traffic jam of the target vehicle, the yard system may deduct the time of the traffic jam when calculating the overtime cost, so that the overtime cost does not include the cost caused by the time of the traffic jam.
In the embodiment, the parking lot system firstly identifies the target vehicle and records first departure time through the first camera when the target vehicle arrives at a departure channel, then identifies the target vehicle and records second departure time through the second camera when the target vehicle arrives at an exit, then acquires the payment time of the target vehicle, calculates free departure deadline according to the payment time and preset free departure time, judges whether the target vehicle departs overtime according to the free departure deadline and the second departure time, judges whether traffic jam occurs when the target vehicle passes through the departure channel if the departure time is overtime, calculates traffic jam time according to the first departure time and the second departure time if the traffic jam occurs, and finally determines overtime cost according to the traffic jam time. By calculating the traffic jam time of the target vehicle and determining the overtime cost of the target vehicle according to the traffic jam time, the condition that the vehicle owner of the target vehicle pays extra cost due to traffic jam occurring in the departure channel of the parking lot can be reduced, and the user experience of the vehicle owner is improved.

201. when a traffic jam occurs in a departure channel, a traffic yard system generates a traffic jam record;
the parking lot system can monitor the departure channel, and corresponding traffic jam records are generated whenever traffic jams occur. In practical application, one or more intelligent or non-intelligent cameras can be used for shooting the departure channel, the number of vehicles in the departure channel is determined according to the shot images, when the number of the vehicles exceeds or equals to a preset traffic jam number threshold value, the traffic jam starting time of the traffic jam record is generated, and when the number of the vehicles is reduced to be lower than the traffic jam number threshold value, the ending time of the traffic jam record is generated, so that the generation of one traffic jam record is completed. The ground sense or the geomagnetism can be laid under the traffic yard channel, the number of the vehicles in the traffic yard channel is determined through the ground sense or the geomagnetism, when the number of the vehicles exceeds or equals to a preset traffic jam number threshold value, the traffic jam starting time of the traffic jam record is generated, and when the number of the vehicles is reduced to be below the traffic jam number threshold value, the ending time of the traffic jam record is generated, so that the generation of one traffic jam record is completed. And a vehicle speed detection device can be arranged in the departure channel to monitor the vehicle speed of each vehicle on the departure channel in real time, when the average value of the vehicle speeds of all the vehicles is equal to or less than the preset traffic jam speed threshold value, the traffic jam start time of the traffic jam record is generated, and when the average value of the vehicle speeds of all the vehicles is greater than the preset traffic jam speed threshold value, the end time of the traffic jam record is generated, so that the generation of one traffic jam record is completed.
According to the camera, the ground sense, the geomagnetism or the vehicle speed detection device, the traffic jam time is generated, and the traffic jam condition of the outgoing channel can be monitored in real time and accurately.
202. The parking lot system identifies a target vehicle and records a first departure time;
203. the parking lot system identifies a target vehicle and records a second departure time;
204. the parking lot system acquires the payment time of the target vehicle;
205. the parking lot system calculates free departure deadline;
in this embodiment, steps 202 to 205 are similar to steps 101 to 104 in the previous embodiment, and are not described herein again.
206. The parking lot system judges whether the target vehicle leaves the parking lot overtime or not, if so, step 207 is executed;
after calculating the free departure deadline of the target vehicle, the yard system may compare the free departure deadline with the second departure time, and if the free departure deadline is earlier than the second departure deadline, determine that the target vehicle departs for an over time, and perform step 207; and if the free departure deadline is later than the second departure time, determining that the departure of the target vehicle is not overtime, and performing release processing on the target vehicle.
207. A parking lot system acquires a traffic jam record of a parking lot channel;
if the target vehicle leaves the field overtime, the yard system may obtain the traffic jam record from a database of traffic jam records stored locally or in the cloud.
208. The parking lot system judges whether traffic jam occurs when the target vehicle passes through the departure channel, if so, step 209 is executed;
after the yard system acquires the traffic jam record, whether a traffic jam occurs when the target vehicle passes through the departure passage can be judged according to the second departure time, the payment time and the traffic jam record, specifically, whether the traffic jam record exists within the time period from the payment time to the second departure time is judged, if yes, the traffic jam occurs when the target vehicle passes through the departure passage, and then the yard system can execute step 209; if not, the situation shows that no traffic jam occurs when the target vehicle passes through the departure passage.
209. The parking lot system calculates the traffic jam time;
in this embodiment, step 209 is similar to step 107 in the previous embodiment, and is not repeated here.
210. The yard system determines the final timeout time of the target vehicle;
after the yard system calculates the traffic jam time, the final timeout time of the target vehicle can be determined according to the departure deadline, the traffic jam time and the second departure time, specifically, the final timeout time can be calculated by subtracting the departure deadline from the second departure time and then subtracting the traffic jam time.
211. And the yard system determines the overtime cost of the target vehicle according to the final overtime.
After calculating the final timeout time, the yard system may determine the timeout cost for the target vehicle based on the final timeout time. There are two cases of timeout, the first being less than or equal to 0 minutes and the second being greater than 0 minutes. For the first case, this case illustrates that after the traffic jam time is deducted, the target vehicle leaves the yard without time-out, and the time-out fee is calculated to be 0, so the yard system can directly perform the passing processing on the target vehicle. For the second case, the situation indicates that the target vehicle still has an overtime phenomenon after the traffic jam time is deducted, and at this time, the yard system may calculate the overtime cost according to the final overtime time and corresponding to the preset overtime rule. And then generating a payment channel for the owner of the target vehicle according to the overtime fee, and performing release processing on the target vehicle after the owner finishes payment.
In the embodiment, the overtime fee is determined according to the final overtime time, so that the user with overtime leaving can be accurately charged, and the accuracy of charging the parking fee is improved.
