In this embodiment of the application, before marking the to-be-marked mail, the terminal device further needs to determine the response level of the first mailbox account, and as shown in fig. 9, determining the response level of the first mailbox account may include the following steps:
step S901, detecting whether a time interval from the last database update exceeds a set time period; if yes, go to step S902; if not, executing step S903;
in an embodiment, assuming that the set time period is 7 days, before determining the response level of the first mailbox account, the mobile phone may first detect whether the time interval from the last update of the database exceeds 7 days; the database may include a first database, a second database, and a third database.
Step S902, quitting the updating process, and determining the response level of the first mailbox account according to the result stored in the database;
in an alternative embodiment, when the time interval detected from the last update of the database does not exceed the set time period, the update process may be exited, i.e., the last update result may be used to determine the response level of the first mailbox account.
Step S903, acquiring a mark value of the first mailbox account in the previous time period;
in an alternative embodiment, the tag value of the first mailbox account may be determined as follows: in the previous time period, when the priority of the mail related to the first mailbox account is detected to be high, the marking value of the first mailbox account is increased; when the priority of the mails related to the first mailbox account is detected to be low, reducing the marking value of the first mailbox account; the mails related to the first mailbox account can comprise mails of which the addressee is the first mailbox account and mails of which the sender is the first mailbox account. For example, when there are 5 mails related to the first mailbox account in the previous time period and the priorities of the mails are all high priorities, the mobile phone may add 1 to the flag value of the first mailbox account each time the priority of the mail related to the first mailbox account is detected until all the mails are detected; or, when 5 pieces of mails related to the first mailbox account exist in the previous time period and the priorities of the mails are all low priorities, the mobile phone may subtract 1 from the tag value of the first mailbox account each time the priority of the mail related to the first mailbox account is detected until all the mails are detected.
Step S904, whether the flag value of the first mailbox account is greater than or equal to a first set threshold, if so, perform step S905; if not, go to step S906;
step S905, setting the response level of the first mailbox account as a primary level, and storing the primary level in a first database;
step S906, whether the mark value of the first mailbox account is smaller than or equal to a second set threshold value or not is judged, and if yes, the step S907 is executed; if not, go to step S908;
step S907, setting the response level of the first mailbox account as a secondary level, and storing the response level into a second database;
step S908, setting the response level of the first mailbox account to an intermediate level, and storing the intermediate level in the third database.
For example, assuming that the first set threshold is 2 and the second set threshold is-2, when the obtained flag value of the first mailbox account is greater than or equal to 2, the response level of the first mailbox account may be set as the primary level and saved in the first database; when the obtained marking value of the first mailbox account is larger than-2 and smaller than 2, the response level of the first mailbox account can be set as an intermediate level and stored in a third database; when the acquired mark value of the first mailbox account is less than or equal to-2, the response level of the first mailbox account can be set as a secondary level and saved in the second database.
In an alternative embodiment, after determining the response level of the first mailbox account according to the tag value of the first mailbox account, the tag value of the first mailbox account may be deleted or reset to zero.
Fig. 10 shows another embodiment of the mail marking method, which, as shown in fig. 10, may include the steps of:
step S1001, responding to the operation of editing a new mail by a user, and displaying a mail editing interface;
step S1002, responding to a mailbox account input by a user, and acquiring the response level of the mailbox account;
step S1003, whether the response level of the mailbox account is a primary level or not; if yes, go to step S1004; if not, go to step S1005;
step S1004, setting the priority of the mail to a high priority;
step S1005, determining whether the response level of the mailbox account is a secondary level; if yes, go to step S1006; if not, executing step S1007;
step S1006, setting the priority of the mail as low priority;
step 1007, whether the associated mail of the mail has priority information; if yes, go to step S1008; if not, go to step S1009;
step S1008, keeping the priority of the mail consistent with that of the associated mail;
step S1009, detecting whether the mail topic input by the user includes a setting identifier; if yes, go to step S1010; if not, go to step S1011;
step S1010, setting the priority of the mail as high priority;
step S1011, displaying the priority of the mail;
step S1012, determining whether or not an input operation of the user for the priority of the mail is detected; if yes, go to step S1013; if not, go to step S1014;
step S1013 of setting the priority of the mail in response to the user' S input operation for the priority of the mail;
in step S1014, the priority of step S1011 is maintained.
After the mobile phone obtains the response level of the mailbox account input by the user and automatically sets the priority of the mail, the priority of the mail can be displayed in a priority input box of a mail editing interface, and if the priority of the mail displayed in the priority input box does not meet the expectation of the user, the user can adjust the priority of the mail to be marked.
The mobile phone can respond to the input operation of the user for the priority of the mail, judge whether the priority input by the user is consistent with the priority set for the mail according to the response level of the mailbox account, and if not, update the priority of the mail according to the input operation of the user; if the mail is consistent with the priority level of the mail, the priority level of the mail is kept unchanged.
